Using a stochastic cost frontier approach(SCFA), this paper annually estimates the efficiency and productivity with same data in the papers which analyze the efficiency and productivity using data envelopment analysis(DEA) to compare the results and suggest the political findings of raising the efficiency and productivity for three publicly-owned rail transit properties. the Seoul Subway Corporation (SSC), the Seoul Metropolitan Electrified Railways Sector of Korea National Railroad (SMESRS) and the Busan Urban Transit Authority (BUTA). The results show that the results of SCFA are higher than DEA for efficiency and lower for productivity in that DEA regards the stochastic error and measurement error as the inefficiency contrary to SFCA. But the political findings from these results appears to be similar as follows. First, the productivity of the three properties should be first improved by using existing technologies efficiently and then by introducing new ones. Second, the three properties should improve the technical efficiency through reducing input quantities to raise their efficiency. Finally, all the three components of the productivity such as productive efficiency change, technical change, and scale change should be considered to evaluate their productivity more correctly.

This paper considers the stresses and pore pressures induced in soft ground due to tunnelling and it presents and discusses the approach methods for estimating the stability of the tunnel and its heading during drained and undrained condition. In practical, the undrained analyses of the face stability of shield tunnelling in soft soil, are carried out based on the field data measured during tunnelling and the results are also evaluated.

정부는 보건의료취약지역의 주민에게 보건의료를 효율적으로 제공케 함으로써 국민의 의료균형과 보건향상에 목적을 두어 보건진료원을 1981년부터 훈련 배치하였다. 본 연구는 사전 Pre-test, Post-test, Control Group Design에 의하여 이들 보건진료원이 배치되기 이전에 baseline data를 수집 분석하여 3년 후(1984년)에 보건 진료원의 활동성과를 종합적으로 평가하기 위해 실시된 것이다. 본 연구에서 농어촌 벽지에 보건진료원이 배치됨으로써 보건진료원 투입 전 후, 투입지역과 비투입지역(대조지역, control area)간 비교분석에 의하여 보건진료원이 보건의료서비스 접근성의 변화에 준 순효과가 종합적으로 평가될 수 있다. 그러나 본 보고서는 1981년에 농어촌 벽지 4,083 가구의 표본에서 수집된 자료를 이용하여 벽지의 보건의료서비스 접근성의 현상분석에 치중하고 있다. 보건의료서비스는 의료 서비스와 예방서비스로 구분되었고 예방서비스는 모성보건, 영유아보건, 가족계획으로 세 분류 되었다. 보건의료서비스와 접근성은 Aday와 Andersen의 모형에 의하여 4개 component로 나누어 분석되었고, 각 component의 특성은 지표(indicator)에 의하여 설명되고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the usability of the mobile app 'Allive' to improve accessibility to resources and mental health services among sexual violence survivors. Participants include survivors of sexual violence as well as service providers at sexual violence crisis intervention centers. The usability test was conducted as a quantitative and qualitative evaluation after study participants used the app in a real-life environment. The results of usability testing highlighted the positive and beneficial impact on mental health function as well as accessibility to essential resources for those who have experienced sexual violence.

The importance of web accessibility becomes important due to a legal obligation to comply with web accessibility. However, there are few educational programs developed on web accessibility for vocational high schools in Korea. In this study, to explore the future possibilities of web accessibility curriculum the survey with information teachers of 97 vocational high schools was conducted along with review of the curriculums of the domestic and foreign web accessibility educational programs. The survey results indicate that (1) the information teachers have only basic conceptual understandings on web accessibility and (2) they have little intention on teaching web accessibility at their vocational high schools due to current educational conditions and the lack of web accessibility knowledge. The results of this study could be employed as references for the web and web accessibility educational courses at the vocational high schools.

The purpose of this study is to construct a digital archive system by analyzing the collections of the Korean Christian Museum at S University, which has a large number of materials related to Korean Christianity published in the modern period from the time of Korea's enlightenment until liberation. In order to construct a digital archive system, indexes and metadata for the collection are complied according to the pre-defined format. After digitizing the selected collection, a database is built using metadata information, and the actual system is divided into a web standard-based management system and a user service system. Also a content-based search system is constructed, which provides the matching value of retrieval results in units of one character and an automatic search term completion function to enhance user convenience. Therefore, collections in the museum, which are difficult to access the original text, are digitized and provided so that they can be easily used, laying the foundation for the long-term development of humanities contents for improving the accessibility and availability of collections for both researchers and the public.

