The main objective of this paper is to study the behaviour of yLRC composite columns at elevated temperatures by experimental test. The effects of load ratios, cross-section size and fire protection for the yLRC columns were investigate d by the test and compared using the heat transfer analysis perfo rmed based on the finite element program ANSYS 10.0 using the ISO834 standard fire curve, following the main guidelines proposed by the EC4 Part 1.2. As heat transfer is the movement of heat by conduction, convection, and radiation, and as temperature inside an object varies by position and time, time. As the steel's thermal conductivity is higher than that of concrete, steel loses its strength rapidly in a high-temperature situation such as a fire. Fire resistance performance of the yLRC composite column under fire conditions was evaluated througheat transfer analysis for parametric study.
Cast-in-place concrete-filled hollow PC (HPC) columns are used to reduce lifting load of heavy-weight PC columns and to improve the structural integrity of joints. In the present study, a new type of HPC column was proposed to improve the productivity and structural integrity of the concrete. To form the hollow PC columns, a permanent inner form was prefabricated using structural deck plates and penetrated lateral bars. Half-scale specimens of four HPC columns were tested under combined axial compression and lateral cyclic loading to evaluate the seismic resistance. In the design of test specimens, various parameters such as the spacing of lateral re-bars, the use of steel fiber, and the thickness of PC cover were considered. The test results showed that the proposed HPC columns generally exhibited satisfactory load-carrying capacity and deformation capacity without brittle failure of PC. If closely spaced hoops or fiber reinforcements are used for PC, the deformation capacity can be improved further by restraining PC spalling.

Shortening the construction duration of structural frame work is extremely important because the work accounts for a major percentage of all cost and duration in large projects. For this reason, new construction methods to reduce the duration of structural frame work are being continuously studied and developed. A PSRC composite column, which uses steel angles instead of H-beams, has the advantages of flexural strength and ductility. Moreover, with this PSRC technique, conventional work for reinforcing bars in columns in practice can be skipped. However, one limitation exists in which the form work is still required. This research proposes a Form-LPSRC column method that is prefabricated with the column frame that includes permanent forms attached. Feasibility was examined with mock-up specimens and finally, the technique applied to real practice. Compared to the conventional SRC column method, this study demonstrated that the proposed technique has many advantages in construction duration, cost, quality, safety and environment.

The use of hybrid FRP-concrete structures with a dual purpose of both permanent formwork and reinforcement, has been considered in some studies recently. For the FRP plank and the concrete to act as a composite structural member a satisfactory bond at the interface between the smooth surface of the pultruded plank and the cast-in-place concrete must be developed. Sand was bonded to the pultruded FRP plank using a commercially available epoxy system. In applying general analysis techniques to evaluate the performance of composite structures with FRP stay-in-place forming, it is essential that characteristics of the bond stress-slip relation be identified. In this study I would like to propose a simplified bilinear bond stress-slip model for FRP composite structures.

Permanent-Form is one of system forms for reducing human labor, work costs, oscillation, noise, construction wastes and so on. Permanent-Form is made from precast method in facilities. and carried in construction site to assemble with no demolding. The biggest expense to produce Permanent-Form is about manufacturing mold. To satisfy various size of building member, the same number of manufacturing mold is needed. In this paper, studied about manufacturing mold module for acquiring economic merit and construction member safety. Permanent-Form is member stress and structural analyzed if temporary equipment were used. The result of this study is below. (1) Column sizes of Permanent-Form are 47 kinds of prototype that based on Modular coordination's basic module. 4 pieces or 6 pieces are composed basically. (2) For beam size modular coordination, standard height and width of beam are 150mm and 100mm. It brings 24 kinds of prototype. 4 pieces or 5 pieces are composed basically. (3) Structural analysis value of modular member is like this Column member shows 9.4 to 85kgf/$cm^{2}$ stress distribution and beam member shows 6.3 to 95kgf/$cm^{2}$ stress distribution. Constructing permanent form could have structural safety with use of temporary equipment

In recent years, the use of hybrid fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)-concrete members with a dual purpose of both formwork and reinforcement, has been considered in some structures and has been applied in a small number of bridge decks. Numerical simulations of the beam failure tests were performed using nonlinear finite element program and a parametric study was performed with variables of perfobond shape. The ultimate strength was increased with perfobond shape because of dowel action. It was showed a good performance in case of approximately perforate diameter 25~35mm in this case.

