Improvement of Information Connection System among Traffic Information Centers (교통정보센터 간 정보 연계체계 개선방안)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the improvement of connection system between traffic information centers for reliable traffic information service. We recognized traffic information error caused by too much time in conjunction between traffic information centers, lack of reliability of traffic information caused by absence of generation time and generation institution of traffic information. We presented minimization methods of connection time, improvement methods of reliability of traffic information and development methods of connection state management system.

  • 최근 분산전원 시스템 개발로 인해 계통연계 인버터의 사용이 증가해 왔다. 계통연계 인버터의 주요한 역할은 계통연계 환경에서의 안정적인 운전과 계통 사고 시 중요 부하에 대한 연속적인 전력을 공급하기 위한 독립운전에 있다. 각 모드 전환시의 출력전압의 변동성과 과도응답 특성을 개선하기 위해 최근 다중 루프 및 간접 전류 제어 방식이 계통연계 인버터에 적용되었다. 하지만 이러한 제어 방식은 캐패시터 전압 및 인버터 전류의 측정이 요구되어 시스템의 비용 및 복잡성을 증가시키게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이산시간 상태공간에서의 전상태 관측기를 설계하여 무순단 절체 동작 시 제어기가 요구하는 변수를 추정하고 이를 궤환신호로 사용하여 시스템의 설계 비용 및 복잡성을 줄인다. 또한 계통연계 시 계통유입 고조파 전류를 억제하기 위해 일반적으로 사용되는 기존 공진형 제어기의 과도 응답을 개선하기 위해 이산시간에서 슬라이딩 모드와 공진제어기가 결합된 새로운 제어기 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 기법의 타당성은 PSIM 시뮬레이션을 통하여 입증된다.

Factors Influencing Critical Clearing Time in Network Connected to Wind Generation System (풍력발전시스템이 연계된 계통의 임계 제거시간에 미치는 요인)

  • Generation of electricity using wind power has received considerable attention worldwide in recent years. In order to investigate the impacts of the integration of wind farm into utilities' network, various studies have been investigated. One such impact is related to the Critical Clearing Time (CCT) of wind power generation system. This paper reports investigation into the factors that influence the transient behavior of the wind power generation system following network fault conditions. It is shown that CCT can be affected by various factors contributed by the network. Such factors include capacity of wind power, power factor, the length of the interfacing line, etc. This investigation is conducted on a simulated grid-connected wind farm using Digsilent Power Factory.

Mode Choice Behavior Analysis of Commuter Feeder Passengers to Subway System (통근.통학자의 지하철 연계교통수단 선택행태분석)

  • When new subway lines are considered to construct in a large city, there is a need to establish the appropriate transfer systems between subway and other transit modes, so as to increase the use of subway system. In this study, a multi-nominal logit model is developed to analyze the travel characteristics and the mode choice of subway Passengers transferring to and from the buses, minibuses and taxi. These passengers represent a large Portion of transit Passengers in Pusan city It shows that the explanatory variables that affect Passengers\` mode choice are in order of OVIT(Out-of-Vehicle Travel Time), IVTT(In-Vehicle Travel Time), transit fare,. income, gender, and age in modeling. In particular, OVTT is shown to have more significant impact on the mode choice than IYTT due to the fact that transfer trip is involved only in a short distance. Variables associated with the travel costs, however, do have an insignificant impact on the mode choice. It shows that it would be a better Policy to improve the quality of transit service using additional financial resource by increasing transit fare rather than by reducing the fare to increase travel demand. It also shows that value of travel time of OVTT is remarkably higher than that of IVTT and value of travel time of taxi Passengers is much higher than that of minibus Passengers .

  • 태양광발전시스템이 연계된 전력계통에서 저전압이 발생되면 인버터에서 일정시간 동안 계통과 연계를 유지해야 하는 FRT 기능은 일본의 계통연계 규격에도 포함되어 있다. 일본의 FRT 규격은 3상 혹은 2상 지락에서 일정시간 계통과 연계를 유지하도록 규정하고 있으며, 이러한 상황에서 계통과 연계를 유지하기 위해서는 인버터의 과전류를 막는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 FRT 상황에서 저전압이 발생되는 시점을 검출함과 동시에 그 전압의 크기를 측정하여 FRT 규격을 만족하는 계통 연계 알고리즘을 제안하고 있다.

  • Recently. large number of countires have been focused on the construction of container seaport and hub airport to enrole as the center of logistics. In particular, the East Asian nations have been enhanced their airports' facilities in order to accommodate for demand of global market environment. In Korea, Incheon International Airport (ICN) was opened in 2001 to take leading role as the Northeast Asian main hub airport. The purpose of this research is to analyze the transferring connectivity at ICN. To analyze its connectivity, this research has been applies two methodologies ; wane structure and minimum or maximun connection time analysis It has analyzed the temporal configuration as the frequency and quality of indirect connections offered by an airline by adopting a wave-system structure in the airline flight schedule. As an empirical analysis, it also calculated the minimum and maximum connection time adopting Korean Air's flight information.