원자력발전소 고장 및 불시정지 사례의 상당수가 시스템과 연계되어 인간에 의해 수행되는 운전, 유지보수, 관리와 관련된 인적오류에 기인하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 인적오류는 원자력발전소의 안전성과 효율성의 유지에 중요한 변수로 작용하며 불시정지에 의한 경제적 손실과 사회적 충격을 초래 하게 된다. 특히, 국내 원자력발전소가 외국설계라는 점과 인적요인에 대한 체계적인 평가가 이루어 지 지 않은 상태에서 운영중인 것을 감안하면, 인적요인의 국가별 차이에서 발생가능한 인적오류 유발요인 이 상존하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 인적오류의 중요성에 비해 국내 원자력 발전소의 인적오류에 대 한 연구는 지금까지 활발히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 국내 원자력발전소에서 발생하는 인적 오류의 분석과 그 분석결과를 응용하기 위한 기술개발의 첫단계로, 기존 국외의 인적오류연구방법론 비교 분석, 국내 원전의 인적오류 발생현황 및 관련보고체계 분석, 등을 수행하여 국내 원자력발전소의 인적오류 분석 및 응용기술개발을 위한 연구개발 방향을 정립하였다. 기존 국외의 인적오류연구방법론 비교분석에서는, 인적오류에 대한 연구를 그 접근 방식에 따라 관리적 접근방식, 정량적 접근방식, 정성적 접근방식의 세가지로 분류하여, 각 접근방식에 대한 분석대상, 분석방식, 수행목적 등, 각 접근방식의 특징과 이에따른 실효성을 분석하였다. 그리고, 국내 원전의 인적오류 발생현황 및 관련보고체계분석에서는, 국내 원자력발전소에서 발생한 고장/정지 사건이 내포하고 있는 인적오류의 주요 형태를 파악하였으며, 또한, 인적오류연구 수행에 필수적인 인적오류사례원으로서 국내 원전에서의 인적오류 관련 보고체계에 대한 운용현황을 파악하고 그 유용성을 조사하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여, 국내에 적용가능한 인적오류 분석기술개발 추진을 위한 제약 조건과 이러한 제약조건을 극복하고 인적오류 분석기술 수준을 향상시키기 위한 필요충분조건을 파악하였으며, 이 필요충분조건을 고려하여 인적오류 분석기법개발, 인적 오류 사례전파 및 자료관리 기술개발, 인적오류 사례수집 기술개발, 등을 주요 골자로 하는 인적오류 분석기술개발의 기본 방향을 설정하였다. 이와 아울러, 오류사례의 수집, 상세분석, 자료의 저장 및 응용을 위한 hardware 및 software 환경을 체계화하였다.

This article proposed a new online union catalog of children's material owned by children's libraries and public libraries in Korea. In order to meet users' information needs about children's material the existing access points in the online catalogs should be expanded including such information as children's age, type of publication, genre, subject, theme, book review, awarded books, and location. Since location information about a particular material is essential to users, a national online union catalog of children's material should be constructed.

The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the cost of rehabilitation services for people with congenital disabilities. The subjects of this study were 712 persons who had a disability from prenatal life from data of the 2020 National Survey of the Disabled Persons. 19-40 years, middle-class economic status, monthly family income level, use of vouchers, satisfaction with service institutions, autistic disability types significantly contributed to the cost of rehabilitation services. Among them use of vouchers had the greatest influence on the cost of rehabilitation services. Therefore, in order to reduce the cost of rehabilitation services for people with the congenital disabilities, it is suggested to improve the target of the voucher program and to establish a rehabilitation service support system for the entire life span.

본 연구는 기존의 점자 교육 및 번역 서비스의 한계를 극복하기 위해 16가지의 다양한 번역 메커니즘과 문서 요약 기능을 제공하여 시각장애인의 학습자료의 접근성을 향상한다. 점역사의 번역 작업을 자동화하여 정확하고 빠른 점역 및 교정을 지원한다. 음성파일을 제공하여 시각장애인의 학습 시간을 단축할 수 있다. E-yes 는 시각장애인의 학습 효율을 높이고 학습자료 접근성 개선을 목적으로 한다.
