Due to the spread of mobile devices, the use of mobile electronic notification services is increasing. For the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information is required to identify the owner of the mobile device and the recipient of the notification. The connecting information is an online resident registration number, and safe management is essential. Therefore, in this paper, the processing flow, interconnecting standard, and management plan are proposed when a mobile electronic notification requesting agency requests the identity verification agency to convert the resident registration number of the recipient of the electronic notification to connecting information. In the proposed method, it is suggested that a safe mobile electronic notification service is possible by defining the process of collective conversion of connecting information between private organizations and personal identity proofing agency, information transmission and reception methods, and interworking standards.

The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries is providing maritime safety services using combine limited artificial intelligence technologies through the operation of the Korean e-Navigation service, and research is needed to improve reliability and quality to secure the competitiveness of the system. However, linking real-time operating systems requires a separate system configuration that can be linked after processing personal information security with minimal performance impact. To solve this problem, this study will make a basic design of a big-data maritime information gateway system of the Korean e-Navigation service that minimizes the impact of performance and reflects the security of personal information.

This study suggests an attribute code system for earned value management system (EVMS). The attribute code system can be used for integrating various EYM data from construction schedule and cost. If the suggested attribute code is used in EVM, sorting and typical classifying of EVM data is possible in the computerized system. Those functions are an effective management tool for construction manager comparing with other EVM tools.

네트워크보안에서 네트워킹기능과 정보보호기능을 분리하여 관리하지 않고 연계하여 종합 메커니즘을 구성 및 적용할 경우 종합적인 정보보호 효율은 시너지효과로 나타난다. 본 연구는 네트워킹 기능과 정보보호기능을 연계하여 정보보호기능을 적용했을 경우의 연동메커니즘 구현방법을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 연동 메커니즘에 의한 보안차단성과는 분리상황의 성과보다 증대되어 나타나므로 네트워크 인프라상에서의 정보보호기능 구현은 반드시 네트워킹기능과 정보보호기능을 연계하여 구성하고 그 성과를 측정, 관리하는 것이 정보보호 성과 관리에 효율적 방법임을 본 연구를 통해 제시하고자 한다.

Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.

최근 정부의 정보기술아키텍처(ITA/EA)에 관한 연구와 사업이 활발히 진행 중이며, 조만간 범정부 정보기술아키텍처가 운용될 예정이다. 국방부 또한 정보체계 개발시 상호운용성 확보, 효율적인 정보자원관리, 투자 우선순위 결정 등의 목적으로 국방 아키텍처프레임워크인 MND-AF를 적용하고 있으나, 국가 대전략(정치, 외교, 경제, 사회, 군사 등) 차원에서의 접근보다는 군사적 차원의 체계별 아키텍처 개발에 적용하고 있다. 특히 정부에서 추진 중인 정보기술아키텍처는 미 연방정부 모델인 FEA와 유사할 것으로 보이며, 상호운용성, 중복투자 방지를 위해 각 기관은 아키텍처 구축시 범정부 참조모델을 기반으로 하여 아키텍처를 구축하고 관련성을 제시하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 국방부 차원에서 이러한 정부 모델과의 연계 및 국가정책과 연계된(대국민 서비스 개선 등이 포함된) 국방 정보기술 아키텍처 프레임워크에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 국방부분에서 이미 채택하고 있는 MND-AF의 지속적 사용과 정부와의 연계성 문제를 모두 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 모색하고 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

After 1995, as a part of national geographic information system project, there are a lot of researches about combinations and connections of national geographic information system. However, systematic standard for combinations and connections of geographic information is uncertain, and each organization has different identification system which leads to difficulties in connection of geographic information system. This study suggests repeating method about geographic information objects to grant UFID based on national standards of geographic information system, and analyzes the repeating rate.

오늘날 많은 기업들이 RFID 를 이용한 생산관리 시스템을 도입하여 사용하고 있는 가운데 ERP와 같은 기업관리 시스템과 연계한 RFID 시스템도 많이 등장하고 있다. 이러한 연계 시스템은 RFID를 이용하여 ERP 시스템에 실시간성을 부여함으로써 시간적 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 공정의 흐름관리 측면에서는 실시간성 뿐만 아니라 복잡한 순서를 가진 공정에 대해 올바른 진행이 가능하도록 유도해주는 기능이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ERP 와의 연계를 통한 RFID 기업정보시스템에 상황인지 기술을 접목시켜 전후 공정을 파악함으로써 올바른 공정 진행을 유도하는 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 공정의 공정 오류의 발생을 줄임으로써 작업자의 공정 진행 실수로 인한 손실을 줄였다.
