Recently a number of car sharing studies have been conducted that share vehicles from a consumer perspective. Meanwhile, Japan's MLIT had empirically implemented social experiment and policy for the installation of sharing car in order to make better use of the business forms and rapidly increasing car sharing associated with express bus as a new type of transaction from a sharing economy perspective. Therefore, this study examined the case of connecting with the express bus in Japan and analyzed and discussed the contents at the practical level. In addition, data collected for 229 car sharing users were verified empirically. The multiple liner regression analysis showed that three types of perceived values effect on the usage intention in the order of economic value, time value and psychology value. These findings suggest that car sharing users' perceived values are very important for increasing the degree of satisfaction with usage intention.

As ISNI spreads, the process and utilization method of authority control that identifies and links individual or group names is also expanding. In this study, the characteristics of the connection and utilization of ISNI and national authorities in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany were derived, and a plan to improve the connection and utilization of national authorities and ISNI was presented, focusing on the National Library of Korea. Focusing on major countries actively participating in the establishment and utilization of ISNI since its founding, national authorities and ISNI linkage methods and ISNI data used in services were analyzed. The implications of this study for the linkage and convergence of national authority and ISNI data were: first, applying ISNI to support authority work, second, establishing a close cooperation system with the publishing community, and third, establishing infrastructure for linking ISNI and authority records at the national level, and finally, providing user service pages based on authority data.

The current development of digital platform-based online retail business leads to the rapid growth of freight demand and service innovation. With the demand for converged logistics technologies, our government supports R&D projects to innovate the logistics service. The digital platforms are developed based on their own standard process and data formats. It may cause interoperability and connectivity-related problems. In this research, the standard data flow to connect the data among systems is defined based on the standard process. Especially, data for connectivity is categorized into three groups, common data, connected data, and management data. It may be possible to enhance the applicability to the practical logistics business.

This study aims to investigate a framework for linkage of national research performance evaluation and research information service from the perspective of metadata representation and exchange. Based on results of the functional requirements for metadata of national research performance evaluation are derived, this study suggests strategies for the application of international metadata standards. Also, this study presents an method to implement the metadata of research performance evaluation based on OAI-ORE, which is an international standard that can reuse and exchange the research information on web architecture.

IMT-2000과 PCS를 연계 서비스하기 위해, 망 구성과 신호 프로토콜을 기반으로 로밍을 위한 연통 프로토콜을 설계하였다. 먼저 여전히 상당부분의 서비스를 차지하게 될 회선 방식의 음성 서비스에 대하여 기본 호 선정 전차와 해제 절차를 고려하였고, 미래의 주요 서비스로 예상되는 인터넷 서비스를 지원하기 위한 패킷 데이터 서비스의 프로토콜과 그 신호절차 설계를 포함하였다. 설계한 프로토콜은 기존 프로토콜에 대해 변형을 가하지 않기 때문에 시스템에 대한 무리가 없으며, IMT-2000과 PCS의 호 선정시 기본 지상망을 거치지 않기 때문에 효율적이라 할 수 있다

대국민 서비스를 제공하는 전자정부 사업에서 모바일 서비스의 구현시 가장 문제가 되는 것이 이동 통신사별로 상이한 서비스 플랫폼과 사용자 단말이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 다양한 이동통신망 환경 하에서의 효율적인 전자정부 모바일 서비스를 구현하고 기존 유선 시스템과의 원활한 연계를 위하여 필요한 전자정부의 모바일 서비스의 개념적인 시스템 아키텍처를 정의하고 아키텍처 각 구성요소에 필요한 세부 기술들을 제시한다.

u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합해, 도시 생활의 편의증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적인 도시 관리에 의한 안전보장, 신산업 창출 등 도시 기능을 전반적으로 혁신할 수 있는 첨단 정보통신 도시를 의미한다. 최근 자치단체별로 활발하게 추진되고 있는 u-City사업의 성공적인 구현을 위해, 도시 관리의 효율적 운영, 편리하고 신속한 서비스 제공, 발생 가능한 정보의 통합, 각종 기관과의 연계 등을 일원화된 통합조직을 통해 수행할 수 있는 도시통합운영모델과 u-City 정보인프라의 핵심적인 역할(정보의 통합적인 수집 관리 제공)을 수행하는 도시통합운영센터 구현에 대한 관심과 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 이에 대한 구축방법, 운영방안 등에 대한 명확한 기준이 없어 실제로 도시통합운영센터를 구현하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 도시통합운영센터의 성공적인 구현을 통해 도시의 효율적인 통합운영을 달성하기 위해서는 도시통합운영센터 구축 운영 방안 수립과 함께 도시통합운영모델의 개발이 수반되어야 하며, 이에 앞서 무엇보다 도시운영에 대한 깊이 있는 이해를 바탕으로 도시통합운영센터의 표준 업무 프로세스 정립이 필요하다. 본 연구는 도시통합운영센터의 표준 업무 프로세스를 구축하기 위한 선행연구로서, 도시통합운영센터 구현에 관련된 주요 이해관계자에 대한 분석을 수행하기 위해 도시통합운영센터 u-City 서비스를 선정하고, 운영방식 (센터 통합운영, 지자체 연계를 통한 센터통합운영, 개별운영)에 따라 분류하였다.

In traditional environment, user must search each journal OPAC, bibliographic DB, and full-text DB and E-Journal separately until user finds scientific and technology informations that he needs. The purpose of this study is to build one-click service system of Journals that supports integrating search. This system provides various functions, such as, journal browsing, journal search, article search, alert function, my library, document delivery service by integrating databases and electronic journals. Users search all information sources through journal OPAC and acquire journal full-text by single interface.

본 논문에서는 연구회 관점에서 출연(연) R&D정보에 대한 종합적인 입수관리 및 서비스에 대한 요구에 부응하기 위해서 연구회R&D정보서비스(KRCF-RND)를 설계하고 구현하였다. NTIS의 표준체계 및 관련도구를 적용함으로써 연구회 중심의 데이터 입수/관리의 체계를 견고히 하였다. 정보관리를 위해서 국가R&D정보표준에 근간하여 174개의 연구회 관리항목을 정의하였고, NTIS 표준코드를 이용하였다. 관리시스템에는 NTIS의 부가서비스인 기관이형명관리서비스와 연구성과검증서비스를 적용하였다. NTIS의 표준 정보연계 방식을 적용함으로서 기초기술연구회 소관 13개 출연(연)의 국가R&D정보에 대한 실시간적인 데이터 연계를 구현하였다. 입수된 데이터에 대해서 38개 경영 및 성과지표의 형태로 서비스를 제공하였다. 본 시스템의 구축은 연구회 차원의 객관적인 기관평가, 효율적인 정보의 공동활용, 성과활용의 극대화를 위한 기반마련에 의의를 둘 수 있다.
