Vulnerability Analysis of DHCP Exhaustion Attack in Drone Environment: Based on Open Source Tools Improvement Results (드론 환경에서의 DHCP 고갈 공격 취약점 분석: 도구 개선 결과를 기반으로)

  • 드론과 관련된 기술의 발전으로 인하여, 다양한 민간 및 공공 산업에서 활용되는 실정이며, 이에 따라 드론 시장 역시 확대되면서 일반인들도 드론을 접하거나 활용하는 기회가 많아지고 있다. 특히, 일반인들이 접근하기 용이하고 사용하기 쉬운 WiFi 기반의 상용 드론이 생산되면서 수요 역시 증가하는 추세이다. 이와 같이, 드론이 많이 발전하는 긍정적인 측면과는 반대로, 드론에서 발생하는 다양한 취약점으로 인하여 보안 위협이 발생한다. 최근에는 WiFi 기반의 드론들을 대상으로 공개된 도구를 사용하여 DHCP 고갈 공격의 취약점을 분석하는 연구가 진행되었으며, 공격 결과로 실제 드론이 DHCP 고갈 공격으로 인하여 IP 주소를 할당받지 못하는 보안위협이 도출되었다. 하지만, 이 연구는 대표적인 DHCP 공격 도구인 DHCPig와 Yersinia를 활용하였으며, 이 도구들은 무선이 아닌 유선 네트워크를 기반으로 제작되었기 때문에, 드론 환경에 그대로 적용하기에는 한계점이 존재하며, 실제로 발생 가능한 취약점을 검증하지 못하는 한계점도 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 WiFi 기반 상용 드론을 대상으로 DHCP 고갈 공격의 취약점을 분석하기 위하여, 공개된 도구들의 문제점을 분석하고 개선함으로써, 드론 환경에서의 DHCP 고갈 공격의 가능성을 검증한다. 본 연구 결과는 DHCP를 제공하는 드론 환경의 안전성을 향상하기 위한 지표로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

A Validation Study on the Drive Ability Cognitive Assessment Tool of Elderly Drivers (고령자 운전능력 인지 검사 도구의 타당화 연구)

  • This study was designed to verify reliability and feasibility by analyzing elderly drivers' ability test tools for older drivers aged 65 or older, which were improved in 2018 and are currently being conducted by the Korea Highway Traffic Authority. Only those aged 65 or older who voluntarily applied to the elderly driving ability evaluation system implemented by the Seoul branch of the Korea Highway Traffic Authority. The research was conducted for about 50 days until Aug. 31, 2018, starting with the registration and inspection of the first study subjects. The analysis performed a correlation analysis with existing tools and cognitive testing tools (MMSE_K) to determine their feasibility and reliability as an improved tool in 2018. As a result, the first, the speed distance, time-space memory, and dispersionism of each sub-component of the old version showed statistically significant static correlation with the sub-factor of the current version. Persistence, on the other hand, was not statistically significant to the current version. The limitations of this study were as follows. Most of the people in the study were highly educated and residents in the metropolitan area. Therefore, it is likely that the results of MSE_K, which checks cognitive and judgment skills, have been upgraded. Also, cognitive tools that are measured by computers are likely to have real measurement errors for generations who are not familiar with computers. Therefore, it is expected that improvement and development of tools for improving the limit points at the site and assessing actual operation capability will be required.

Development and Application of an Instrument for Assessing Inquiry Level in Secondary School Science Laboratory Classrooms (중등학교 과학실험수업의 탐구수준을 평가하기 위한 도구 개발 및 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and validate an instrument for analysing secondary school science laboratory classroom. Three classroom of novice teachers were observed and administered Dana's (2001) situated laboratory activity instrument. Dana's situated laboratory activity instrument consists of eight categories. Each category includes four levels. Three doctoral students and two science education specialists participated in modification of the through 15 science education graduate students. To achieve reliability, the researcher and two raters observed and analyzed three videotaped classrooms through discussion. The finalized instrument was employed in four novice teacher' classes and result indicated the instrument to be useful in identifying the inquiry level of a secondary laboratory classroom. The inquiry level of four novice teachers was confirmation or observation.

Analysis and Design Method of Tool for Construction of Integrated Environment of Software (소프트웨어 통합환경구축을 위한 도구의 분석과 설계 방안)

  • Two problems can be happened when we construct Integrated Project Support Environment for construction of software integration environment. The first is a problem about granularity of tool. Problems about interface of tools after combination phase which combine many functions into one and when we use some function of tool with other tools, we can't be use by closed interface. The second is a problem that can be happen when we gather data about process. When we measure the development process for enhancement of it, we can get data with tools, but current tools are not prepared to measurement of development process. In this study, we explained that process information tool is needed and proposed analysis and design methodology and evaluation standard. Finally, we considered and evaluated for problems which can be happened when construct environment which is based on this result of study.

