Mobile Application UI Design for TV Broadcasting Content Recommendation (TV 방송콘텐츠 추천용 모바일 어플리케이션 UI 제안)

  • The emergence of cable TV, satellite broadcasting and IPTV provides viewers with a variety of TV programs. However, viewers' desire for watching their favorite TV program at convenient time has increased because of insufficient spare time. As an increase in smart phone market has accelerated an entry into "the age of smart network media" since 2009, mobile media suggests services connected to other digital devices. Recently, there has been growing interest in TV controling system of smart phone. Therefore, the present study aims to provide an concept of the smart phone application which recommends contents of TV program by analyzing personal watching pattern. To suggest detailed direction of the interaction and UI design, we analyzed previous research and examples of TV controlling applications and products. In addition, public opinion survey was carried out to rationalize this study and suggest suitable UI structure.

  • Recently computer, smart phone, medical devices, etc has become used in a variety of environments as the application fields of IT products have become diversification. Attack case of abuse of software security vulnerabilities is on the increase as the application fields of software have become diversification. Accordingly, secure coding program is of a varied but history management, updating, API module to be vulnerable to attack. Thus, this paper proposed a materialization of CMS linked system to enable check the vulnerability of the source code to content unit for secure software development, configuration management system that interwork on the transmission module. Implemented an efficient coding system secure way that departmentalized by the function of the program and by analyzing and applying secure coding standards.

  • In this paper, we proposed the design of the intelligent traffic control system by using multiprocessor architecture. The inter-processor communication of the architecture is implemented by sharing the serial communication channel. In comparing the conventional traffic control system using single processor architecture, the proposed system uses multiple processors controlling the sub systems such as the signal lights, traffic measurement unit, auxiliary signal lights and peripherals. The main processor controls the communication among the processors and the communication protocol link to the central control center at remote site. The proposed architecture reduces the load and simplifies the program of each processor and enables the real time processing of the add-on features of intelligent traffic control systems. The architecture is implemented and the common channel inter-processor communications and the real time operation is experimented .experimented .

Mobile Ubiquitous Healthcare System Using Wireless Sensor Network (무선센서네트워크 기반의 모바일 유비쿼터스 헬스케어시스템)

  • As growing up of elderly population, the interesting on healthcare system in normal life using W is increasing. An integrated u-healthcare service architecture with IEEE 802.11 and IEEE 802.15.4 based sensor network and code divisi(m multiple access(CDMA) public mobile telecommunication networks was designed and developed. Sensor nodes with electrocardiogram(ECG), body core temperature sensors are attached on the patients' body. The healthcare parameters are transferred to web server via CDMA mobile network or through existed LAN network. The existed LAN network is suggested to be used for continuous monitoring of patient's health status in hospital while mobile networks can be used for general purpose at home or outdoor where infra networks unavailable. This system enable healthcare personal to be able to continuously access, review, monitor and transmit the patients information whereever they are, whenever they want. And immediately check their status by using cellular phone and obtain detail information by communication with medical information server through CDMA. By using this developed integrated u-healthcare service architecture, we can monitor patients' health status for 24 hours.

Study on a Model-based Design Technique for Monitoring and Control of a Vehicle Cluster (자동차 클러스터의 감시 및 제어를 위한 모델기반설계 기법 연구)

  • This paper presents the development of a monitoring and control system for a vehicle cluster using a model-based design technique. For MBD(model-based design), MATLAB GUI(Graphic User Interface), M programs, simulink, state flow, and tool boxes are used to monitor a number of data such as warning, interrupts, and etc. connected to a real vehicle cluster. As a monitoring tool, a PC(Personal Computer) station interworks with the real vehicle cluster through the interface commands of tool boxes. Thus, unlike existing text-based designs, the MBD based vehicle cluster system provides very easy algorithm updates and addition, since it offers a number of blocks and state flow programs for each functional actions. Furthermore, the proposed MBD technique reduces the required time and cost for the development and modification of a vehicle cluster, because of verification and validation of the cluster algorithm on the monitor through a PC.

