This study was purposed to analyse the registration of Korean Fashion brands in China and to point out problems by the registration of analogous trademarks to Korean brand names. List of total 137 Korean national brands were used to collect trademarks in Chinese Trademark Office and each trademark was analysed by the nationally and the date of registration. Analogy of registered trademarks were classified by the common traits. In Result, only 61 Korean national brands were registered by Korean fashion firms in China and 37 Korean national brands were registered by Chinese firms or individuals in the same product classification or in the similar fashion product classification. And 22 Korean national brands out of 61 registered by Korean firms were also registered by Chinese firms, which may lead confusion and misidentification to Chinese consumers. Pre-registration by the Chinese firms f9r analogous or identical trademarks of the Korean fashion brand names in analogous product classification should be a serious entry barrier to Chinese market.

This study investigated collection status, characteristics of their collections, and service of five institutions holding modern public records such as museums, archives and libraries in Korea. Investigation found out that most of them lack total catalog of their collections and provide limited on-line service. In addition, there was a case that one record group from the same provenance is separatedly preserved at two to three institutions. As a result of the investigation, it is suggested that cooperation among museum, archives, and research institutes will be necessary in order to arrange and use modern public records scattered in each institution.

Some problems of elementary mathematics textbook applying storytelling continue to be suggested since implementing it in mathematics instruction. The paper looks into concrete problems. First problem is the lack of mathematics education experts studying storytelling in the field. Second problem is that a variety of materials including storytelling need to be used in the process of developing instruction materials. Third problem is that storytelling needs to include integration of various mathematical knowledge. Fourth problem is that it is needed to develop making storytelling focused on mathematical concepts. Fifth problem is that there is no appropriate lessen plan necessary for instruction applying storytelling. Sixth problem is that storytelling inducts intrinsic motivation as well as extrinsic motivation. Final problem is the sources of story need to be diverse. It is expected that storytelling reflecting those aspects is developed.

시맨틱 웹은 웹 환경에서 데이터의 의미를 표준화된 방법으로 표현함으로써 데이터의 상호 운용성을 보장하고 기계가 활용 가능한 데이터의 웹을 가능하게 해준다. 온톨로지에서 데이터는 식별자(URI)를 사용해서 의미가 명확화되고, 표준 기술 방법(RDF)를 통해서 어플리케이션 간 데이터의 통합 및 재사용을 가능하게 해준다. 최근 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 링크드 데이터 프로젝트를 통해서 시맨틱 데이터들의 상호연계가 활발하게 추진하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 출처들의 데이터를 연계하는 과정에서, 동일한 객체에 서로 다른 식별자가 할당된 경우 식별자를 통한 시맨틱 정보 연계에 문제가 발생할 수 있다. OWL에서는 동일 객체에 대한 2개 이상의 식별자가 부여된 경우 owl:sameAs를 이용해서 식별자들이 동일 객체를 가리키고 있음을 명시한다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 식별자를 가진 객체들이 owl:sameAs를 사용해서 동일 객체로 표현되었을 경우, 동일 객체에 부여된 식별자 정보를 효과적으로 관리하고, 이를 서비스에 활용하기 위한 관리 서버를 설계하였다. 관리 서버를 통해 동일 객체에 대한 식별자들의 체계적인 관리는 물론, 동일 객체를 찾기 위한 질의 횟수를 감소시켜서 서비스 소요시간을 줄일 수 있다.

The period from 1969 to 1999 is characterized as the rimes of radical reform in contemporary records management system of Korea. First, National archives was organized and it's function has been upgraded. Second, regulations of records management were established, revised, and integrated into a regulation of office management. Records disposition schedule was set up. The last, public records law was established. According to this law National archives was reorganized such as the national center of archival institutions. Principles of registration, classification and compilation, based on the principle of provenance, were established and the system of archivist was introduced.

The objective of this study attempt to examine the prospect whether conventional catch-up theory is also applicable to knowledge intensive industry like Open Source Software(OSS), and the implication from this study can be working as a stepping stone for followers. To do this, we conducted Korean SW firm's interview, and examined U.S. firm's archivings and second source of informations by means of empirical study. We use the inflection point of paradigm shift and difference of technology regime as a framework for empirical study of catch-up process between U.S. and Korean OSS firms. We find that conventional catch-up theory is no more applicable to explain OSS firm's catch-up processes. We also identified the elements that will accelerate the catch-up processes more effectively from the comparison of technology regime between U.S. and Korean OSS firms. As a result, we diagnose the limitation of conventional catch-up theory and discuss the new technology regime which will, ironically, promote the catch-up processes from the condition of low appropriation.

