국가 보건의료체계(health care system)가 올바르게 기능하기 위해서는 의료체계를 구성하는 각 요소들간의 유기적인 상호 작용이 대단히 중요하다. 정보체계는 이러한 유기적인 상호 작용을 위해 보건의료체계의 각 영역에서 꼭 필요한 시스템이다. 보건의료 서비스를 효율적으로 생산하기 위해서 투입하는 자원의 개발과 배치 체계는 물론 생산된 보건의료 서비스를 소비자가 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 전달체계(delivery system)의 전과정에서 보건의료정보체계는 중요한 인프라가 되고 있다. 정보체계는 궁극적으로 보건의료체계가 지향하는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 짜여져야 한다. 다시 말해, 의료체계의 각 하부영역에서 의료이용의 접근성(accessibility), 형평성(equity), 서비스의 의과학적 질(scientific technical quality), 포괄성(comprehensiveness) 등 보건의료체계가 추구하는 가치를 정보체계에서도 그대로 담아 낼 수 있어야 한다. 또한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 요건으로 각 사업 영역별 표준화, 사업 영역간의 상호관계, 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 정보 관련 시선과 인력, 정보기술 등의 인프라, 각 사업 영역별 정보화에서 담아야 할 정보 내용(contents, DB) 등에 대한 사전 기획이 수립되어야 한다. 그 동안 보건의료분야의 정보화사업은 1996년부터 보건소기관의 행정, 진료, 보건 업무지원을 위한 보건소정보화사업과, 1995년부터 초고속공공응용서비스 사업의 일환으로 추진해 온 전염병, 혈액유통, 장기이식, 외래진료예약, 원격진료, 응급의료, 원격치매진료 시스템 구축사업 등이 있으며, 응급의료, 혈액관리, 장기이식, 전염병정보, 외래진료예약시스템을 통합한 보건의료정보통합서비스시스템(1998년) 구축사업 등이 있었다. 이러한 사업들에 대해 현재 평가되고 있는 문제점들로는 정보화 사업에 대한 전략과 비젼이 부재한 상태에서 지나치게 정보기술 중심으로 추진되다 보니 보건의료 정보의 공유나 활용이 전혀 이루어지지 않거나 매우 제한적이었고, 시범사업의 경우는 초기 사업을 추진하기 위한 주체가 명확하지 않았고, 관련 인력의 훈련과 양성이 안 되었으며, 사업 확대를 위한 법적 기반의 취약, 정보화 사업이 부실한 데 대한 평가 기준과 대안 제시 등이 매우 취약한 것이 문제점으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보 내용과 DB 구축을 위한 표준화 등에 대한 사전 설계 부재는 개발된 정보시스템의 운영을 결정적으로 어렵게 만든 요인이 되고 있다. 전반적으로 기존의 정보화사업은 사업 추진을 위해서 꼭 필요한 비젼 수립, 비젼에 따른 목표 설정, 전략 개발, 관리체계 구축, 운영방안 수립 등 단계적인 정보화 계획이 부재한 것으로 평가되고 있어 보건의료정보체계 구축을 위한 종합 비젼 기획(ISP)이 시급한 실정이다.

