  • 냉장고용 선형압축기가 기존의 왕복동식 압축기보다 높은 효율과 저 소음 때문에 많이 주목받고 있다. 그런데 선형압축기의 피스톤 스트로크는 선형 영구자석형 동기전동기의 입력 전압 및 전류값을 적분하여 구하며, 이 입력 신호에 직류성분이 포함될 경우 스트로크가 발산된다. 본 논문은 적분기대신 전역 통과 필터 및 고대역 통과 필터 등을 사용하여 스트로크의 발산 및 직류 옵셋이 없는 스트로크 예측기법을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 제시한 기법의 타당성을 확인한다.

A Study on the Speed Control System of a 3 phase Induction Motor driven by the Full Bridge Inverter with a Low Pass LC Filter (저역통과 LC필터를 가진 전브리지형 인버터로 구동되는 3상유동전동기의 속도제어 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • The variable frequency and variable voltage AC source made by a conventional inverter which is composed of power semi-conductors includes much noises in sine wave due to high frequency switching of DC source. In this paper the 3rd low pass LC filter for a variable speed 3 phase induction motor driven by a full bridge inverter is introduced to solve the EMI problem by serious noise current. The utility of a modified 3rd order Butterworth LC filter is confirmed through FFT analysis of sine waves and noiseless ACsource can be obtained by the proposed LC filter. The speed of a 3 phase induction motor driven by a full bridge inverter with a LC filter is satisfactorily controlled by a digital PID controller under the condition of stepwise load and setpoint changes.

  • A scheme for missing-trace interpolation of linear events is proposed. For a two-dimensional seismic dataset which contains linear events, a post-interpolation spectrum can be estimated from a portion of the original aliased spectrum. The restoration of missing trace data is accomplished by minimizing the energy after applying a filter which has an amplitude spectrum that is inverse to the estimated spectrum.

  • Recently, speaker localizing estimation technique has been rising in teleconference systems. In this system, it is recognized speaker location using microphone array and camera is directed to speaker location automatically. In this paper, it was described to be able to enhance the speech qualify through microphone array, decrease computational loads using IIR filter as inverse filter, and confirmed to implement hardware using DSP processor.

  • 본 논문에서는 고주파 신호 주입 센서리스 제어를 위한 정지 좌표계 상의 회전자 위치를 추정하는 새로운 기법에 대하여 제안한다. 기존 방법은 저역 통과 필터의 시지연 및 전류 차로 이루어진 행렬의 역행렬 유무 문제가 존재하였다. 제안된 기법은 이러한 문제의 해결방안으로 정지 좌표계 상에서 변환 행렬을 이용하여 회전자 위치 정보를 추출해 낸다. 또한 추출해 낸 위치 정보로 전대역 통과 필터를 이용하여 회전자 위치를 정밀하게 추정하게 된다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 방법의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • We propose a novel channel-switching transmission filter using segmented chirped fiber Bragg gratings (CFBG's) each of which has separate transmission bands in the reflection spectrum of the CFBG. The segmented CFBG's are made by using specially designed slits. The separated reflection spectral bands of the segmented CFBG's are controlled by the attached fiber stretchers, and the controlled reflection bands are used to choose the channels independently. Tunability of the transmission spectra is experimentally demonstrated in WDM transmission experiments.

  • In Electronic Warfare, the need to develop a jamming system that protects our location information from enemy radar is constantly increasing. The jamming system normally uses wide-band DRFM(Digital Radio Frequency Memory) that processes the entire bandwidth at once. However, it is difficult to jam if there is a CW(Continuous Wave) interference signal in the band. Recently, instead of wide-band signal processing, a structure using a filter bank that divides the entire band into several sub-bands and processes each sub-band independently has been proposed. Although it is possible to handle interference signal through the filter bank structure, spurious signal occurs when the signal is received at a boundary frequency between sub-bands. Spurious signal makes a output power of jamming signal distributed, resulting in lower JSR(Jamming to Signal Ratio) and less jamming effect. This paper proposes an over-sampled channelized DRFM structure that enables interference response and prevents spurious signal for sub-band boundary frequency input.

  • In recent SONAR (sound navigation and ranging) systems, wideband active SONAR systems has received more attention than narrowband SONAR systems due to the remarkable detection performance in terms of range resolution. However, the wideband SONAR systems usually requires a huge amount of computational burden in order to achieve their own superiority. To cope with this drawback of the wideband SONAR systems, this paper proposes a fast target detection and velocity estimation method using an extended replica in wideband hyperbolic frequency modulation active SONAR system. Computer simulation shows that the proposed method can be implemented by a highly reduced computational complexity with a little performance degradation in target detection and velocity estimation compared to the conventional filter bank method.

  • In this paper, we propose a new decorrelating detector called pseudo-inverse-filtering type decorrelating detector for asynchronous CDMA channels. We first show that the matched filtering and decorrelating operations of the existing decorrelating detectors can be replaced with the pseudo-inverse filtering operations in synchronous channels, and using this fact we show that the decorrelating detector has the largest SNR among the linear detectors that can eliminate MAI. Then we introduce asynchronous pseudo-inverse filtering type decorrelating detector by extending this result for asynchronous channels, and discuss implementation methods of the proposed decorrelating detectors. Since the proposed scheme employs a decentralized structure for updating coefficients, it has the flexibility to add/remove users. Finally we analyze the performance of the proposed decorrelating detector in terms of the bit error rate, and examine its performance improvements over the conventional detectors through computer simulations.

  • In this paper, Ka-Band NRD guide band pass filter with newly designed inductive post structure is proposed and analyzed with its test results. Generally, millimeter-wave filters are very sensitive in their physical dimensions, hence, it is requires extreme precisions of several micron so as to get the designed performance. In case of common NRD Guide filter with air gap coupled structure, it is fabricated with dielectric blocks coupled via air gap. In these structures, however, it was not easy to fabricate and to process of each NRD guide dielectric resonator blocks using PTFE, so it was almost impossible to assemble with several microns in precision. In this our research, however, each dielectric resonators are coupled with a pair of inductive metal post, so all resonators are located in a single NRD Guide. The dielectric parts between two pairs of posts are operated as resonators of each stage, and the positions of the post decide the couplings between resonators. The structure we suggested is suitable fur mass production, because it is very simple and easy to process. As a result of measurements, designed NRD guide inductive post filter has a superior performance. The center frequency is 39.475 GHz with 350 MHz bandwidth, insertion loss is less than 1.8 dB, and the return loss is below than -18 dB.
