최근에 전자문화지도에 대한 관심이 늘어나면서 다양한 주제를 기반으로 한 전자문화지도들이 연구 및 개발되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 기존의 전자문화지도들은 대부분 단일 주제로 제작되므로 주제들 간의 연관성 분석이 어렵고, 전자문화지도들이 서로 연계되어 있지 않아 다양한 관점을 기반으로 한 활용이 미흡한 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 하나의 전자문화지도에 레이어 기능을 활용하여 다양한 주제들을 표현하는 방안을 제시한다. 또한, 이를 기반으로 전자문화지도에서의 주제별 중첩 기능을 활용하여 주제들 간의 연계 관계를 효율적으로 파악하고 다양한 주제들의 연관 관계를 통해 새로운 지식을 도출해 낼 수 있는 활용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Data format of Big data is diverse and vast, and its generation speed is very fast, requiring new management and analysis methods, not traditional data processing methods. Textual mining techniques can be used to extract useful information from unstructured text written in human language in online documents on social networks. Identifying trends in the message of politics, economy, and culture left behind in social media is a factor in understanding what topics they are interested in. In this study, text mining was performed on online news related to a given keyword using topic - oriented analysis technique. We use Latent Dirichiet Allocation (LDA) to extract information from web documents and analyze which subjects are interested in a given keyword, and which topics are related to which core values are related.

Among university librarians and academic community in Korea, there has been constant debate on the need for subject librarianship and the restructuring of educational programs. The debate has not resulted in substantive change so far. Recently, as several university libraries have begun to implement subject librarian service, there is a growing need to reeducate practicing librarians for such service. Recognizing that the liaison service model best fits the reality of academic libraries, this article proposes curriculum development goals and strategies, and specific course listings for the training of subject liaison librarians. We also suggest specific conditions requisite for such education programs fully develop in the future.

Microblogs became popular information delivery ways due to the spread of smart phones. They have the characteristic of reflecting the interests of users more quickly than other medium. Particularly, in case of the subject which attracts many users, microblogs can supply rich information originated from various information sources. Nevertheless, it has been considered as a hard problem to obtain useful information from microblogs because too much noises are in them. So far, various methods are proposed to extract and track some subjects from particular documents, yet these methods do not work effectively in case of microblogs which consist of short phrases. In this paper, we propose a graph-based topic extraction and partitioning method to understand interests of users about a certain keyword. The proposed method contains the process of generating a keyword graph using the co-occurrences of terms in the microblogs, and the process of splitting the graph by using a network partitioning method. When we applied the proposed method on some keywords. our method shows good performance for finding a topic about the keyword and partitioning the topic into sub-topics.

경계 및 접경지역 연구는 일찍이 근대지리학, 특히, 정치지리학의 시작과 함께 중요한 연구 주제였으며, 2차 대전 이후 전후 유럽의 재편과 함께 크게 각광을 받았고, 꾸준히 정치지리학의 주요한 주제였다. 1990년 이후 유럽 사회주의 국가의 물락 이후, 동서 냉전 체제의 해체는 전 세계적으로 수많은 접경지역의 변화를 가져왔다. 또한, 전 세계적으로 전면적인 전쟁의 위험이 사라진 대신 국지적인 전쟁에 의하여 국경분쟁이 자주 발생하여 접경지역에 대한 연구는 많은 관심을 불러 일으켰다. 특히 이스라엘과 팔레스타인간의 갈등 그리고 파키스탄과 인도간의 갈등. 러시아 연방내에서 러시아 정부와 체첸간의 갈등은 국경분쟁의 대표적인 예이다. It is very important to organize materials at intemet bookstores. It is time for us to develop a subject classification scheme as a tool for increasing the effectiveness of information retrieval with ease of subject access. The purpose of this study is to examine the subject features of internet bookstores in order to suggest the effective design of the subject scheme for them. Nine internet bookstore websites are analyzed at the aspect of the subject classification of the materials. Based upon the results of this study, an effective subject classification for internet bookstores is suggested to provide a better subject access.

This study aims to focus on classifying the search engine queries according to web query topic and the different user intents behind web queries. First, we classified 10,000 web query data set by topic. The results showed that there was significant differences in interesting topics across time. Also, we categorized 500 popular queries in web search engine as informational, navigational, or transactional. As a result, 82 percent of web queries are informational in nature, with about 10.8 percent for navigational and 7.2 percent for transactional. This results will help establish the policy to provide internet contents based on user's intent and also find out the social and cultural characteristics.

본 논문은 대규모 텍스트 데이터에서 이슈를 발굴할 때 사용되는 기존의 정보 네트워크 또는 지식 그래프 구축 방법의 한계점을 지적하고, 문장 단위로 정보 네트워크를 구축하는 새로운 방법에 대해서 제안한다. 먼저 문장을 구성하는 단어와 캐릭터수의 분포를 측정하며 의성어와 같은 노이즈를 제거하기 위한 역치값을 설정하였다. 다음으로 BERT 기반 언어모델을 이용하여 모든 문장을 벡터화하고, 코사인 유사도를 이용하여 두 문장벡터에 대한 유사성을 측정하였다. 오분류된 유사도 결과를 최소화하기 위하여 명사형 단어의 의미적 연관성을 비교하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 제안된 유사문장 비교 알고리즘의 결과를 검토해 보면, 두 문장은 서술되는 형태가 다르지만 동일한 주제와 내용을 다루고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 단어 단위 지식 그래프 해석의 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 방법이다. 향후 이슈 및 트랜드 분석과 같은 미래연구 분야에 적용하면, 데이터 기반으로 특정 주제에 대한 사회적 관심을 수렴하고, 수요를 반영한 정책적 제언을 도출하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다

본 연구의 목적은 국내외 교육에서 필수역량으로 제시하고 있는 '디지털 리터러시'를 주제로 한 연구 문헌들을 분석하여 동향을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 필요한 연구 주제를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육학 분야로 색인한 '디지털 리터러시' 관련 논문들을 찾아 연도별 분포, 연구대상, 연구분야, 연구목적 및 관련 주제에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과 SW교육의 적용과 코로나19로 디지털 리터러시 교육에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있지만, 연구 대상과 주제가 다양하게 분포되어 있지 않으며 디지털 리터러시의 개념과 영역에 대해 명확히 구분되어 있지 않았다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이에 디지털 리터러시에 대한 활발한 연구를 위해 교사들을 위한 디지털 리터러시, 정보교과에서의 디지털 리터러시, 타 리터러시와의 명확한 개념과 영역 구분, 리터러시 교수·학습 방법 및 적용 사례, 디지털 리터러시 측정 도구 등의 주제를 제안하였다.
