Development And Application of CNP Model for the Enhancing Creativity of Scientifically Gifted Students (과학영재의 창의성 신장을 위한 CNP 모형의 개발과 적용)

  • Enhancing creativity is possible to offer systematic education programs and several conditions as variable thinking, experiment lesson, opened-situation. We developed CNP model as program for enhancing creativity. The CNP model emphasizes that parts of problem finding, embodying and solving ability and includes scientific problem finding tool, Integrated Process Skills and Science Writing Heuristic. The CNP Model is comprised of six step. We developed teachers' guide and student's worksheets for application. Result of applied CNP model to students of scientifically gifted education center in K University, students were able to enhanced originality and fluency and had solved problems by creative way. And creative problem finding, embodying and solving ability were increased. Therefore, the CNP model was effective in enhancing the creativity of scientifically gifted.

  • Recently, research on edutech, which combines education and technology in the e-learning field called learning, education and training, has been actively conducted, but it is still insufficient to collect and utilize data tailored to individual learners based on learning activity data that can be automatically collected from digital devices. Therefore, this study attempts to detect questions in textbooks or problem papers using artificial intelligence computer vision technology that plays the same role as human eyes. The textbook or questionnaire item detection model proposed in this study can help collect, store, and analyze offline learning activity data in connection with intelligent education services without digital conversion of textbooks or questionnaires to help learners provide personalized learning services even in offline learning.

An Analysis of Second and Third Graders' Understanding of Patterns (초등학교 2, 3학년 학생들의 패턴에 대한 이해 실태 조사)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall understanding of patterns by second- and third-grade elementary school students. For this purpose, 12 classes per grade were selected from 10 schools, and a 46-item test was administered to 216 second graders and 223 third graders. The results of the study showed that in most cases, there was no statistically significant difference in the understanding of patterns between second- and third-graders. The exception occurred regarding the 10 items of identifying the structure of a pattern: Second-graders did better than third-graders regarding 8 items, whereas vice versa regarding 2 items. The items that both second- and third-graders struggled with included finding multiple components of a given pattern, comparing the structures between patterns, and guessing a particular term in an open pattern. Based on these findings, this paper discusses second- and third-graders' understanding of patterns and suggestions for further instruction.

  • In this paper, we proposed a new Korean Dual system, K-Dual System, and discussed the concepts and details about three sub-models of the system, IPP, W3 and corporate university models. Propose K-Dual system is a new and unique educational model that combines academic study and industrial work in order to solve the various problems of existing work-study parallel educational systems in Korea. K-Dual System has two tracks, Academic and Vocational tracks. Academic track has a long-term field experience training program, IPP program. On the other hands, Vocational track can be divided into two sub-models and those are $W^3$ and corporate university. Finally, we summarized several key points for the successful setup and operation of K-Dual system.

  • As Information & Communication Technology is developed in fast speed, the educational field undertakes many changes in utilizing Information Technology(IT). As the smart phone's educational utilization brings many positive effects, so many people are interested in such educational application programs. The e-textbooks or learning contents based on the web have shown some limits in being utilized as main learning materials in school field. So this study identified such limits, and suggested a new direction for professional education by integrating mobile and QR code technologies with existing textbooks to realize a new book-type E-Textbook model. And this study purposed for students to participate in their classes more easily through making open-education environment for students studying specialized subjects and by applying new teaching-learning methods inducing more interest in them. Of course, this study's ultimate purpose is to raise students' learning ability about specialized subjects, and further, to improve their self-directed learning abilities with increased interests in classes. As the result operating this model, it was found that this model had enough learning effect.

  • 'The Training for School Organization Management' is a essential teacher training system in order to develop qualification and ability of teachers who have to be the flexible to the recent changeable society. The concept which the school management issue is only belong to the principle is changed now. The thought that 'the school as a team' is broadly accepted. As a result, every teachers including the parents, community people are thinking the solution about the management issues of the school. The changes in the framework of these thoughts is from the recognition that the school management is no longer the preservation only to the manager such as the principle. 'the school linked to the community', 'the school which information is open to all public', the school which is thinking about the curriculum' are highlighted as an alternative which can solve the current education issue. The new curriculum of 'The Training for School Organization Management' is necessary to be in accordance to the new school curriculum because we have to run a new school system in the complex educational circumstance.