Static Analysis of Web Accessibility Based on Abstract Parsing (요약파싱기법을 사용한 웹 접근성의 정적 분석)

  • Web-accessibility evaluation tools can be used to determine whether or not a website meets accessibility guidelines. As such, many such tools have been developed for web accessibility, but most of them dynamically fetch and analyze pages and as a result, some pages maybe omitted due to the lack of access authorization or environment information. In this paper, we propose a static method that analyzes web accessibility via abstract parsing. Our abstract parsing technique understands syntactic and semantic program structures that dynamically generate web pages according to external inputs and parameters. The static method performs its analysis without omitting any pages because it covers all execution paths. We performed an experiment with a PHP-based website to demonstrate how our tool discovers more accessibility errors than a dynamic page accessibility analysis tool.

The Development of an Instrument for the Measurement of Science Process Skills Using Line Graphs (그래프를 이용한 과학 탐구 능력 검사 도구의 개발)

  • The improvement of process skills has been one of the most important goals in secondary science education. To achieve this goal, it is essential to develop an instrument for evaluating inquiry skills in addition to improving science curricula, inquiry teaching methods, and other educational environment. There are a lot of instruments in testing science process skills in Korea as well as America and Europe. However, it has been difficult to find the instruments that have a characteristic in content and form. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable instrument for evaluating science process skills using line graph. This study examined the whole body of scientific process and identified 6 component skills. Three or four items for each component process skills were developed and revised by pilot test and field test. The instrument is considered valid and reliable, for the content validity is 78% and the reliability(KR-20) is 0.82. The discrimination index is 0.57 and difficulty index is 0.47, which also suffice the criteria of good test.

  • With development in computing and networking technologies, national supports and attention for building digital library, which is to overcome the limits of time and location in using information resources, is increasing. To accomplish the main goal of digital library that is to freely share and transfer information on network, the importance of standardization in developing electronic document is increasing. Now several tools to develop electronic document, which will be used in digital library, are developed for electronic document used on WWW. But none of them has absolute advantages to other formats. Those tools, that is, have comparative advantages and disadvantages for making electronic documents. Through reviewing features and analyzing comparative advantage and disadvantage of SGML, HTML, and PDF, which will be used to develop electronic documents in digital libraries, this study focuses on their comparative advantages and disadvantages. With doing it, this study propose relevant type of electronic document formats to the types of information resources.

  • Recently the studies on user-centered design and form-development have become issues of general interest as the key methods for successful design. For form analysis on user it is important needs that an integrated approach of existing methods and development of expert tool for designer. Moreover analysis methods and tools have to meet with the designers needs of visual result, clear direction, concrete formative factor, user's emotional response and designer-friendly interface. This study proposed the main concepts of form analysis tool based on the user's emotional response ; integrated management, variables set-up, visual result of analysis, in-depth analysis with data mining and correlation, and reinforcement of user-centered analysis. Specific analysis tool consists of 5 functions: Project Management, Analysis Frame Set-up, Data Input-output, Basic Analysis, and In-depth Analysis. The feasibility of proposed tool was verified by a case study of mobile phone design in under-graduate class.

  • DO-330 Software Tool Qualification Considerations is a guideline for development of tools used to develop/verify software and hardware installed on aircraft. And among several processes, the verification process is very crucial as it occupies a large proportion for DO-330. Especially, in order to qualify tool with high safety level, test objectives must be performed with independence, accordingly, more time, cost, and manpower are required than other objectives. In addition, even if the test cases or test procedures are well defined, the higher the complexity of the test the higher probability of human error occurs. In this paper, we propose Script-based Test Automation Agent software structure for efficient DO-330 verification process of A661UAGEN tool developed by Hanwha Systems. Compared to the test performed manually by the test engineer, testing time of the Script-based Test Automation Agent is reduced by 87.5% and testing productivity is increased by 43.75%.

  • This study aims to specify a constructivism-based instructional method using a modular data analysis tool. The value and meaning of a modular data analysis tool have been examined to be applied in the national curriculum for artificial intelligence education and the process of cultivating problem-solving ability based on computational thinking. The modular data analysis tool visually expresses the cognitive thinking process that forms the schema in equilibrating through assimilation and adjustment. Artificial intelligence education has features that embody abstract knowledge and structure the data analysis module through the represented schema as a BlackBox implemented as an algorithm. Therefore, the value of the modular data analysis tool could be examined because it has the advantage of connecting the conceptual and implicit schema.
