Today's firms face task of achieving competencies in two somewhat mutually exclusive areas. That is, due to fierce competition in the market, firms need to provide better products and services without losing cost advantage. In this respect, effective logistics management is one of the process that can yield a foundation of competitive advantage. Many firms are already using integrative supply chain management to achieve mutual goals of each firms within the supply chain. However, it is highly likely that inefficiency will occur because of different operations systems and organizational characters of each firms. Information system is receiving attentions as to reduce inefficiencies and gain competitive advantage. This study analyzes the effects of information integration on logistics performance to search the role of information system in supply chain management.

전력사를 중심으로 BPL기반의 통신기술 개발을 통해 제공되는 대표적인 서비스는 현재 전기데이터 원격검침서비스, 변압기 부하관리등이 있으며 이 인프라를 이용하여 댁내 방범/방재서비스, 인터넷 같은 서비스의 제공에 대해 연구되어 왔으며 제한된 시범서비스 수준에서 실시간 영상감시서비스도 시도되었다. 향후 BPL기술의 신뢰성 및 안정성이 높아지고 인프라 확대구축 및 운영과 더불어 얻게 되는 기술과 노하우는 향후에 전력선 통신기술이 상용 통신망의 틈새시장으로서 다양한 산업분야에 적용 시킬 수 있는 핵심 기술로 자리매김 할 것 으로 전망 된다. 본 과제에서는 원격검침서비스의 통신매체로 활용되고있는 광대역 전력선통신 BPL 인프라에 독거노인 관리시스템 개발 및 시범적용을 통해 새로운 부가서비스를 수용할 수 있는 핵심통신망으로서의 역할 가능성을 확인하였다.

This paper aim to propose and suggest for government to reinvent and re-steering the policy on the 4th industrial revolution in Korea. To do it, this paper annalize the advanced country's policies and hard-data sets from many international research institutes. So this paper emphasized the concept and frame of socio-technical system approach by Geels. According to this approach, this paper can get a conclusion that Korea government has to focus on the roles to solve the big social dilemma with high-tech tools from the 4th industrial revolution. And this paper point out the necessary of increasing the diversity and multidisciplinary in 4th industrial revolution policy of Korean government. These findings of this paper recommend for Korea to redesigns the governance mechanism and legislation platform and to design the future readiness.

Electronic data management is getting important to reduce overall cost and run-time of clinical data management with the enhancement of data quality. It also critically needs to meet regulated guidelines for the overall quality and safety of electronic clinical trials. The purpose of this paper is to develop the performance evaluation framework in electronic clinical data management. Four key metrics in the area of infrastructure, intellectual preparation, study implementation and study completion covering major aspects of clinical trial processes are proposed. The performance measures evaluate the extent of regulation compliance, data quality, cost and efficiency of electronic data management process. They also provide measurement indicators for each evaluation items. Based on the key metrics, the performance evaluation framework is developed in three major areas involved in clinical data management - clinical site, monitoring and data coordinating center. As of the initial attempt how to evaluate the extent of electronic data management in clinical trials by Delphi survey, further empirical studies are planned and recommended.

Due to changes in the energy environment, it's very popular to introduce the solar energy at home. More effective energy management is achieved together with an energy storage system(ESS). The electricity generated by solar can be used effectively to achieve the peak cut and price reduction. In this paper, we developed Smart Energy Profile(SEP) to make an ESS as a component of home energy management system(HEMS) cooperating with home network. First, we defined the functions equipped on the ESS and then developed a standard-based protocol to achieve compatibility between products. Our main contribution is to establish the foundation to introduce the HEMS at home.

As many software tools are used for managing construction projects, integration of their data and information is gradually becoming critical. Focusing on the integration of design and scheduling data, a generic scheduling information model is designed through this research, with appropriate consideration for past research results on construction information model and also object oriented CAD technology. In order to test the practical usage of this model, a small prototype system which can derive schedule information from the design information is implemented.

This study examined the extent to which variations in relevance assessments affect the evaluation of the performance of full-text retrieval system. Four sets of relevance judgments obtained by examining the full-text of documents were used to test the retrieval effectiveness. There was no noticeable difference in retrieval performance among the four relevance judgment sets. It implies that a variety of definitions of relevance has no effect on the evaluation of the performance of the full-text retrieval system. Furth r retrieval experiments on this topic incorporating relevance feedback, which is one of the sophisticated retrieval techniques using relevance information, are suggested.

The Korean government established 'the Act on Performance Evaluation and Management for National Research & Development (R&D) Programs' in 2005, and one year later constructed a master plan, 'A Basic Plan for the Management and Utilization of R&D performance' that focused on better diffusing the public R&D outcomes. In this study we propose a model of performance monitoring, evaluation, and management system for national R&D, which is based on a systematic approach and the logic model that has been prevalently used in planning and evaluating the public programs, to meet the purpose of the law and the master plan as well as to facilitate the diffusion of national R&D outcomes focused mainly on the industrial application technology. Furthermore, in order to use the model for the several applications, the model's specific measures which includes the quantitative methodologies such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) are suggested in accordance with the existing system of the evaluation institution in Korea.

농업은 우리의 삶에서 빼놓을 수 없는 중요한 분야이며, 농업은 토지를 이용하여 다양한 작물들을 길러 음식을 만드는 기본이라고 말할 수 있다. 이렇게 중요한 농업 분야를 ICT 분야에서 가장 이슈가 되는 기술인 인공지능 기술과 결합하여 스마트팜과 같은 농업의 디지털화를 구축할 수 있다. 이와 같은 스마트팜 구축을 위해서는 기본적으로 다양한 작물의 빅데이터를 제공하고, 이 데이터를 바탕으로 인공지능을 수행하여 다양한 결과를 제공할 수 있다. 하지만 인공지능 연구를 수행하기 위한 시스템 및 플랫폼의 부재라는 문제점이 존재한다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 농업 빅데이터 관리 및 인공지능 연구 플랫폼 개발을 위한 과제를 통해 농업 빅데이터를 관리하고 인공지능을 연구자들이 손쉽게 수행할 수 있는 플랫폼을 개발하여 농업 분야의 작물 생산성 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

Recently central and local governments developed a huge spatial database and system using full-scale Geographic Information System (GIS). But Inconsistent spatial data through duplicated database management drops off in efficiency and confidence of administration. It is difficult to share data because of their unique system and data type. Under these circumstances Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT) has been carrying out Land Management Information System (LMIS) to computerize land administration and policy affairs and to implement land database such as law, spatial, attribute data. A prerequisite mission of LMIS is to develop open system for solving the problem of duplicated data management and data sharing and for supporting various computer environments such as hardware, software, network etc. The purpose of LMIS is to reuse the existing investment resources and to expand the existing system resources. Therefore the purpose of this study is to investigate a method of LMIS operation under the existing circumstances and expansion of the system in the future. To do this, Supporting various DBMS, GIS server, Distributing Computing Platform(Unix, NT Server) is needed. Especially LMIS need to be developed as open system with interoperability to get independence of application from various GIS servers.
