This paper studied on the open access to public funded research articles in Korea. The 18% of articles published in the journals of the Korea Research Foundation was the output of research that received public fund. The field of engineering science had the most number of public funded articles and the most frequently supported funding agency was the KRF. But most of the public funded articles in Korea has been serviced through the commercial DBs, whereas the small number of articles serviced freely through the Korea Research Memory and NTIS. This paper proposed that the KRF will have to develop the open access policy focus on the engineering science.

본 연구는 농촌관광사업의 Stakeholders간의 관계 측면에서 참여주민의 특성이 개발기관과 주민조직의 특성과 어떤 관계가 있으며, 이 세 요소가 개발 성과에 어떤 인과관계가 있는지를 밝히는데 있다. 참여주민의 특성으로 사회와 참여주민에 대한 가치체계, 즉 사회자본의 요소들인 신뢰, 규범, 공동체의식 및 네트워크에의 참여를, 개발기관의 특성으로 지원내용과 지원만족도를, 그리고 주민주직의 특성으로 주민조직의 경영역량인 기획, 조직, 지도력, 통제를 측정항목으로 설정하였다. 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 45개 마을에서 227명의 농촌관광 참여자들을 대상으로 상관분석과 경로 분석을 실시하였다. 경로분석 결과 사회자본이 사업성과에 미치는 직접적인 효과는 0.60으로 상당 부분의 영향을 미침을 설명하고 있었다. 반면 개발기관의 지원특성은 주민조직의 경영역량과 유의성 있는 상관이 있었으나 사업성과에 직접적인 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개발사업의 효과가 외부지원에 의해서가 아니라 주민 자체의 역량에 의해서 결정됨을 설명한다. 농촌관광사업이 효과를 얻기 위해서는 공동체의식, 주민과 개발기관간의 상호 신뢰감 조성 등 주민의식의 고양이 필요하며, 특히 주민조직체의 경영역량 함량을 위해 제도적 지원이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 인증기관의 필요성과 기능, 인증기관이 갖추어야 할 요건, 미국을 비롯한 인터넷 상거래가 활성화되어 가는 몇몇 나라에서의 인증기관에 대한 사례, 신용카드 를 지불수단으로 사용하여 안전한 전자상거래를 지원하는 SET(Secure Electronic Transaction) 표준에서의 인증기관의 구성 예에 대하여 분석해 보기로 한다. 또한 본 연구 에서는 이들 사례를 토대로 신뢰할 수 있는 웹공간을 구성하여 우리 나라에서의 인증기관 구성 방안에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

이 연구는 선주, 선원노동조합, 정부기관, 선원교육기관 등 선원유관단체들의 선원보건의료 실태와 선내 응급의료지원 실태 등에 대한 인식도 조사를 실시하여 의료사각지대인 선내의료 및 선원 건강관리 여건을 개선하기 위한 방향을 제안하고, 향후 선내 의료지원제도 개선방향에 대한 기초자료 제시와 개선점을 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다.

In this paper, in order to support rapid and effective decision-making and response in disaster situations, we identified the author's organization of academic research papers and conducted a collaborative relationship analysis study based on this. For this purpose, 2,308 papers in 69 Korean academic journals classified by disaster and safety type were selected for analysis and experimental data were constructed based on the Korea Science Citation Database (KSCD) and institutional identification data provided by KISTI. Collaborative relationship analysis was conducted for each of the four units (Institution, Institution type, Institution region and University department type). First, statistical status such as frequency of appearance was compared, and basic properties and main centrality index of each co-occurrence network were calculated and analyzed using Social Network Analysis Method. In addition, a visualization map was created and presented for each network so that the collaborative relationship could be viewed and understood as a whole. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the search activities of institutions and cooperative groups that support effective disaster response and to lay the foundation for the information service system.

현재 우리나라 농업은 인구의 고령화, 농촌인구의 도시 유출, 기후온난화 등의 영향으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 각종 지원정책을 통해 농업관련산업을 지원하고 있으나 뚜렷한 효과를 보지 못하고 있으며 농업으로의 창업에서도 성과를 내지 못하고 있다. 정부에서는 농업관련 기관을 통해 농업관련산업 내 창업에 대한 지원사업을 확대하고 있으며 다양한 컨텐츠를 접목시켜 양을 늘리고 질적인 성장을 꾀하고 있다. 농업관련산업 창업에 대한 검토와 함께 차별화된 정책이 필요하며, ICT와 소프트 웨어 중심의 창업지원 정책에서 새로운 성장 컨텐츠를 더하는 변화가 요구된다고 하였다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 다양한 기술들이 농업관련산업에 접목되고 있으며 예비창업자들의 대부분이 큰 기대와 함께 창업을 할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 농업관련산업의 관심이 있는 예비창업자를 대상으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 여러 가지 영향중에 내적개인특성, 창업지원, 외부환경특성 등의 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 농업관련산업 내 예비창업자들에게 도움이 되고 관련 기관이 지원정책을 수립합에 있어 도움이 될것으로 기대한다.

This study investigated the impact of the secondary trauma stress experienced by workers who support sexual violence victims on occupational stress level, and verified the moderating effect of the job education from support facilities in this relationship. The data analyzed in this study were sampled from "The Primary Study on The Development of Training Program to Cultivate Professional Workers of Support Organizations for Sexual Violence Survivors" as a secondary data and 482 nationwide workers were selected. By applying SPSS PROCESS macro, the moderation model was analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, sexual violence victim support workers' secondary trauma stress has a significantly influence on occupational stress level of workers. Second, the job education from support agencies themselves moderates the relationship between the secondary trauma stress and occupational stress level of support agents. It also showed that the higher level of job education participates, the less the experience of being stressed on the job. Thus, on the basis of the result, the theoretical discussion on the secondary trauma stress and occupational stress level of sexual violence victim support worker was drawn out and the empirical implication on the direction of the education for job related was suggested.

This study is to investigate the correlation of the period of child care support agency and child language cognitive development and to lead the development of the child in a positive side. For this purpose, Korea Children's Panel's 2012 data by the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) were used, selected 913 children of total 1703 parts. The result was derived from the results of frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis result, there was significant correlation between the period of child care support agency and child language cognitive development, and the longer the period of child care supper agency was the better child language cognitive development. Applying this results in health policy to expand the 'Free Childcare Policy', it will be higher for young child language and cognitive development.

Due to the rapid change of corporate environment of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), there is an increasing needs for the effective utilization of knowledge intensive services. Current knowledge intensive services for SMEs include various activities including venturing, R&D planning, R&D support, marketing, and networking. However, these activities are not differentiated according to the institutions that provides those services. In response, this study aims to explore and identify core knowledge intensive services, and specify the target knowledge service. The case study was conducted for the Divison of SMEs innovation in Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI).
