Challenges the automotive industry as the increase in consumption of oil and energy, $CO_2$ emissions of global warming, caused by exhaust emissions and urban air pollution, it is time for a deal is needed. The solution of these highly regarded in the market as there is a demand of electric cars. In this study, electric car motor, battery and high-voltage core components, including the drive motor of the effective thermal management technologies, thermal management of the battery and the drive motor to evaluate the technology and development trends.

Thermal management becomes serious in 3D stacked IC because of higher heat flux, increased power generation, extreme hot spot, etc. In this paper, we reviewed the recent developments of thermal management for 3D stacked IC which is a promising candidate to keep Moore's law continue. According to experimental and numerical simulation results, Cu TSV affected heat dissipation in a thin chip due to its high thermal conductivity and could be used as an efficient heat dissipation path. Other parameters like bumps, gap filling material also had effects on heat transfer between stacked ICs. Thermal aware circuit design was briefly discussed as well.

This paper introduces a network security situation awareness tool using a traffic pattern map which facilitates recognizing a current network status by extracting and analyzing predetermined traffic features and displaying an abnormal or harmful traffic which deteriorates network performance. The traffic pattern-map consists of $26{\times}26$ intersections, on which the occupancy rate of the port having maximum occupancy is displayed as a bar graph. In general, in case of the Internet worm, the source address section on the traffic pattern map is activated. In case of DDoS the destination address section is activated.
