This paper criticized the recent Korean 'creative economy policies' focused on regional developmental implications. Even though the policies targeted to promote ICT new startups and build virtuous circle of ICT industrial ecosystem in Korea as a whole, the outside regions of the Seoul-Busan industrial axis where the bases of ICT industries are very weak would suffer from systematic exclusion in ICT investments and deepening regional disparities. Second, ICT-centered policies would selectively affect or operate commensurate with the size of regions in this low-growth, after-financial crisis age. Third, the possibilities of regional insularity and lock-in in these low levels of 'related variety' regions would worsen the industrial competitiveness. Lastly, the policies should be reoriented to fortify region-based creative economic ecosystem based upon triple helix learning region.

This study analyzed the translation strategies of four Chinese translations of 『Who ate all the Sing a?』. As is well known, Park Wan-seo's works contain many psychological descriptions, abstract vocabulary, idioms, proverbs, dialects, etc., so when translating into Chinese, various translation strategies such as translation, interpretation, and creative translation are required. Although all four types studied in this paper are somewhat different depending on the translator, all translation strategies were used in a comprehensive way. As a result of the study, all four translation strategies used a strategy of direct translation of Chinese characters when translating geographical namesand names of people. The interpretational translation strategy was used for the translation of vocabulary that requires historical, social, cultural, and geography background interpretation. was utilized. The creative translation strategy was used when translating overlapping issues, political and historically sensitive issues, and issues related to Korean pronunciation and grammar. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that translation strategy research on various Chinese translations of Korean modern literature as well as various Chinese translations of Park Wan-seo will be expanded.

It is important to create animation storytelling because it is the most critical factor to make animation successful at the box-office. As such, lots of researchers have paid attention to Disney's animations because the Walt Disney company has produced the largest number of interesting animations. One of Disney's strategies to make story interesting is the application of original works that were already open to public. On this point, this article explores how Disney deals with characters in its animation that is based on an original work. Drawing a comparison between characters of and those of "Hua Mulan", which is its original work, this article focuses on how characters are created and used for the purpose of managing animation storytelling. Significant differences between two works exist. That is to say, actively makes the use of characters. First, it creates several new characters that are not seen in "Hua Mulan." Those characters can be divided into three groups by their roles; realistic characters, unrealistic characters, and realistic characters of unrealistic personalities. Second, Mulan in has both masculine initiative and feminine adaptability, and each one is used as necessary through the whole narrative. Last, it sets up a relationship between characters either in a blood-based family category or in a social category. Through these results, it is possible to confirm that this modification of characters is solely to manage the narrative with more flexibility.

