The purpose of this study was to compare perception of importance and performance of the preceptor's role in clinical education between nursing students and preceptor nurses. Data were collected using a questionaire from 339 nursing students and 52 preceptor nurses. The perceived importance of preceptor's role was higher than the performance. Also, the perceived importance of the preceptor's role was correlated with the performance of nursing students only. It is essential to consider importance and performance of the preceptor's role in developing clinical education program for nursing students. These findings suggest that the guideline for role model and the strategies to increase performance of the preceptor's role are needed.

This study was aimed to identify importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers for Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Expert (ICU CNE) roles. A questionnaire survey was performed with 138 intensive care unit health care providers between May 3 to 29, 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. t-test and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). There were statistically significant differences in importance(t=2.33, p=.024) and satisfaction(t=5.43, p<.001) between physicians and nurses. The importance and satisfaction of intensive care unit health care providers were ranked in the order of advanced clinical practice, professional activity, coordination and cooperation, education and counseling and research. In the 'concentrate' area, it was found that 'Professional activity' and 'Education' should be improved. A strategy is needed to strengthen the expertise of ICU CNE and to enhance the competency in areas that need improvement.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness of job task importance and performance of occupational therapists in the community care system for the elderly. Methods : We conducted an online questionnaire survey of 152 occupational therapists nationwide from May 31, to June 24, 2019. General characteristics and institutional awareness, role and performance awareness were analyzed by descriptive statistics. One way ANOVA were conducted to compare the differences of working days, working places, and the field of work. Results : The recognition of the community care system for the elderly was low at 2.93 ± 1.0 but the importance of the community care system was 3.94 ± 0.7 and the importance of the occupational therapist in the system was 4.34 ± 0.7. Fall prevention (4.63 ± 0.7) was the most important in occupational therapist's jobs, and performance was high in instrumental activity daily living training (3.94 ± 0.8) and physical function training (3.94 ± 0.8). Conclusion : This study can be presented as basic data on job task importance and performance awareness of occupational therapists in the elderly community care system. In addition, it is expected to be used as basic data for establishing the role of occupational therapist in the elderly community care system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of the determinants of housing sales agency's role in the sale of apartment housing. For this purpose, a hierarchical decision model was constructed to understand the role and importance of the sales agency. The analytical variable items structured by the research model were set up through literature review, precedent research, and expert brainstorming. The questionnaire consisted of two comparisons for AHP analysis and the importance of absolute importance for fuzzy analysis. Afterwards, the work of correcting the importance was carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the contractor prioritized the sale conditions and the sales agency had priority over the planning for the sale. As a result of analysis, planning of customer pre-sale counseling data, planning of client subscription and contract maximization plan, planning method of advertisement public media method were found to be the most important factors. The results of measurement of absolute importance(fuzzy) & relative importance(,AHP) showed similar tendency. Therefore, it can be seen that the timing of the model house operation is an important period in which the subscription rate depends on the role of the sales agency and the marketing strategy.

Random forests is a popular method that improves the instability and accuracy of decision trees by ensembles. In contrast to increasing the accuracy, the ease of interpretation is sacrificed; hence, to compensate for this, variable importance is provided. The variable importance indicates which variable plays a role more importantly in constructing the random forests. However, when a predictor is correlated with other predictors, the variable importance of the existing importance algorithm may be distorted. The downward bias of correlated predictors may reduce the importance of truly important predictors. We propose a new algorithm remedying the downward bias of correlated predictors. The performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by the simulated data and illustrated by the real data.