The dynamics and Durability of Permanent Form Mortar were observed. The results were as the followings. To construct New permanent form, this study constructed permanent form with fiber mortar. In this course glass fiber and polymer, fine aggregate were substituted with river sand and crush sand. To understand material quality effect, flexible mortar and inflexible mortar were tested. According to the microstructure of polymermatrix test by SEM, higher density by Co-matrix effect from polymer addiction was observed. This is considered to increase acid-resistanc, impact proof strenght. In the test of durability of freezing and thawing, polymer mortar was proved to be water proof. It seems to be improved in its characteristics in proportion to increasing W/C ratio. When the W/C ratio is 30%, it is most effective.

The present problem of this country building market in the face of 3D, in addition to a rise in construction cost, materials problems and opening a building market to foreign countries, is finding the efficient ways of overcoming these problems. So the efficacy of form work in technical improvement becomes important through scientific methods of the design and construction as advancement in th study of strength for Permanent form mortar is possible. According to the increment of polymer-cement ration, the degree of bending strength and compressive strength and impact strength increases. The optimum volume content of glass fiber seemed to be about 2.5% considering the distribution of glass fiber, workability and economy.
LB-DECK, a precast concrete panel type, is a permanent concrete deck form used as a formwork for cast-in-place concrete pouring at bridge construction site. LB-DECK consists of 60 mm thick concrete slab and 125 mm height Lattice-girders partly embedded in the concrete slab. These decks have been applied to the bridges, which girder spacings are short enough to resist longitudinal cracking caused by construction loads. This paper presents experimental research work conducted to evaluate the cracking load of LB-DECKs designed for long span bridge decks. Twenty four non-composite beams and four composite beams are fabricated considering three design variables of thickness of concrete slab, height of lattice-girder, and diameter of top-bar. Static loads controlled by displacements are applied to test beams to obtain cracking and ultimate loads. Vertical displacements at the center of beams, strains of top-bar, crack propagation in concrete slab, and final failure modes are carefully monitored. The obtained cracking loads are compared to the analytical results obtained by elastic analyses. Long-term analyses using age-adjusted effective modulus method (AEMM) are also conducted to investigate the effects of concrete shrinkage on the cracking loads. Based on the test results, the tensile strength and the design details of LB-DECKs are discussed to prevent longitudinal cracking of long span bridge decks.

According to results of this research Fly-ash Cement permanent-form production was found to be possible by fly-ash mortal. The compress strength 350kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, banding strength 120kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ were possible material separting and bleeding by excessive W/C rate was decreased permanent-form made by polymer solved high price of polymer by fly-ash. Model material was made by result of first research. There were no minute-crack on beam form and out surface of form was very smooth, So filling degree seemed desirable length of form after steaming curing was maintained as expected. with these results production of form seemed possible. In the banding load test, fly-ash showed increase of maxim load 12% than RC. in the case of minute-crack, comparing with RC, fly-ash showed no crack at connect. at the first stage under continuing loading size of crack increased. These phenomena seemed to be based on contribution of stress of inner bars in permanent-form. in the test of defection, fly-ash shower about 10% beam load increase than RC. in the case of beam defection, RC showed sudden decrease of tolerance at maxim load and total breaking, but permanent-form showed breaking of bending maintaining defection with contribution of steel stress ($\Phi$6 wire-mash). There phenomenic seemed to be attributed to increase of surface and steel tolerance of form. According to construction explacemaion, it was guessed that each panel was constructed by conner-steels in form edge. so cohesiveness was small. on these bases. keeping width of horizontal band 30cm, form-panel of 20mm width was found to be of use. Permanent-form was found to be efficient in compressibleness, defection, safety and use of Fly-ash mortal.
