최근 들어 스마트 기기의 확대로 인해 생활환경에 큰 변화가 나타나기 시작했다. 특히 스마트 기기를 활용하여 언제 어디서든지 업무를 지속할 수 있는 스마트워크 환경에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 국내 스마트워크 연구는 초기 단계에 머물러 있으며, 스마트워크 환경에 접근하는 디바이스에 대한 보안 연구 또한 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 환경에서 업무 지속성을 위해 접근되는 디바이스의 안전한 접근을 위한 디바이스 인증 기법을 제안한다.

무한 사이버 공간인 인터넷의 발달과 함께 인터넷의 사용이 크게 늘어 거의 대부분이 인터넷을 이용하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷에서의 정보와 지식은 누구나가 어떠한 환경에서도 사용가능해야 한다. 장애인, 노인, 어린이, 약시 등을 고려한 웹 개발이 절실하다. 국내에서는 2008년 4월 11일 "장애인차별금지 및 권리구제 등에 관한 법률" 동법시행령(제14조)에 웹 접근성 의무화 조항 마련을 마련하여 복지 분야 뿐 아니라 인터넷에서도 장애인에 대한 평등을 강화하였다. 매년 웹 접근성 실태조사를 하고 있는 중앙행정기관의 웹 접근성 평균 점수는 2005년 72.3점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007년 88.2점, 2008년 90.6점이고, 광역지자체는 2005년 71.6점, 2006년 81.8점, 2007년 86.8점, 91.6점으로 해마다 향상되고 있는 것으로 나타났다(한국정보화진흥원 웹접근성연구소, 2009). 이와 비교해 볼 때, 민간기업의 웹사이트는 웹 접근성 준수율이 많이 낮으므로 본 연구에서는 한국 미국 일본 50대 기업의 웹 접근성 및 사용성에 대해 나라별, 기업별로 실증 평가 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선안을 제시하여 민간기업의 웹 접근성, 사용성 수준을 향상시키는데 다소라도 기여하고자 하며 향후 IPTV, 휴대폰 등 다양한 웹 접근성 연구 분야에 대해 제시했다.

We propose two phase filtering scheme to develop an efficient mechanism for XML databases to control query-based access. An access control environment for XML documents and some techniques to deal with fine-grained authorization priorities and conflict resolution issues are proposed. Despite this, relatively little work has been done to enforce access controls particularly for XML databases in the case of query-based access. The basic idea utilized is that a user query interaction with only necessary access control rules is modified to an alternative form through a query optimization technique, which is guaranteed to have no access violations using tree-aware metadata of XML schemas. The scheme can be applied to any XML database management system and has several advantages such as small execution time overhead, fine-grained controls, and safe and correct query modification. The experimental results clearly demonstrate the efficiency of the approach.

Traditional access control models like role-based access control model are insufficient in security needs in ubiquitous computing environment because they take no thought of access control based on user's context or environment condition. In these days, although researches on context-aware access control using user's context or environment conditions based on role-based access control are emerged, they are on the primary stage. We present context definitions md an access control model to provide more flexible and dynamic context-aware access control based on role-based access control. Specially, we describe the conflict problems occurred in the middle of making an access decision. After classifying the conflict problems, we show some resolutions to solve them. In conclusion, we will lay the foundations of the development of security policy and model assuring right user of right object(or resource) and application service through pre-defined context and context classification in ubiquitous computing environments. Beyond the simplicity of access to objects by authorized users, we assure that user can access to the object, resource, or service anywhere and anytime according to right context.

Proportion and importance of knowledge & information provision through the web are increased continuously. Equivalent accessibility focused on universal service is highly demanded especially for public institutions, such as national libraries. In this study, web accessibility of sixteen national libraries were compared and analyzed by KADO-WAH, web accessibility tool. Characteristics of libraries were investigated and future directions were suggested based on the analysis and results.

