본 논문은 한국형 에너지관리시스템 (K-EMS)의 발전계획 응용프로그램 기능중 하나인 예비력감시 응용프로그램 개발을 위한 예비력감시 알고리즘 개발에 관한 것이다. 예비력감시 응용프로그램은 EMS에서 실시간으로 수행되어 급전원에게 제어지역별, 발전소별, 발전기별로 현재 전력계통의 유효전력 예비력을 제시한다. 본 예비력감시 알고리즘은 국내 전력시장운영규칙의 예비력 항목으로 정의된 주파수조정 예비력, 운전상태 대기예비력, 정지상태 대기예비력, 대체예비력, 운영예비력을 계산한다. K-EMS에서는 경제급전 응용프로그램과 예비력감시 응용프로그램을 연계하여, 요구된 주파수 조정예비력 확보량을 만족하도록 경제급전에서 발전력을 조정한다. 국내 전국계통 실시간 데이터를 이용하여 K-EMS 실시간 예비력감시 알고리즘을 시험하였다.

인공지능은 디지털 대전환 시대의 핵심적인 기술로 사회 전반에 변화를 주도하였다. 우리나라는 인공지능을 이해하고 이를 활용하는 역량을 길러주기 위해 전 국민을 대상으로 교육을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 초등학생 대상 인공지능 교육 프로그램은 체험 및 놀이 실습으로 한정되어 교육적 효과에 한계가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 생산적 실패를 활용하여 인공지능에 대한 개념적 이해 및 실생활 전이를 촉진하는 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구 대상은 초등학교 5~6학년이며 2022 개정 교육과정에서 강조하는 자기 주도적 학습 역량과 실생활 연계 교육을 반영하여 설계한 6차시 분량의 프로그램이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교육 프로그램은 향후 타당성 및 신뢰도 검증을 거쳐 현장에 적용하는 후속 연구로 이어질 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the home economics-relevant program on Korean traditional culture for adolescents from multicultural families for them for experience it directly, set up ego-identity and improve social adaptability. Further, we checked the effectiveness and efficiency of the developed program. First we developed the program composed of a total of 12 sessions based on experiencing Korean culture. It consists of largely 5 madang(parts) centered on themes such as Eowool madang, Hangeul madang, Play madang, Cooking madang and hostory madang. We ran the developed program for 3 months targeting a total of 18 persons composed of the adolescents from multicultural families and their mothers residing in S city of eastern area of Jeonnam province. We measured the participants' ego-identity, social adaptibility and participation satisfaction to examine the effectiveness of the program. The results of pre-test, post-test and satisfaction which are evaluation instruments used in this program are as follows. First, it appeared that the self-identity of the adolescent of multicultural families inceased by 0.30 from average score of 3.03 before the participation in the program to 3.33 after the participation. Social adaptability increased by 0.30 from average 3.11 before the participation to 3.41 after the participation. Second, in the program participation satisfaction, it appeared that first the middle satisfaction marked average 3.30 which exceeded median value at 3.00, meaning a little high satisfaction, whereas the final satisfaction had an averagescore of 4.03, which means a big satisfaction concerning the program participation. The results indicated that the home economics-relevant program was effective in improving the ego-identity and social adaptability of adolescents from multicultural families and supporting a role of as a member of Korean family.