Current Status and Tasks of Using the School Affairs System in Elementary Schools (초등학교에서의 교무업무시스템 운영 현황과 과제 - 서울과 경기 지역을 중심으로 -)

  • Along with the development of telecommunication technology, educational role has been considerably changed and NEIS is introduced and operated for the digital educational administration. However, the function of NEIS is so limited when operated in each school. As a result, Korean government prepares the plan to install and operate a new School Affairs System by separating 3 areas from 27 areas of NEIS. School Affairs System has been used in schools since March, 2006. In this regard, this study attempts to analyze the current status and tasks of using the system in elementary schools. The result of the study shows that about 67% teachers use the system once or twice a day. Most of teachers answer that they get help from other teachers if they have any problem in operating the system. Many teachers affirmatively answer to the design and function of the system, and they are satisfied with the convenience and efficiency of the system. However, they feel difficulty to be familiar with the system sue to the frequent change. The importance of electronic certificate and personal information is well recognized and managed in terms of the security of the system. Facilities need to be well equipped, and information exchange system need to be developed to accept each school's request to improve the function of the system. In addition, applicable laws need to be arranged, clear guideline of educational administration agency and principal's strong intention are required to relieve teachers' work load.

  • The purpose of this research is to compare and , analyze the structure of an original fairy tale and a parody, and find out the features of a parody. , the original fairy tale, published in Woongjinthinkbig and , the parody, issued in Borim are chosen as research materials. After analysing the structure of the original fairy tale and the parody, they have many differences such as plot, theme lesson, characters, a point of view style and setting. The features of the parody is to break literacy custom, come to open ending and help readers to sympathize with characters.

건축실무 전문화에 관한 UIA 국제 표준안

  • WTO 세계무역기구의 발족과 더불어 국가간의 개방과 정책에 따라 건설시장은 물론 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 새로운 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 건축 관련 부분은 민간사업뿐 아니고 정부 조달시장까지도 개방되어 정부부처나 지방 자치단체에서 구매하는 물품(설계 및 시공 포함)에 외국업체가 참여하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 건축 설계의 경우 "서비스 무역에 관한 일반 협정"에 의해 원칙적인 기준만 체결되어 있을 뿐 상호인증에 관한 세부사항은 서로의 제도가 동일하거나 합의한 나라를 제외하고는 당사국간의 상이한 제도와 운영체제로 인하여 실용화되고 있지 않고 있다. 국내에서는 지난 4년간 "국가를 상대로 하는 계약에 관한 법률"을 제정하고 건설제도 기획단을 운영하여 시장개방에 대처해 왔으나 국제적인 건축 설계 관련 단체인 UIA와는 의견 교환이 없었다. 특히 상호인증에 따른 기본 요건으로 대두되고 있는 건축교육, 실습 및 훈련, 건축사 자격 등에 대한 우리의 입장을 정리하여 국제적으로 대응할 필요성이 요구되고 있으며 건축설계 관련자들에게 매우 중요한 관심사의 하나로 되어 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 논의하기 위해 국제건축가연맹(UIA)에서는 용역실무협의회를 설치하여 이미 2년여에 걸쳐 인정방법에 대한 세부사항을 검토하고 있으며, 올해(6월) 북경 총회에서 상호인정 표준안을 공포할 예정이다. 이와 관련하여 건축3단체(대한건축사협회, 대한건축학회, 한국건축가협회)주관으로 건축사자격 상호인정에 대한 공동 대응책을 논의하고자 건축계와 정부가 함께 참석하여 토론회를 개최한 바 있으며, 또한 본협회 국제위원회에서 한국측을 대표하여 지난 98년 12월에 열린 UIA 용역실무위원회(PPC)에 참석하여 상호인정에 대한 우리측 입장을 개진한 바 있다. 이에 본지에서는 문호 개방에 따른 한국건축의 현안에 대한 현실적이고 구체적인 문제점이 검토되고 아울러 우리 건축계의 입장 정리와 실질적인 의견을 수렴하고자 UIA 국제 표준안 전문에 이어 부록을 정리하여 게재한다

  • 2007년에 '메타버스 로드맵(Metaverse Roadmap)보고서가 발표된 이후, 메타버스 로드맵에 축이 되는 라이프 로깅, 증강현실, 거울세계, 가상세계의 의미와 활용내용에 대한 연구 역시 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 이것이 갖는 산업적·경제적 영향에 대해 다양한 방송매체·미디어 등을 통해 접할 수 있다. 또한 메타버스를 활용한 사회적 기능으로는 ①경제(메타버스 활용 산업 생태계 육성), ② 교육(메타버스 기반 체감형 학습지원), ③문화관광(시공간 제약 없는 온택트 문화마케팅), ④소통(시민 중심의 맞춤형 열린 소통), ⑤도시(현실과 가상을 결합한 XR기반 도시혁신), ⑥행정(현실보다 편리한 신개념 가상 행정), ⑦인프라('메타버스 서울'의 안정적인 인프라 조성)를 통해 메타버스의 순기능을 극대화하기 위한 전략으로 활용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 메타버스에 대한 기술 및 활용에 관한 관심에 비교해 메타버스 윤리에 대한 논의가 부족한 상황이라는 점에 주목한다. 그래서 메타버스에 대한 사회적 기능에 대해서 살펴보고, 메타버스에서 발생할 수 있는 사회·윤리적 문제를 영화 '레디 플레이어 원(Ready Player One)'을 통해 살펴보았다.
