A Study of Guidelines for Library Collection Development Policies (도서관 장서개발정책 수립에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide guidelines of library collection development policies statements. As a case study, 5 national and 2 public libraries are selected and analyzed by using 10 elements, which were drawn from existing studies, for examining collection development policy statements. The results show several suggestions which may help the people who is interested in preparing collection development policy statements.

  • A church's archives aims to preserve the history of the church and inherit the spiritual legacy of Christianity. It also plays critical roles in strengthening the identities of the church members. As such, this study focuses the role of a church archive and, in particular, its acquisition policies. An acquisition policy is the foundation of archival records management, which is achieved by balancing the scope of the collection and collecting various record types. For this, the authors analyzed the acquisition process of Young-nak Church's archives and also conducted in-depth interviews with the archivists.

  • The purpose of this study was to choice the efficient operation for the Rural Revitalization Support Center(RRSC) by using AHP method. AHP method is to assess the importance of the RRSC has come up with the weighting values. According to AHP analysis procedures, the two most important function for the RRSC are eliciting supports for the forum and human resources development management. And we must acknowledge each RRSC has the difference manpower or condition. Therefore, the RRSC need a focus on efficient and working in conjunction of related organizations, in order to promote the effective center of the function. Also, supraorganization need for integrated management.

  • 태양열 이용은 대체에너지자원 가운데 가장 널리 분포되어 있고 기술력에 따라 얼마든지 사용할 수 있는 태양열에너지를 그 대상으로 하고 있기 때문에 자연친화적이며, 친환경적인 접근방식으로 기술 개발 및 이용보급 정책을 함께 추진해야 할 것이다. 건물에너지 절약 기술도 국가에너지수요의 $30{\%}$이상을 차지하는 광범위하고 다양한 건물에너지 수요를 효율화하고 절감하는데 그 목적이 있으므로 기존의 건물에너지 이용방식의 문제, 효율개선방안, 그리고 신기술개발 및 환경친화적 건축설계등 기술 개발과 건축관련 정책을 병행 추진해야 그 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서 기술개발 계획 수립, 연구개발 수행, 기술 이전 및 상용화 그리고 실용화 보급정책 시행의 전과정에 걸쳐 상호 보완적이고 체계적인 운용으로 효율을 극대화하고 파급효과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 국가 에너지기술개발 10개년 계획의 목표와 틀 안에서 대체 에너지 기술 개발사업과 에너지 효율향상 기술개발 사업에 포함되어 있는 태양열 이용과 건물 에너지 절약기술에 관련된 프로그램들을 중심으로 효율적 운영방안 등을 검토하고자 한다. 또한 각각의 프로그램들이 가지는 특성과 연관성을 검토하여 추가 보완사항이나 정책대안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study is to develop school library Policy model in accordance with guidelines suggested in policy science theories and to evaluate school library policy with application of "Activation Agenda for School Libraries". The guidelines on the evaluation of school library Policy were based on the models suggested in education policy and school library Policy theories. Selected guidelines were examined through survey distributed to evaluators and telephone interviews. Although overall evaluation results on school library policy were positive, it is suggested that more efforts for Policy improvement are needed.