스마트워터그리드는 기후변화 등 한정된 수자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 정보통신기술을 이용하여 효율적인 물 관리 인프라 시스템 구축하는 연구로써 수자원관리에 필요한 여러 가지 프로그램들이 개발되어지고 있다. 수자원 관리와 정보통신기술의 패러다임 변화에 따라 양방향 통신의 다차원적인 접근 전략과 더불어 수자원의 효율적인 관리를 위해 스마트워터그리드의 여러 프로그램을 통합적으로 운영 관리하는 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시나리오 기반으로 스마트워터그리드 프로그램의 입 출력 데이터를 연계 운영하고, 동일한 개발환경인 플랫폼기반으로 구축하여 프로그램의 통합 운영이 가능하도록 하였다. 통합적인 운영을 위한 시나리오는 다중수원의 실시간 계측과 수용가의 상수도 사용량을 실시간 계측하여 DB서버에 저장되고, 이 자료를 물부족 위험평가 프로그램의 입력자료로 활용하여 다중수원의 부존량이 산정된다. 부존량은 다시 가용수량 산정프로그램에 입력 데이터를 사용되고, 출력데이터는 수처리조합공정을 걸쳐 워터루프를 통하여 배분 및 공급하도록 시나리오를 수립하였으며. 이러한 시나리오를 기반으로 스마트워터그리드의 여러 프로그램을 통합 운영하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 수자원 생산, 배분, 공급 등 관리에 필요한 각각의 스마트워터그리드 프로그램이 통합 운영됨으로써, 국내 통합 수자원 관리에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study examines cases of digital humanities education programs at universities, university libraries and digital humanities centers in the United States. As a result of the research, it was analyzed that the university-centered education program operates in conjunction with other departments to take courses related to humanities and digital technology in general. The digital humanities education program is not operated as a full degree program, but most programs are operated as graduate certificate programs, and it is required to require a graduate degree in library and information science and humanities in advance. Most of the digital humanities centers run educational programs centered on faculty and postdoctoral researchers in universities in connection with universities and university libraries to support the humanities scholars. Lastly, the university's digital humanities education program is operated in the form of research support for students and researchers of all majors. In addition, the content of the educational program focused on the practice for digital projects rather than theory. Empowering digital literacy and supporting digital technology-based research has become a new role for university libraries, which requires libraries to play a central role in digital humanities education.

This study aimed to design and operate a complementary integrated health management program based on the connection between the hypertension and diabetes management programs and the oral health programs at a public health center. It also proposed to suggest the phased evaluation indicators. In this study, 48 adults registered in the hypertension and diabetes management program were selected from the Gangneung public health center. The clinic-specific programs were led by dental hygienists and operated for visitors twice every two weeks. The programs were designed based on the logical model, and indicators for evaluating the structure, process, and outcome were presented and applied to the input, process, output, and outcome. The evaluation indices consisted of quantitative and qualitative indicators, and the planning and operation, goal achievement, and effect of each program were assessed. The process evaluations were assessed by the appropriateness of the managers and the operating fidelity of the programs. Indicators for evaluating the outcomes were gingival bleeding, oral health knowledge, oral health awareness, and the satisfaction of the participant and the manager. The clinic-specific programs resulted in positive changes in the evaluated outcomes. The integrated health management of visitors to the hypertension and diabetes management program is important as the general and oral health has common risk factors. Furthermore, long-term operation and continuous monitoring of oral health programs are necessary to evaluate the common factors in chronic disease management.

Recently The amount of wastewater and linked wastewater is being increased every year due to industrial development, population growth, and improvement in living standards. Linked wastewater shows the feature-low flow rate and high concentration. Therefore, it has been shown that it has a great impact on the operation of the sewage treatment plant and costs a lot for treating linked wastewater. In this study, a scenario with low increase of water quality when the total amount of the inflow of linked wastewater was entered into individual reactors is obtained. According to the result of modeling, The effluent water quality get the least increment once the water was introduced into the influent and anoxic tank. We generated the various scenarios Based on these results. scenarios are varying according to inflow from linked waste water's distribution ration. As a result of modeling through various scenarios, it was found that the increment of TN and TP were at the least when the inflow of linked water was distributed with ratio between sewage (80%) and oxygen-free tank (20%).

In accordance with the educational paradigm that values self-directed creative education, school libraries and public libraries emphasize self-directed learning support through curriculum-linked programs as their main tasks. For self-directed learning, it is essential to provide learner-centered educational knowledge information, and there should be abundant textbook-linked references that can deepen and expand the curriculum reflected in textbooks. This study established KDC-linked information related to unit and cross-curricular learning topics through the analysis of elementary school textbooks and curriculum-linked books, restructured KDC system based on major subjects in the elementary school curriculum, and established a curriculum-linked subject information. Libraries can strengthen support for self-directed creative learning for elementary school students in an online environment by linking library content targeted for each user with elementary school education content focusing on learning topics in the curriculum.

방재교육의 수요증가에 따라 전문화가 요구되는 상황에서 방재학의 정체성 확립과 체계적인 교육을 위한 방재학의 표준교재가 요구되고 있다. 방재학 교재 프로그램 개발을 통하여 산 학 관 상호 연계와 방재학의 발전을 모색하고 방재관련 교과목을 개발하여 제시하고자 한다.
