A Study on the Relevance Judgement of College Students in Problem Solving Process (대학생의 과제해결과정 중 정보적합성 판단에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this study are to analyze relevance judgement of college students' problem solving process and suggest improvements for information literacy education in higher education. The in-depth interviews were conducted with 9 subjects to identify relevance judgement processes and problems. As a result, the main problems during relevance judgement processes were judgement about content of document aligned with subject's opinion, judgement about reliability of newspaper articles, shortage of relevance judgement time due to deadline of an assignment and judgement of relationship of documents and evaluation result. The recommendations for information literacy education are as follows: objective relevance judgement education, guidance of reliable information source;showing guideline of using reference information by professor and emphasis of engaging in information (4.1 stage of Big 6).

  • 감성공학이 G7과제의 하나로 시작되면서 다양한 감성평가 실험들이 수행되어 수많은 실험데이터가 생성되었지만, 효율적인 관리체계의 부재로 인해 많은 노력과 비용이 투자된 가치있는 감성평가 데이터가 자료의 공유 및 활용이라는 측면에서 여러 가지 문제점을 내포하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 주거ㆍ사무환경에서 인간의 감성을 지표화하는 6개 분야의 감성기반기술개발 연구과제에서 생성된 피험자의 생리신호 및 주관적 감성평가 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있는 종합적인 감성정보관리시스템을 설계하였다. 이 정보 시스템은 사용자에게 정교한 GUI와 높은 대화성(interaction)을 제공하기 위해 2계층 클라이언트/서버 구조로 설계하였다.

Challenges and Directions for Reforming Public Records and Archives Act in Korea (공공기록물법 개정을 위한 방향과 과제)

  • This study aims to propose task areas which have to be discussed for reforming of the Public Records and Archives Act in Korea. For drawing the task areas, it analysed the pending issues mainly presented in the policy forums co-hosted by Korean Society of Archival Studies and Korean Association of Records Managers and Archivists, and examined researches providing tasks of revising of the law or rebuilding public records policies related in digital records management. The 4 task areas were identified, which were the exhaustive documentation of the public agencies' activities, the reexamination of the appraisal systems for public records and archives, the transition into the 2nd generation-digital records management, and the redefinition of roles and responsibilities of the records/archival institutions. Then it placed the issues into the 4 areas, and proposed some suggestions for further discussions in each tasks. Reminding that the task areas proposed in this study are not comprehensive, further suggestions and arguments will be expected for reforming the Public Records and Archives Act.

보일러 헤더의 잔여수명 평가 -크립 균열성장 거동에 의한 해석-

  • 균열이 형성되어 있는 설비가 고온에서 정하중을 받으면, 크립 조건에서 균열이 성장하여 파손이 발생한다. 이 때 잔여수명 평가법을 설명하기 위해 발전소 헤더의 경우를 예로하여 잔여수명 평가절차, 이에 필요한 기초이론 및 Cr-Mo강의 관련 재료 물성 데이터 등을 설명하였다. 현재 국내발전소들이 노후화되어 잔여수명평가의 필요성이 증대되고 있으므로, 이 분야의 연구 및 기 술개발은 시급하고 중요한 과제라고 생각된다.

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 사이버 강좌에서 사용되는 세가지 정보제시 유형에 따라 학습자의 학습 수행, 콘텐츠 만족도, 그리고 학습성취 기대감에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 공기펌프 작동원리, 브레이크 작동원리, 번개형성과정의 세가지 과제를 나레이션+텍스트(na+text), 나레이션+삽화(na+illust), 나레이션+애니메이션(na+ani)의 세가지 정보제시 유형의 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 먼저 학습수행에 있어서는 브레이크 과제에서 정보제시 유형별 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 세가지 정보제시 유형 모두에서 na+illust, na+ani, na+text 조건 순으로 성취가 높았다. 번개형성과정에서도 정보제시 유형별 유의한 차이가 있었고, na+text, na+ani, na+illust 의 순으로 학습성취가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 콘텐츠 만족도에 있어서는 공기펌프와 브레이크 과제 모두에서 제시유형별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, na+ani, na+illust, na+text 순으로 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 학습성취에 대한 기대감도 공기펌프와 브레이크 과제 모두에서 유의한 차이가 있으며, 그 순서는 만족도와 동일하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 나레이션이 제공되는 3 가지 정보제시 유형의 콘텐츠를 학습함에 있어 학습과제와 학습과제 제시 유형에 따른 학습 수행의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 학습수행 결과는 피험자의 콘텐츠 만족도와 학습 성취 기대감과는 다른 패턴을 보임으로써 정보제시 유형에 대한 평가와 실제 학습수행과는 차이가 있음을 시사한다.