This study aimed to validate the effect of aromatherapy nursing intervention to relieve the pain using systematic review and meta-analysis. We performed a meta-analysis of studies published between January 2000 and March 2014 which were identified through KERIS, KISS, DBpia, Cochrane Library, Ovid-Medline and Pubmed. Twenty studies with 1029 participants were included in this study. Key words listed in PICO and used for the search were aroma, perfume, perfume inhalation, perfume massage, aromatherapy, pain, pain management. The results of meta-analysis demonstrated statistically significant differences not only for the overall effect but also specifically for aromatherapy nursing intervention on measures of pain. To present more evidence that support the effectiveness of aromatherapy nursing intervention on measures of pain, further research is warranted.

브랜드는 단순히 출처를 표시하고 품질을 보증하며 나아가 광고선전을 담당하는 기능을 하는 도구가 아니라 이를 바탕으로 기업에게 가치를 제공하는 매우 중요한 자산으로 부각되고 있다. 기업은 마케팅 활동을 통해 브랜드 이미지를 개발하고 소비자의 태도를 변화시키며, 자사의 브랜드자산을 증가시켜 브랜드의 시장성과를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시장에 대한 진입 장벽 효과를 갖게 하고, 브랜드 탄력성을 높이는 등 전략적 가치를 보장받을 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 기업에 있어서 새로운 마케팅 전략의 수단으로 브랜드의 중요성이 높아지고 있으며, 또한 자사의 기업가치를 증대시키기 위해서는 강력한 브랜드자산을 창출하는데 전력을 다해야 할 것이다. 이러한 브랜드자산을 강화하기 위한 수단으로서의 브랜드인지도, 브랜드충성도, 지각된 품질, 브랜드 연상, 광고효과의 역할은 현재와 같은 글로벌 경쟁 시장상황에서 매우 의미가 있다고 본다. 특히 인터넷의 등장으로 더욱 가속화되고 있는 정보화시대에 있어서 광고의 역할이 많은 비중을 차지할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 브랜드인지도, 브랜드충성도, 지각된 품질, 브랜드연상, 광고효과가 브랜드자산 강화에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는가를 연구하고자 한다. 그리고, 국내 중형승용차 시장에서 선두를 달리고 있는 현대의 소나타 브랜드에 대한 소비자들의 의식을 설문조사를 통하여 브랜드자산을 강화시키는 요인에 대한 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 한 브랜드자산에 대한 마케팅에 있어서 전략적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업들은 자사의 브랜드인지도를 높여서 소비자의 마음속에 자사의 브랜드가 장기간 기억될 수 있도록 브랜드인지도에 대한 전략적인 관리가 요망된다. 둘째, 소비자들이 자사의 브랜드가 경쟁브랜드보다 더 강력한 연상이 형성되도록 집중적인 마케팅 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 제품품질을 향상시켜 소비자들의 지각된 품질수준을 높이는 노력이 요구된다. 넷째, 주로 단기간 작용하는 광고의 긍정적 효과를 위해서는 지속적인 광고의 실행이 요망된다. 끝으로, 분석결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 브랜드충성도가 브랜드자산 강화에 결정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 마케팅관리자는 마케팅조사를 통해 브랜드충성도의 변화를 추적하고, 자사 제품에 대한 반복구매 및 브랜드태도의 측정을 함께 실시하여 더 높은 브랜드충성도를 소비자들이 가질 수 있도록 전략적인 방안을 강구하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 브랜드충성도가 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드연상, 지각된 품질, 광고효과, 브랜드인지도 순으로 모두다 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 기업에서는 브랜드자산을 강화하기 위해서는 5가지 요인들에 대해 체계적이고 보다 세밀한 관리방안을 수립하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

The Zone-Based. landuse Information System(ZBLIS) is an useful information system for city administrators and researchers for planning and analysis. The purpose of this study is to establish concept and methodology of the ZBLIS. The concept of Planning Analysis Zone(PAZ), as a basic unit of analysis, was defined to establish the ZBLIS. Then, various PAZs were suggested through a case study of Pohang city. Also, various useful attribute data were recommended in this study for ZBLIS. Digital Maps were used to establish ZBLIS. Among 730 subcategory items in the Digital Maps, some necessary items were selected for ZBLIS. A 84 items was recommended to be use of the ZBLIS. And 250 more items were recommended for more detailed analysis of the ZBLIS. While previous studies of landuse infonnatiom systems have focused on establishing Parcel-based Landuse Infonnation Systems, it is meaningful that this study is trying to recognize the significance of the ZBLIS and suggest the concept and methodology of the ZBLIS.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of high school students' sexual media literacy awareness and sexual attitude on their gender sensitivity. The subjects of this study were 120 high school students in the city of D, all of who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study. Data were collected from November 28 to December 15, 2022. and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis methods using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the influential factors of gender sensitivity were sexual attitude (β=-.317, p<.001), education level of father (β=.305, p<.001), gender (β=.262, p=.001), source of sexual knowledge (β=-.252, p=.001) and awareness of sexual media literacy (β=-.143, p=.045). This study is significant in that it presents academical, practical, and policy recommendation to increase gender sensitivity, which is considered an essential competency in a future society where diversity is emphasized.
