  • 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론의 이점은 공통의 인터페이스를 가지는 모델의 재사용성과 확장성이다. 시스템은 컴포넌트의 조립을 통하여 점진적으로 개발이 가능하다. 컴포넌트의 행위를 검증하기 위한 기존의 시뮬레이션은 모델을 이용한 검증만 가능했다. 하지만 모든 컴포넌트의 모델링 및 구현이 동시에 완료되지 않기 때문에 점진적인 컴포넌트 기반의 개발을 지원하기 위해서는 모델과 코드를 연계한 시뮬레이션이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모델과 코드를 연계한 점진적인 시뮬레이션 기법을 제안한다.

Optimal Operation Algorithm of Protection Devices in Distribution Systems With PV System (대용량 태양광전원이 연계된 배전선로에 있어서 보호협조기기의 최적 운용알고리즘)

  • If a photovoltaic (PV) system is installed in a primary feeder interconnected with the PV system, bi-directional power flow can occur, and then, the magnitude and direction of the fault current can change, depending on the fault location and point of common coupling (PCC) of the PV system, and the time current curve (TCC) cannot be properly coordinated between protection devices. Also, it is difficult to obtain a proper time interval for protection devices because the conventional setting approach is applied, even though the PV system is installed and operating. Therefore, this paper presents three operation modes considering the operational conditions of the PV system to obtain setting values for protection devices. Based on the mode, this paper proposes an algorithm to calculate the optimal protection coordination time interval according to the introduction capacity of the PV system. In addition, this paper performs modelling of a distribution system with the PV system and protection devices by using Off-DAS S/W, and analyzes the characteristics of the time interval between the protection devices, such as substation relays, reclosers, customer relays, and PV customer relays. The simulation results confirmed that the proposed operational modes and setting-value algorithms are useful and effective for protection coordination in a distribution system for a PV system.

  • Facility Management is the longest in the building of life cycle. Because it occupies more than 80% of cost, the phase of Facility Management has to be managed and has to be perceived as important as design and construction phase. The method to manage building more efficiently is the introduction of Facility Management System used by CAD and database. But information Requirement is now input by hand in the most Facility Management System. This study aims to analyze the example of applying BIM in the Korea or abroad and the errors of this were deducted by many phase. Lastly, the possible solution is suggested in order to be used in the Facility Management System. This study's benchmarking is COBIE which is developed by the COE(Corps of Engineers) and now popular in the world. The suggestion in this study is the method that I have already mentioned is helpful for a designer to do modeling when a designer uses BIM S/W(software). To be more specific, the method plays a side role in helping data input considering the phase of Facility Management.

Development of Practical Convergence Education by Construction of the Wind Power System Using the Wind by Car (차량주행풍을 이용한 풍력발전 시스템 구축을 통한 실무 융합 교육 개발)

  • The research goals of this study using the wind by car as replaceable energy are summarized to three things as follows. The first goal is to secure a replaceable energy source of environmental conveniency through the wind power system by the wind by car. The second goal is to develop a educational program for related convergence professional man. The third goal is to make a wind power system for a replaceable energy education. We have performed for obtaining a research goal during six months. So, we concluded three results as follows. The system for doing a wind by car is modeled. New convergence educational program for department of electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering is developed under this system. And, the wind power system is produced for practice education of demonstration for replaceable energy.

  • The purpose of this research is to propose a powerful alternative in designing knowledge portals using Topic Maps(TM). To demonstrate the power of TM In constructing knowledge portals. we designed a TM-based korean folk music(pansori) site, tested It with an existing pansoree site (pansoree.com ) employing diverse query patterns : simple, advanced, associative, and cross referential Queries. The results show that the TM-based site outperforms the pansoree.com in searching time and steps. The TM-based site also provide novice users who do not know pansori domain with easy access to Information that they need.

  • In this paper, among the active islanding detection techniques, the modified active frequency drift method was analyzed, which is relatively easy to apply to the single-phase grid-connected PV PCS. The existing designs for turbulences in these applications were empirically conducted, and do not have sufficient reliability and performance. Therefore, three application forms of the modified active frequency drift technique were modeled, based on which the proper magnitude of turbulence, which is the frequency acceleration component, was calculated. Using the results, the magnitude of and injection method for turbulence for ensuring the islanding detection performance and improving the output power quality were proposed, and they were verified via simulations and experiment to prove that the reliable islanding detection technique can be developed merely by measuring the basic output power quality, without the need for expensive islanding simulation equipment.

  • This study performs modelling and simulation of permanent magnetic synchronous generator wind turbine by using Matlab & Simulink. In simulation, change of wind velocity, change of load, and voltage decrease of infinite bus are performed. Through such simulation, different with wiring system that there is only existing load, this study can confirm problems and voltage changing characteristics, which can occur in distributed electric power that load and electric power is mixed and operated, especially, in interconnecting with wind power generation.

  • 불확실한 출력 변화 특성을 갖는 풍력발전 설비가 제주지역에 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 증가는 풍력발전 설비가 연계된 선로에 전력의 품질을 떨어뜨릴 수 있는 가능성이 커진다. 성산 풍력발전단지는 2008년도 현재 기준으로 총 67[MW]의 풍력발전 용량이 180[KVA]의 설비용량을 갖는 성산변전소 22.9[kV] 배전선로에 접속된다. 이로 인하여 풍력발전의 출력변화에 따른 성산변전소의 배전선로에 나타나는 전력품질의 변화를 사전에 예측하고 검토할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전력전자와 전력계통의 여러 가지 모델을 쉽게 해석 할 수 있는 PSCAD/EMTDC 프로그램을 이용하여 제주지역의 전 계통을 모델링하고 제주계통 부하용량이 320[MW] 기저 부하시 급격한 풍력발전 출력변화에 따른 성산변전소의 배전선로에 나타나는 전압과 주파수 변화에 대한 전력품질 특성을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 나타내고자 한다.

  • The evaluation of THM coupling behavior in deep underground repository condition is essential for the long term safety and stability assessment of high-level radioactive waste repository. In order to develop reliable THM analysis techniques effectively, an international cooperation project, DECOVALEX, is carried out. In DECOVALEX-2015 Task B2, the in situ THM experiment planned to be conducted by JAEA was modeled by the research teams from the participating countries. In this study, a THM coupling technique combining TOUGH2 and FLAC was developed and applied to 1 dimensional THM modeling, in which rock, buffer, and heater are considered. The results were compared with those from other research teams.

  • Power supply to the motor using the emergency power system is being used. However, this system is rarely used except during emergency power is not inefficient. On the other hand, the use of solar power systems Emergency backup power supply as well as in normal maintenance savings, as many have benefits. In this paper, general-purpose simulator PSPICE simulations performed using the PV system to be used in the various models made by the library. In addition, for use as an emergency power generation solar power system design, modeling and analysis of the characteristics and practical use make an effective device was confirmed.