Order Review/Release(ORR) 시스템은 생산계획 시스템과 작업현장간의 연결고리로서, 작업현장으로의 작업투입을 조절하여 작업현장에서의 체류시간과 공정중재고, 리드타임의 변동을 줄여주는 역할을 한다. 그러나, 지금까지의 ORR에 관한 연구들은 ORR의 유효성에 관하여 명확한 결론을 내지 못하고 있다. 일부는 ORR이 작업의 전체 리드타임을 증가시키는 악영향이 있음을 주장하고, 일부는 ORR을 도입함으로써 작업현장에서의 리드타임과 공정중재고가 줄어들고, 안정화될 수 있다고 주장한다. 본 연구는 어떠한 환경에서 Order Release 정책을 도입하는 것이 시스템의 성능향상에 기여할 수 있는 지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하고, 가상의 Job Shop을 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 작업장가동률 수준과 생산계획 단계에서의 계획오더 이송간격을 환경분수로 설정하고, 작업현장의 부하를 고려하여 작업투입을 통제하는 다섯 가지 Order Release 정책과 세 가지 우선순위 규칙을 적용하여 실험하였으며, 리드타임, 납기, 공정중재고 등과 관련된 8가지 척도에 대해 각 정책을 평가하였다. 그리고, 계획시스템의 부하평준화 기능이 존재할 때, Order Release 정책의 도입으로 인한 효과가 더 크다는 기존의 연구결과를 검증하기 위해, 부하평준화를 적용하였을 때 Order Release를 통제하지 않는 정책과 통제하는 정책간의 성능향상 차이가 있는지를 확인하는 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과, ORR 보다는 우선순위규칙이 시스템의 성능을 결정하는 주요 통제정책으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나, 생산계획시스템에서 1주 간격으로 계획오더를 이송할 때는 Order Release 방법을 적용하여 작업현장에서의 평균 리드타임과 리드타임의 변동, 공정중재고가 줄어드는 결과를 보였고, 가동률 수준이 높을수록 ORR 방법간의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 부하평준화 기능은 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, Order Release 방법은 우선순위규칙간의 성능차이를 줄이거나, 대체할 수 통제 기법이라기보다는 우선순위규칙을 보완하여 공정중재고와 작업현장에서의 리드타임, 리드타임의 편차를 줄여주는 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 계획시스템이 존재하여 계획오더가 일정기간간격으로 이송되는 환경에서 특히 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다.

This research emphasized that the importance of ERG elements such as existence needs, relatedness needs, and growth needs. Moreover, it focused on verifying the effects of these three elements on organizational attachment through person job fit. In addition, the mediating role of person job fit was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to organizational attachment. To verify this, an empirical analysis was conducted on workers engaged in state-owned company, service, manufacturing, and distribution industries in Korea. Through empirical analysis, it was found that all three elements of ERG improve person job fit. Furthermore, person job fit was found to increase the level of organizational attachment. Thus, it was found that person job fit played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the three elements of ERG and organizational attachment. This research also identified which element has the strongest influence on person job fit. Through these results, practical implications were presented and future research directions were discussed.

In order to investigate relation between park scale and temperature decrease in and near parks, temperature distribution was observed and was analyzed in four parks of different scales. Relation between the temperature decrease and ratio of green coverage was also analyzed by using regression analysis. Lower temperature was observed in and near the parks and larger cooling effect was implicated near the larger parks. The result of regression analysis showed that the increase of green coverage ratio lends the decrease of the temperature in the parks. The degree of the temperature decrease varied according to the types of the coverage.

The purpose of this study is to discuss how an automaker can create its unique identity and brand image in automobile industry and what's brand role and value, under the recognition that clarifying a target market in development process is indispensable to developing a product of higher marketability. By building and applying a product of higher marketability. By building and applying a brand-unique consistent design identity, it's intended to meet the increasing requirements of product attribute for symbolism or sensitivity so as satisfy or exceed customer expectation.

Unlike in the past, port space in modern society not only serves to meet port functions but also other functions such as housing, leisure, and sightseeing. As a result, more and more people are turning into a dense space. Port space, on the other hand, is also a space vulnerable to disasters which can be attributed to geographical and environmental characteristics. Despite the sensitivity if the issue, in Korea disaster prevention and urban planning have not been clearly established. Therefore, there is a need to provide safety and disaster preventive measures in urban planning considering the characteristics of harbor space.

PMO(Project Management Office)는 프로젝트 수행을 일관성 있게 관리하는 조직으로 프로젝트의 효율성을 극대화하고자 수행 초기부터 전체적인 일정을 계획하고 관리하며, 프로젝트의 성공적 수행을 도모한다. 본 논문에서는 실제 IT 프로젝트를 수행한 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 첫째, 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 주는 PMO의 핵심 기능을 5가지로 정의하고 둘째, PMO가 조직의 성과에 기여하는 영역을 경쟁가치모형1)을 이용하여 4가지 모델로 분류하였다. 셋째, 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 PMO 기능을 통계적으로 분석하여 도출하였다. 연구결과로 한국은 PMO 기능 중에 프로젝트를 통해 알게 된 교훈이나 지식을 관리하는 학습영역은 조직의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있지만 프로젝트에 대한 통제 및 보고, 표준화 된 관리 방법론은 성과에 기여하지 못하고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 PMO가 조직에서 성공적으로 도입되기 위해서 수행해야 할 주요 역할을 명확히 함으로서 프로젝트 관리 수준을 향상시키고 프로젝트 수행에 PMO를 효과적으로 활용하고자 한다.

