A Survey Study on Public Health Nursing Manpower is Pusan, Kyung Nam area (부산.경남지역 보건간호 인력분포와 보건사업 제공 실태에 대한 조사연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the Manpower status of nurse in the Health Centers from 1985 year to 1986 year, Pusu and Kyung Nam area. As the results through the analysis of collected data, the following conclusion has been reached. 1. The number of nurses who worked in the Family Planning in Pusan was largest and the number of nurses in Kyung Nam who worked for Consultation Clinic was the largest both in 1985 and in 1986. 2. Population per Health Center by year; Population per Health Center in Pusan area increased from 351,681 persons 1985 year to 357,884 persons, 1986 year In Kyung Nam area population per Health Center increased from 130,247 persons, 1985 to 130,252 persons,1986 year. 3. Population per Public Health Nurses by year; Population per PHN in Pusan area increased from 30,058 persons, 1985 to 31,120 persons, 1986. But in Kyung Nam area population per PHN decreased from 22,500 persons, 1985 to 16,747 persons, 1986. 4. Activities of Public Health Nurses by clinic; The order of priority activities by PHNs was family Planning in Pusan area and M.C.H in Kyung Nam area. 5. The target population per Public Health Nurse; The target population of M.C.H was the most in Pusan, 1985. In Kyung Nam area the most target population was M.C.H., 1985 year. 6. Number of service per Public Health Nurse; In number of service per PHN, the hightest health nursing service activity in Pusan and was M.C.H in Kyung Nam area.

Assesment of Indoor Radon Gas Concentration Change of College (대학의 실내 라돈가스 농도의 변화 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the impact by comparing the concentration of indoor radon and look for ways to lower the concentration of indoor radon gas measurements of three variables, the year of completion, volume of the building and ventilation. Measurement target is six classrooms on the sixth floor of building that was constructed in 1973 and was extended in 2011. Selected classroom's volume is different. Four classrooms were selected to compare the radon concentration in accordance with the year of completion, Classrooms that is same year of completion were selected to compare the radon concentration in accordance with the volume, six classroom was performed closure and ventilation to compare radon concentration according to ventilation. Radon concentrations in accordance with the year of building completion showed a high concentration of radon in a building recently built. Also, Radon concentration in volume is high the smaller the volume. Radon concentration change according to ventilation showed a reduction of about 80% when the ventilation than during closing. Especially, The radon concentrations were high detected while the recently year of building completion and the smaller volume. Ventilation of the three variables is considered that can be expected to exposure reduction effect by radon affecting the greatest radon concentration reduction.

  • 도시주민들은 경제, 문화생활 및 의식수준이 향상됨에 따라 보다 다양하고 양질의 공공서비스를 요구하게 되었다. 주민들의 이러한 요구는 공공서비스 시설의 입지문제와 직결되는 것으로 도시의 입지결정 시 가장 중요한 고려사항 중의 하나는 공공서비스를 보다 저렴하고 편리하게 시민들이 이용할 수 있게 제공함으로써 이용주민들의 복지를 극대화 시켜야한다는 점이다. 이러한 기본 목적을 충족시키기 위해서는 공공시설의 위치결정이 중요한 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 접근성 이론과 GIS 공간분석 기법을 접목하여 입지분석을 시행하였으며 연도별 최적입지를 산출하고, 각 구청의 연도별 최적 입지점의 지도화를 통해 그들의 이동 추이를 추적하며 각 구청의 연도별 최적값의 변화 추이를 살펴보았다. 또한 비교분석을 통하여 연도별 현구청의 입지 혹은 이전할 입지의 적합성을 평가하였다. 이를 위해서 입지분석을 위한 이론적 검토로서 공공서비스 시설의 입지이론에 대해 살펴보고 구청사의 입지 적정성을 객관적인 기준에 따라 평가할 수 있는 계량적인 입지분석 방법을 검토 정립하였다. 본 연구에서는 이론적인 근거를 실제 공공시설적용을 위하여 금천구를 선정하였고, 구청의 도시현황을 분석하고, 도로망, 인구추정을 통하여 관련자료를 수집하였다. 이를 토대로 정성적, 정량적 분석 및 효율성과 형평성을 고려하여 구청사 위치의 적정성에 대한 결론을 도출하였다.