  • Recently, adolescents in Korea are exposed to the risk of postural imbalance due to overuse of smartphones and lack of physical activity due to the amount of learning. In addition, the need for effective non-face-to-face exercise services is increasing due to Corona 19. With this in mind, this study proposes an exercise service using an EMG sensor to overcome the limitations of non-face-to-face services while providing the effect of improving round shoulders for adolescents. An exercise program that can improve round shoulders was constructed, and an application in conjunction with an EMG sensor was implemented to exercise effectively. The exercise program was configured to alternately exercise the target muscle area for 4 weeks, and the function to provide feedback was added by measuring the EMG values that change accordingly. Through this study, we intend to provide the basis for exercise-based posture correction digital service, and improve the unbalanced body through this, thereby promoting the possibility of health promotion.

  • MATLAB Autocode generation is a feature that converts a block diagram model in Simulink to a c program. Utilizing this function makes MATLAB/Simulink an integrated developing environment, from controller design to implementation. It can reduce development cost and time significantly. However, this automated process requires high reliability on the software, especially the original Simulink block diagram model. And thus, the verification of the codes becomes important. In this study, a UAV flight program which is generated with Simulink is validated and modified according to DO-178B. As a result of applying the procedures, the final program not only satisfied the functional requirement but is also verified with structural point of view with Decision Coverage 93%, Condition Coverage 95% and MC/DC 90%.

  • Recently the stable electric power supply is threaten by the rapid development of all the industries consuming a lot of electric power, thus KEPCO is trying to establish the countermeasures to cope with this circumstance of uprising power consumption by running the efficient and flexible 12-month s price policy for the base price and raisin the electric power price remarkably in peak power consumption period to suppress the maximal power demand of consumers. To resolve these problems, this study propose the method calculating hourly CBL based on the hourly amount at non-event using the pattern of the amount of power consumption and propose the operation method of DR Program.

  • 최근의 방송은 A/V 프로그램만을 보내주던 기존의 방송에서 데이터를 연동하여 서비스하는 방송으로 변화하였다. 데이터 방송은 지상파, 위성, 케이블 등의 방송망을 이용하여 하나의 방송사가 다수의 시청자에게 디지털 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 여러 종류의 단말기에 전송하는 것이다. 이러한 데이터 방송을 통해 시청자가 직간접적으로 프로그램에 참여할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 서비스를 위해 필요한 여러 기술 중에 사용자의 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 콘텐츠 표현 기술이 필요하다. 대표적인 콘텐츠의 표현 기술은 HAVi UI와 eTV 시스템이 있다. HAVi UI는 자바 컴포넌트 API로 구성되어 있으며 HAVi 컴포넌트 API로 셋톱박스 어플리케이션(Xlet)을 개발한다. 개발된 Xlet 프로그램은 미들웨어 시스템에 탑재된 자바 가상 머신을 통해 실행된다. eTV 시스템은 범용 마크업 언어인 XML로 어플리케이션을 개발한다. 개발된 eTV 어플리케이션은 eTV 바이너리 생성기를 통해 EBIF가 생성되고 셋톱박스에 탑재된 eTV 리시버에서 실행된다. 본 논문에서는 eTV 시스템을 구성하기 위한 구성요소에서 서버 모듈인 eTV 바이너리 포맷 생성기를 개발하였다. eTV 시스템 개발을 통해서 데이터 방송을 위한 사용자 인터페이스의 기능을 확대 할 수 있으며, 시청자의 선택에 따른 방송을 보다 폭 넓게 제공할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 RT(Real Time)기반의 IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) 설계 및 해석, 평가 플랫폼을 개발하고자한다. GUI(Graphical User Interface)로 제작 된 플랫폼 실행창에서 설계변수의 수치적 입력을 통해 설계 자동화를 구현하며, 수치해석프로그램 FEMM과 연동함으로써 전동의 전자계 해석 및 제어정수의 추출을 수행한다. 아울러 추출된 제어정수를 이용, Simulink의 실시간 시뮬레이션을 통해 IPMSM의 제어를 수행하여 통합적 설계 해석 평가를 도출한다.