인터넷 발달로 인한 정보격차는 장애인들의 문화지체현상을 가속화 시키고 있다. 이에 웹사이트의 원스톱 서비스에 있어 경험에 기초한 디자인과 보편적 디자인을 기반으로 접근성을 확장해 나가야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌을 통해 장애인을 위한 접근성 필수항목 7가지, 즉 콘텐츠구성, 키보드접근, 마우스접근, 이미지처리, 텍스트처리, 색, 코드를 선정하고 이를 근거로 장애인 자료실이 있는 공공도서관과 그렇지 못한 공공도서관, 해외 공공도서관의 웹사이트를 대상으로 평가하였다. 이를 토대로 접근성 확장을 위해 메인페이지 개선, 사용자 경험을 기초한 콘텐츠 구성, 콘텐츠의 접근성, 의미 있는 마크업, 이용자를 위한 맞춤형 콘텐츠, 제작 권장사항 등을 제안하였다. 앞으로 장애인을 포함한 모든 이용자를 위한 웹 접근성 지침은 경험적 데이터와 보편적 디자인에서 이루어져야 할 것이다.

차세대 웹 문서의 새로운 표준으로 자리 잡아 가고 있는 XML은 전자 상거래나 병원 관리 등과 같이 다양한 응용 분야에 적용되고 있다. 이러한 응용 분야는 XML 문서의 각 구성 요소 수준의 세밀한 액세스 제어를 요구한다. 따라서, 현재 XML 문서의 미세 접근 제어 기법에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 현재 제안된 XML 문서를 위한 미세 접근 제어 기법은 대부분 묵시적 권한 기법을 사용하여 상위 구성요소에 한번의 권한 부여로 하위노드에 권한을 부여하는 효과를 가지는 장점을 가지나, 각 구성 요소간의 권한을 체크하는 시간 오버헤드를 가지는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 권한을 체크하는 시간을 감소시키기 위하여 XML 문서의 미세 접근 제어를 위한 명시적 권한 기법을 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 노드의 권한에 대한 모든 정보를 저장하고 있는 접근 권한 트리 모델을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 접근 권한 트리 모델을 사용하면, 권한 정보를 저장하는 공간 오버헤드가 있지만, 권한 체크 시간을 감소시켜 사용자에게 보다 빠른 뷰를 제공할 수 있다.

안전한 멀티캐스트 아키텍쳐, 키분배, 송신자 인증 등에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있지만 서비스 거부 공격이나 권한 없는 멤버에 대한 멀티캐스트 서비스 접근을 통제할 수 있는 접근통제 기술에 대한 연구는 극히 미진한 상태이다. 멀티캐스트 그룹의 경우, 그룹의 일부 멤버는 다른 멤버보다 높은 보안 레벨의 메시지를 교환할 수 있다. 또한 대규모의 멀티캐스트 통신 환경에서 트리의 깊이가 깊어짐에 따라 루트노드에 대한 접근통제 정보가 폭증하고, 서비스 거부 공격 또는 서비스 폭증으로 인한 루트노드의 서비스 장애시 멀티캐스트 서비스의 중단을 가져올 수 있는 취약한 구조를 갖고 있다. 기존의 송신자 기반 멀티캐스트 접근통제 방식이 멀티캐스트 라우터의 서브넷에 하나의 멤버만이 가능한 한계를 갖고 있고 다중 접속 네트워크 환경에서의 불법접근을 효율적으로 막지 못하는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제점을 분석하여 해결방안을 제시하고 기존 접근통제 모델을 확장하여 네트워크 계층에서의 효율적인 다단계 송신자 기반 접근통제 구조를 제시한다.

This paper starts from one question: what are the key factors of the web accessibility policy, which is significant for realizing equity in the web and enhancing human dignity in the information society. To find significant factors for complying with web accessibility, this paper analyzes panel data of 16 Korean local governments (for five years: 2004-2009) according to the research design which is based on the demand and supply balance model and consists of four variables : 'legal and institutional environment (including legal infrastructure)', 'financial foundation (fiscal self-reliance ratio)', 'policy inputs (amount of imformatization budget, employee of information experts)'and 'policy demand (internet usage rate, the number of disabled people and elderly people)'. From the results of this study, this paper can explain the mechanism and impact factors on the web accessibility policy of Korean local governments. Some factors are critical to improve web accessibility: (1) the importance of policy demand, (2) the importance of policy inputs, (3) the importance of legal and institutional environment. Finally, this paper concludes with some suggestions to enhance the web accessibility capacity for Korean local governments: (1) improve awareness on web accessibility, (2) develop a standard and invest R&D on web accessibility, (3) foster experts in web accessibility.

이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.