  • 최근 신재생 에너지에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 계통 연계시 안정성 유지에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 계통의 안정성을 유지하기 위해 각국에서는 계통 연계 규정들을 통해 규제하고 있다. 본 논문은 계통연계형 신재생 에너지 발전 시스템에서 계통 사고 상황시 만족해야하는 LVRT (Low Voltage Ride Through) 규정과 이에 따른 제어 방안에 대한 논문이다. LVRT 규정은 계통 전압 사고시 전압 감소율에 따라서 발전시스템이 계통에 연계되어 있어야하는 조건, trip시킬 조건 및 계통 회복시간등에 대해 규정해 놓았다. 이러한 규정에 따라서 전압 감소율 및 회복 시간에 따라서 무효전류를 공급해주어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 각국의 grid code에 대해 살펴보고 계통사고 상황시 계통연계형 신재생 에너지 발전시스템의 LVRT 제어 방안을 개발하였다. 이 제어 방안은 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 유효성을 검증하였다.

A Study on the GIS Analysis Techniques for Finding an Catchment Area by Public Transport at Railway Stations Using Transport Cards Big Data (교통카드 빅 데이터를 활용한 철도역의 대중교통 연계영향권 설정을 위한 GIS 분석 기법 연구)

  • Currently, there are 499 metropolitan subway stations in Korea, but there are not many studies on the influence zone of linkage between railway station and public transport. Existing studies have been studied almost in terms of accessibility.. In addition, the existing research on the influence zone of linkage using survey data and statistics, there is a limit to the theoretical basis and analysis techniques. In this paper, we propose a new method to select on the influence zone of linkage, It is a GIS analysis technique using the spatial data of the railway station user as the large data of the traffic card. We applied the GIS analysis technique for select the influence zone of linkage based on the travel time of the network for each public transportation system. As a result, it was confirmed that the influence of the link of 15 minutes on the local bus, 20 minutes on the city bus and 25 minutes on the intercity bus were clearly distinguished according to the difference in network access time.

  • 본 논문은 계통연계형 3-레벨 NPC 인버터 시스템의 중성점 전압 불평형 제어기법을 제안한다. 3-레벨 NPC 인버터는 직류단 커패시터를 2개로 나누어 사용하기 때문에 두 커패시터간의 전압차이가 발생할 수 있으며 이는 출력전류의 왜곡을 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 복잡한 모델링을 통한 제어기 설계나 공간 벡터 전압 변조 방법의 변형 없이 간단하게 시간오프셋을 추가하여 N형과 P형의 small 전압 벡터의 인가시간을 조절함으로써 중성점 전압 불평 형을 제어하고, 복잡한 계산 없이 적절한 시간오프셋을 구한다. 10kW급 계통연계 3-레벨 NPC 인버터 모델을 기반으로 수행된 시뮬레이션 결과를 바탕으로 제안하는 제어기법의 타당성을 보인다.

Treatment of Wastewater from Agricultural Industrial Complex by Combination of Electrochemical and Activated Sludge Process Systems (전기화학적 방법과 활성오니 공정의 병합에 의한 농공단지폐수 처리)

  • The effects of HRT and effluent time on removals of pollutants in the electrochemical pilot were investigated. COD removal after 8 hour electrochemical reaction time in HRT 30 and 60 minutes were higher than that of 15 minute HRT. Turbidity removal was 90% or greater regardless of conditions during effluent time. Removals of T-N and T-P during effluent time in HRT 30 and 60 minutes were $71{\sim}74%$ and $85{\sim}98%$, respectively. To evaluate the combination of activated sludge process and continuous electrochemical as pretreatment, the removal efficiencies of pollutants was investigated. In two treatment processes of a single activated sludge system and a electrolysis pilot plus activated sludge systems, SVI and MLSS during effluent time were kept with $82{\sim}112$ and $1,230{\sim}1,750$ mg/L, respectively. COD removal was approximately 90% at early effluent time for both treatment systems, but COD removal in a single activated sludge was slightly decreased as effluent time went by, compared with the single activated sludge COD removal was slightly increased in the early stage of the electrolysis plus activated sludge system. Turbidity removal during effluent time was higher than 95% for both treatment systems. T-N removals during effluent time in a single activated sludge system and a electrolysis pilot plus activated sludge systems were $62{\sim}74%$ and $72{\sim}86%$, respectively. T-P removal in a electrolysis pilot plus activated sludge systems was increased by 9% at early effluent time and 15% after 72 hours of effluent time in compared with a single activated sludge system.