일반적인 연안 해역에서 창조지속시간과 낙조지속시간은 거의 동일한 수준을 보여 조위곡선은 대칭적인 형태를 띠게 된다. 그러나 M4분조나 MS4분조와 같은 천해조가 발달된 해역에서는 그 모체가 되는 M2분조나 S2분조와의 상대적인 위상차에 따라 조위곡선이 비대칭적인 형상을 띠기도 한다. 창조지속시간이 길 경우 낙조시 최대조류속이 크게 되는 낙조우세가 형성되는 반면 낙조지속시간이 길 경우에는 반대로 창조우세가 형성된다. 소류사의 움직임은 유속의 6승에까지 비례하므로 이러한 최대조류속 차이에 따라 창조우세 또는 낙조우세 해역에서 소류사 이동량에는 큰 차이가 발생할 수 있다. 감조하천의 경우 상류로 갈수록 창조우세화하는 것이 일반적인 것으로 알려져 있으며 국내에서는 금강을 비롯한 군산해역이 대표적이다. 창조우세인 군산해역과 반대로 영산강하구 및 목포해역의 경우 낙조우세를 보이고 있는데, 그 근원은 황해에서의 순환특성과 함께 목포해역 인근의 드넓은 조간대에 기인하는 것으로 추정하고 있다. 특히 인접한 무안만에서는 낙조지속시간이 창조지속시간에 비해 2시간 이상 짧아 국내에서 가장 심한 수준의 낙조우세를 보이고 있으며, 영산강하구 낙조우세의 근원으로 평가되고 있다. 한편 조간대가 발달된 해역은 천해조 생성에 따라 낙조우세 경향이 있음과 관련하여 Kang and Moon(2001)은 조간대가 조석파의 전파와 천해조 발생에 미치는 영향성에 대하여 수치실험을 통해 연구한 결과 무안만의 낙조우세는 조간대의 발달에 기인함을 재확인한 바 있다. 따라서 낙조 우세를 수치모형을 통해 재현하기 위해서는 조간대 모의가 필수적임과 동시에 낙조우세를 재현하기 위해서는 천해조 개방경계 설정이 필요하다고 알려져 있다. 또한 이렇게 천해조가 발달된 하구에서 조석비대칭 현상은 퇴적물 이동에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 되는데 Kang et al.(2002)은 소류사 및 부유사 이동에서 이러한 영향성에 대한 연구를 수행한 바 있다. 그 결과 천해조가 발달된 이러한 해역에서 퇴적물 이동과 관련된 수치모의시 M2분조와 같은 천문조 경계조건에 부가하여 M4분조의 천해조까지 포함시킬 것을 제안한 바 있다. 이와 같이 하구역에서는 천해조 발달로 인해 조석비대칭이 두드러지게 발달되어 있는 경우가 많으며, 감조하천 상류로 갈수록 비대칭은 더욱 심화되는 경향이 있다. 따라서 감조하천 하류부에서 조석을 고려한 경계조건을 부여하여 하천의 흐름양상을 수치적으로 모의할 경우 천해조가 발달된 하구역에서는 천해조가 포함된 경계조건은 필수적이라 할 수 있다.

This research targeted discussions on re-utilization of Korean creative economic innovation center. It is meaningless to simply discuss its re-organization. The focus of this study was to find a way that transforms it into totally new one. The study followed several steps. First, it delineated criteria from existing literature for comparing creative eco-system of Silicon valley, Kyoto eco-system and eco-system based on Korean creative economic innovation center. Second, it compared the three eco-systems in details. Third, it discussed a direction for transforming eco-system based on Korean creative economic innovation center. It was suggested that the Kyoto eco-system can be a role model. It was also suggested that governmental role should be changed from controller to facilitatior which stimulates regulation relaxations and helps to establish market formation.

우리나라의 대학이 '크고 살아 있으며, 힘 있고 창조적인' 대학이 될 수 있도록 대교협은 '큰' 역할을 수행해야 한다. 공인된 질적, 전문적 대학평가 관리기구로서 대학 발전을 저해하는 정치적 세력에 대한 합법적 보호 대처기구로서 자리해야 하며, 대학의 문제를 해결하는 사회적 조정 기제로서의 역할을 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 아울러 대학 현장의 목소리를 가감 없이 경청하고 과소평가하지 않아야 할 것이다.

이 연구는 도시공간의 어메니티를 실현하기 위한 수단으로서 사운드스케이프(soundscape)에 관한 연구조사의 결과를 소개한다. 사운드스케이프 및 사운드스케이프 디자인에 관한 개념과 사상을 고찰하고, 남원시의 사운드스케이프 조사를 예로 하여 지역에 있어서 음, 인간 및 환경과의 관계로부터 사운드 어메니티(sound amenity)를 실현하는데 있어서 음이 갖는 의미와 역할을 모색한다. 사운드스케이프 조사방법으로써 문헌조사, 필드조사 및 설문조사를 이용하여 남원지역의 음풍경을 조사${\cdot}$분석하고, 그 시대적, 계절적, 시간적인 음풍경의 변화와 현상, 그리고 지역주민의 음에 관한 인식특성을 파악한다. 조사결과, 지역에 있어서 자연환경을 보존하고 축제등의 전통적인 생활문화를 계승하는 것은 지역의 사운드스케이프와 어메니티 형성에 중요한 역할을 한다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 또한 도시공간의 사운드스케이프 연구는 이러한 일련의 조사연구활동 및 교육활동 등을 포함한 다양한 활동과 여러 영역에서의 유기적인 교류활동이 이루어져야 쾌적한 음환경 창조가 가능하다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.
