This study aims to suggest the ways of integrated services for Cultural Heritage Archives that belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration. To this end, the study analyzed the archives of major affiliated organizations of the Cultural Heritage Administration that manage and preserve Korean cultural assets. A cultural asset metadata based on the multiple entity model and applicable data link model standard was suggested for the integrated service of high-value-added cultural heritage information resources.

자율운항선박, 무인선과 같이 전통적 선박 형태에 자율성이 부여되는 형태로의 발전과 함께 드론, 비행체 같은 비행 형태까지 포함하는 해상 모빌리티는 기존 통신 체계 대비 실시간성 향상 및 대용량 데이터 교환이 요구되는 새로운 해상 안전 운항 체계가 수반되어야 한다. 초고속해상무선통신망(LTE-Maritime) 송수신기를 장착한 국내 선박의 경우, LTE급의 통신 서비스를 연안 최대 100km까지 받을 수 있지만, 국제 항해를 하는 국적선과 외국적 선박을 포함하는 해상 모빌리티 안전 운항 체계 구축을 위해서는 VDES(VHF Data Exchange System)와 같은 국제협약에서 인정하고 해상이동서비스(Maritime Mobile Service)에 속하면서 기존보다 빠른 통신망의 보급이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 향후 해상 모빌리티 구현을 위해 필요한 해상무선통신망의 하나로 VDES의 필요성에 주목하여 그간의 개발 현황으로부터 향후 VDES 서비스 도입 및 활용방안에 관해 논한다.

This research proposed an approach for interlinking bibliographic data used in the existing multicultural institutions in order to support information services of multicultural institutions. It constructed a set of linkage properties that can link the FRBR-based BIBFRAME structure with the existing metadata standards currently adopted in multicultural institutions, including MODS, EAD, and CDWA. As a result, the descriptive elements for the Work level, Instance level, Item level, statement of responsibility, subjects were established in the BIBFRAME syntax. A total of 19 upper level elements, 18 sub-elements, and 12 linkage properties were proposed for the linking of bibliographic data, so that a bibliographic environment was established that can interconnect heterogeneous metadata adopted depending on the types of collections. Through the proposed structure, it is expected that it can be applied to provide sufficient information services more efficiently by linking the dispersed bibliographic data of multicultural institutions in an integrated way.

인터넷 사용자의 급격한 증가와 기업들의 서비스 통합으로 다양한 시스템으로 구성된 온라인 웹 환경의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 시간제한성의 서비스를 사용할 경우 예측하지 못한 부하발생으로 시스템의 폭주상태가 발생하게 된다. 예측하지 못한 부하에 대해 서비스 품질을 보장할 수 있는 부하제한 방법이 연구되었으나 웹 사용자의 사용패턴을 고려하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 폭주하는 서비스 상태에서 연계된 시스템 간 부하균형 상태를 유지하면서 사용자에게 동등한 만족도의 서비스 품질을 제공하는 방안을 제안하고 모의실험을 통해 서비스 성공률과 사용 평등성 비율을 분석하였다.

최근 국제적으로 e-Navigation이 추진되고 있으며, 이는 국제적으로 표준화된 정보 제공 및 결합을 통하여 해상에서 항해를 안전하고 효율적으로 하는데 목적이 있다. 국내에서는 VTS 시스템간 연계를 하고자 했으나, 서로 경쟁이 되는 외산 장비의 구축으로 정보연계의 어려움이 있어 왔다. 특히 해상의 위험상황에서 상호 정보를 연계하고 전파하여 상호 협력적 사고대응이 이루어 진다면 최근에 발생한 세월호와 같은 사건도 예방될 수 있다. 즉, 정보연계를 통한 통합 시스템 구축 및 인접 시스템간 연계는 매우 중요한 요소로서 VTS 센터간 공동 목적을 위하여 상호 협력적 감시 및 관제가 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 e-Navigation 진화를 앞두고, 국제적으로 표준화 되고 있는 시스템간 정보교환 기술을 검토하고, 현재 국내 현실을 반영하여 VTS 시스템간 연동방안을 검토하고자 한다. 실제적으로 시스템간 연동을 위한 설계와 구축 및 통합화 노력이 요구되며, 통합화 방법이 효율적인 방안인지 검토 확인되어야 하며, 국가적으로도 VTS 서비스의 안전성을 보장하는 기술개발로 진화가 고려되어야 한다.

Though many corporations are operating their logistics information systems, standard document forms for the connection of logistics information systems between transaction companies are not provided. Therefore, the standardized logistics information connection is needed for the efficient management. In this study, we Provide a prototype for logistics information systems connection by using e-mail which contains RFID and product information. This study could be a basis for logistics information system connection with the advance of RFID.

최근 UHDTV 방송의 대두와 함께 방송 부가 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. ATSC 3.0, HbbTV, IBB 등 각 방송 표준 기구로부터 부가서비스에 대한 표준이 공표되고 있으며, 이 표준들은 공히 Companion Screen에 대한 내용을 포함하고 있다. Companion Screen은 사용자가 TV를 통하여 시청하고 있는 컨텐츠에 대한 부가 정보를 사용자의 스마트폰/태블릿으로 표시할 수 있어 방송 기반의 개인화 서비스 구현방법으로 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Companion Screen과 IoT 기기의 연동을 통한 서비스 구성 방법을 제시한다. IoT는 최근 급격한 발전을 거듭하고 있으며 다양한 제품군의 출시도 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 IoT를 Companion Screen과 연계하여 활용함으로써, 방송과 통신을 연계하는 신규 서비스의 구성이 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 서비스 구성 기법은 방송에 내제된 부가 정보 기반의 IoT 제어를 Companion Screen을 통하여 구성할 수 있도록 한다.

본 논문에서는 만성질환자 건강관리서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위항여 건강측정기 모바일 연계기술 개발 및 적용하고 IoT 기반 생체정보 획득 및 라이프로그 건강관리 플랫폼 API 연계 기술을 통하여 지역 만성질환자를 위한 언택트 헬스 모니터링 플랫폼 개발을 수행하였다. 해당 시스템을 통하여 지역 보건소 협력 및 가족 중심 만성질환자 입체적 건강관리 모니터링 시스템 개발에 적용하고 IoT 장비 인터페이스기술, 개인 건강관리기술, 플랫폼 운영 및 구현기술, 데이터 관리기술 개발을 통하여 효율적으로 개인 라이프로그를 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 효율적인 관리를 위하여 AI 챗봇 서비스 시스템을 통한 효율성을 극대화를 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 개인 라이프로그를 활용한 AI 챗봇 기반 만성질환자 건강관리서비스 플랫폼을 구현하여 만성질환자에 대한 서비스를 제공하고 만족도를 실증하여 서비스의 우수함을 입증하였다.

This study assessed the changes in Korea's industrial structure to analyze the linkage between years 1995-2000 -2005-2009 Industry Input-Output Tables to access the constant changes in the structure of the inter-industry linkage analysis. First, the Korean economy during the period of analysis was based on solid growth from 1,190 trillion won in 1995 to 2,775 trillion won in 2009. Second, the structure of the industry association in the case of industries, services and electronic form was as follows: in 1995, Heavy-heavy-primary, public; in 2000, service-heavy-heavy, electronic-primary, public; in 2005 Services - Manufacturing - Consumer Goods - first, public, service; and 2009 e-manufacturing - Consumer Goods - primary, the public.