Usability Evaluation between Pen and Touch Method in SmartPhone (스마트폰에서 펜 방식과 터치 방식의 사용성 평가)

  • The smartphone of pen input device makes a stage appearance by the development of the latest technology. Such smartphone chooses both touch method using hand and pen input device simultaneously. This research try to conduct usability evaluation in order to find the user's preference between pen input and touch input method. We recruit five novices and five expert for it. We presented all participants the task of touch input and pen input in series. This research conducts the unstructured interview after doing tasks as a pilot study. As a result, we found that it was influenced according to the feature of the task. However, most of the participants prefer to do touch method overall. Specially the result of this research reveals that the novice group prefers the pen input method. We expect to suggest the design guideline for product development to extend pen input method in smartphone.

An Analysis of Influence on the Selection of R&D Project by Evaluation Index for National Land Transport R&D Project - Focusing on the Technology Commercialization Support Project - (국토교통연구개발사업 평가지표별 연구개발과제 선정에 대한 영향력 분석 - 국토교통기술사업화지원 사업을 중심으로 -)

  • As the need for improvement of transparency and fairness in the selection of national R&D projects has been continuously raised, we analyzed the impact on the evaluation selection results by evaluation indexes for The land transportation technology commercialization support project and searched for ways to improve indexes using the analysis results. As for the research data, it were applied as selection results of new R&D projects and evaluation indexes in two fields(SME innovation and start-up) in 2021. Logistic regression analysis is used for the influence of each evaluation indexes on the evaluation result, and for the regression model, evaluation indexes with low influence are removed in advance through artificial neural network multiple perceptron analysis to improve the reliability of the analysis results. As a result of the analysis, in the field of SME innovation, the influence of the evaluation index on the workforce planning was the lowest and the influence of the appropriateness of commercialization promotion plan was the highest. In the start-up field, the influence of the evaluation indexes for technology development suitability, marketability, and suitability for carrying out the project were estimated to be similar to each other, and the influence of the technology evaluation index was found to be the lowest. The analysis results of this thesis suggest the need for continuous improvement of selection and evaluation indexes, and by using the analysis results to select a fair R&D institution according to the selection of appropriate indexes, it will be possible to contribute to deriving excellent research results and fostering excellent companies in the field of land transportation.

  • To enhance the efficiency of national R&D programs, it is the most important thing to establish the optimized evaluation system. This is because the distorted evaluation could be an obstacle to select the best suited research team and lead the desirable research result. In current evaluation process of national R&D program, it is the most frequently used method for eliminating an evaluator's biased view to exclude both the maximum and minimum scores. However, there are several limitations in this stereotype method. Therefore, this study analyzes some real cases to derive the problems from the stereotype method and then recommends the complementary alternatives which can enhance the reliability of the evaluation system for national R&D programs. The results acquired from this study seem to be helpful to increase the agreement of the applicants on the evaluation results and ultimately to maximize the efficiency of national R&D program. In addition, they can be applied to various field with respect to the methodology for ranking decision.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) based on Google Classroom(GC). GC is an easy and free online learning that plays an important role in education and training recently. Students become increasingly independent in self-directed learning while sharing ideas and resources, transferring knowledge actively across domains and researching for solutions to the given problem in PBL. Students can check the submission date on the task page and start the task with a single click, and teachers can quickly check if the task is complete, and score it directly from GC. Designed The Evaluation of Problem -Based Learning based on GC in this study. The students read the given materials and identify the purpose of the subjects and selected the learning issues, investigated them. After then they discuss the subjects and make the reports. The students work to study them with research papers, books and internet materials. The research findings showed that PBL based on GC was effective in learning together. Students had positive attitude in their PBL learning environment. This study suggests it is possible that the development of PBL Evaluation on the GC.