부산항은 컨테이너터미널 운영사별로 마케팅 전략 수립 및 마케팅 활동이 개별적으로 이루어질 뿐 항만 관련 유관기관(부산시, 부산지방해양수산청, 한국컨테이너부두공단, 부산본부세관)의 조화된 항만 마케팅 전략 및 역할이 수립되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항 활성화를 위한 각 주체별 활동 현황을 조사하고, 항만 이용자인 선사 및 포워더를 대상으로 마케팅 믹스(Mix, 4P: Product, Place, Price, Promotion)에 대한 설문조사를 토대로 부산항 마케팅 분석을 실시한다 이를 바탕으로 부산항이 동북아 중심항만으로 성장하는데 필요로 하는 부산항 관련 각 주체별 마케팅 관계 그리고 역할을 제시한다. IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 분석 결과를 살펴보면 전체 고객을 대상으로 평가했을 때 가격 믹스와 촉진믹스는 가장 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었으며 특히, 촉진믹스는 중요도는 매우 높으나 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 그러므로 마케팅 전략 수립 시 촉진 부문에도 높은 비중을 두어 선사들에게 공격적인 마케팅 활동이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. 부산항 관련 각 주체별 마케팅 역할에서 부산광역시는 부산지방해양수산청과 함께 촉진믹스에 중점을 두어야하고, 부산지방해양수산청은 촉진믹스 외에 가격믹스에서 항만 요율의 적절성과 경로믹스인 철도 수송 망의 확보가 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 한국컨테이너부두공단은 촉진믹스 외에 가격믹스에서 항만시설 사용료의 체계적인 개편이 요구되고, 터미널 운영사는 제품믹스 서비스인 공컨테이너의 효율적인 재고관리 업무서비스와 가격믹스에서 하역요율의 탄력적인 제공이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was to identify the role of general hospice palliative nurse through job analysis (duties, task, and task elements). Methods: The sample consisted of 136 nurses or professors who were performing duties related to hospice care areas in Korea. A survey method was used, and the questionnaire included frequencies, criticality, and difficulties of task elements in job description by the DACUM method. Descriptive statistics were performed by using SPSS WIN 17.0. Results: The job description of general hospice palliative nurse was identified 8 duties, 36 tasks, and 137 task elements. As for the 8 duties, the average scores of frequency, criticality, and difficulty were 2.94, 3.66, and 2.80, respectively. The role of ‘pain assessment’ was the most important task element among frequency and criticality. The lowest score at the frequency and criticality were ‘manage public finance’ and ‘collect datum through diagnostic test & lab', respectively. Furthermore, the role of 'identify spiritual needs of patients and family' was the most difficult task, whereas the role of 'manage documents and information' was the least. Conclusion: In this study, we could recognize the reality of general hospice palliative nurse's performances. For general hospice palliative nurse, therefore, concrete practice guide lines of psychosocial and spiritual care, communication skills, and bereavement care with qualifying system are critically needed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore whether or not there is a relationship between doctor's awareness of clinical nutrition service and needs for a clinical dietitian. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The research was carried out by using questionnaires that had been specifically designed for the study. The research was conducted from September to October, 2013 for 311 doctors at 43 hospitals (with over 400 beds). Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and bootstrapping analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0. Results: 'Implementation of clinical nutritional service' (p < 0.001) and 'usefulness on clinical nutrition service' (p < 0.001) were found to be correlated with 'importance of clinical nutrition service' as an independent variable. The correlation between 'importance of clinical nutrition service' as a mediating variable and 'needs for clinical dietitian' as a dependent variable was also confirmed (p < 0.001). The results of the bootstrapping test showed that the mediating effect of 'importance of clinical nutrition service' was significant. The indirect effect value between 'implementation of clinical nutrition service' and 'needs for clinical dietitian' was 0.040, indirect effect value between 'usefulness on clinical nutrition service' and 'needs for clinical dietitian' was 0.095. Conclusion: The frequency of providing clinical nutritional services, the quality of clinical nutritional services, and the degree of implementation of clinical nutritional services were found to be important for positive perception of clinical nutrition services by doctors. Therefore, proper provision of clinical nutrition services and effective therapeutic effects will be continuously highlighted, which will increase the awareness of the physician and ultimately increase the demand for clinical nutrition service.

공원녹지가 군시내에서 수행하고 있는 역할에 대해 학자들은 크게 '주민을 위한 위락공간으로서의 역할' '도시구조를 이루는 한 요소로서의 역할' 그리고 '도시 생태계의 기반으로서의 역할'등 크게 세가지로 구분하고 있다. 본 연구는 대도시 주민들이 인식하고 있는 도시공원녹지의 역할을 그들의 이용과 가치관을 중심으로 설문조사에 기초한 결과의 일부이다. 조사에 의하면, 주민들은 대개 공원녹지를 그들의 위락공간을 위한 장소로서 인식하고 그 역할에 동의하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근, 도시·조경계획분야에서 크게 논의되고 있는 생태학적 개념에 근거한 도시공원녹지의 '도시내 자연'으로서의 역할에 대한 주민의 인식이 전문가들의 열의에 배해 많이 높지 않음을 보여 주었다. 그러나 이는 위락공간으로서 역할 다음으로 중요도가 인식되고 있는 만큼 도시내 자연으로서의 공원녹지 역할을 높이기 위해서 학자들 사이에 구체적인 논의와 실증적인 연구가 뒤따라야 할 뿐만 아니라 주민들의 의사와 합의가 있어야 할 것으로 생각된다. 한편 도시공원녹지의 역할에 대해서는 도시주민의 사회적인 변수 특히 성, 교육수준, 임금수준 등에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 도시공원녹지 계획시 이들 변수에 대한 고려가 있어야 할 것이다.

최근 경제불황 및 실업률 증가, 일자리 창출의 대안으로 창업이 떠오르고 있다. 특히 정부는 혁신적인 인재 육성을 위해 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 D대학 학생을 중심으로 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원 중요도 및 성취도 차이를 분석함으로써 요인별 우선순위를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원의 질적 성장 및 고도화 방안을 도출하고자 IPA(importance-performance analysis)분석을 이용한 중요도-성취도 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대학 창업교육 및 창업지원의 모든 요소에 대하여 중요도가 성취도보다 높게 나타나 이에 대한 해결방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 또한 중요도-성취도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선의 우선순위가 높은 요인은 「자금 및 투자지원」, 「창업 공간 및 시설지원」, 「경영자문」, 「특허 및 지식재산 지원」, 「창업현장실습」 순으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수요자 중심의 창업교육 및 지원제도가 구축할 수 있도록 대학 내 자체 창업투자 재원 확보(실행), 대학의 액셀러레이터 역할 및 기능 강화, 학생창업자 입주공간 우선 지원 및 확대, 기술 기반 학생창업자에 대한 지식재산권 보장(지원), 학생들의 수요조사를 반영한 창업교과목 개발 및 보급 등을 제언하고자 한다.