기존의 질병 관련 연구들은 대부분 유의미하게 변화되는 유전자들을 찾아내고(Differentially Expressed Genes, DEGs), 이들이 연관된 생물학적 패스웨이(biological pathway)를 찾아내는 방향으로 이루어졌다. 더불어 miRNA(microRNA)가 많은 mRNA 의 발현을 조절하며, 실제 면역, 대사 및 세포 사멸을 포함한 여러 필수 생리학적 및 질병에 매우 중요한 역할을 한다고 밝혀지며, 바이오 마커로써의 miRNA 를 찾아내고자 하는 연구가 활발히 진행되기 시작하였다. 하지만 mRNA 나 miRNA 의 독립적인 연구만으로는 명확한 질병과의 연관성이나 기능을 이해하기에는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 질병 상태에서 유의미하게 변화되는 miRNA 와 이러한 miRNA 에 의해 조절되는 mRNA 를 함께 고려하여 분석함으로써, 실제 질병의 발병 원인이 되는 생물학적 패스웨이나 메커니즘을 밝히고자 하였다. 또한, miRNA 와 mRNA 의 연관성을 찾기 위해, PPI(protein-protein interaction) 네트워크에 기반을 둔 RWR(Random Walk with Restart Algorithm)를 적용하여, 직접적 연관성뿐 아니라, 유전자 간의 숨겨진 간접적인 패스웨이를 고려하여 분석하기 위한 웹 기반 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 mRNA-miRNA 를 함께 고려한 통합 분석을 통해 숨겨진 질병의 메커니즘을 이해하고 치료 방법을 찾아내는 데 크게 공헌할 것이다.

Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is associated with the variety of disorders of myocardial function. The effect, however, of myocardial infarction (MI) on ANP has not been fully described. Thus, this study investigated the effect of experimental MI, induced by left coronary artery ligation, on ANP secretion. Male Sprague-Dawley rats aged 60 d underwent ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery to induce MI and were compared with a group that underwent a sham operation. Rats of sham operation had a similar procedure without having the suture tightened around the coronary artery. Animals were sacrificed at 1, 3, 6, 12, and 18 h or 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, and 30 d after the procedure. MI size was assessed by planimetry and perimetry, and plasma ANP levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. Mean infarct size was 39.6-44.5% of the left ventricle after coronary occlusion in experimental groups. No significant differences were observed in infarct size among groups. In contrast, the concentration of plasma ANP was significantly higher at 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 h after left coronary artery ligation than in sham animals. This parameter, however, did not differ significantly at 3, 5, 7, 14, and 30 d after ligation compared with sham-ligated controls. These results demonstrate that plasma ANP levels are markedly increased in the early phase of MI in the male rat and can be a useful biomarker for diagnosis in acute MI.

This study, by analyzing two recent television dramas, attempts to identify the ways how popular cultural texts deal with supernatural beings and to discuss political meanings of the ways in the context of neoliberal Korea. The results are: (1) The narratives make a clear line between the supernatural and the ordinary. (2) The supernatural is effectively used in the narratives to extend the boundary of conflict structure towards structural social problems that the society is now facing. (3) When the text resolving the conflicts, the supernatural is also critical, which makes the whle narrative in line with fantasy rather than reality. These results suggest that the conclusion of the previous studies, arguing the use of the supernatural by popular cultural texts tends to function as a form of resistance against neoliberal discourse structure, needs to be negotiated. It is also reaffirmed that we need to explain political meanings of popular cultural texts dealing with supernatural beings, with its double-sided and ambivalent effects.
