For an efficient role based access control in highly distributed computing environment to reduce management cost, we utilize attribute certificates. Especially highly distributed computing environments such as ubiquitous computing environments which cannot have global or broad control, need another attribute certificate management technique. The techniques for transmission of the attribute certificates and management of the group keys should be considered to reduce management cost. For better performance we structure attribute certificates. We group roles and make the role group relation tree. It results secure and efficient role renewing and distribution. For scalable attribute certificate distribution, multicasting packets are used. We take into account the packet loss and quantifying performance enhancements of structuring attribute certificates.

This study aims to seek the role model of the regional central library as the chosen one to activate the regional public libraries by the newly revised law of library. We examined its roles in terms of supports and cooperations on the basis of the survey of the opinions and realizations of librarians working in Jeonbuk area and the analyses of the environmental factors specific to Jeonbuk. And conclude that as the cooperative roles, the regional central library can function as a hub library for the five specific regions in Jeonbuk; as the supportive roles, it can support the educational and cultural activities planning at the regional public libraries by building a pool for knowledge and information in Jeonbuk region.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 산업 유형은 어느 한 종류로 단정하기 어려운 융복합적 형태로 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 과거 성장 중심 경제발전 모델이 저성장과 함께 양극화, 고용불안과 같은 다양한 사회문제를 야기함에 따라 새로운 발전 패러다임에 대한 관심과 요구도 그 어느 때보다 높아지고 있다. 이러한 일련의 환경 변화는 과거 제조업 중심의 경제성장을 주도해왔던 한국 공적보증제도에도 혁신을 촉구하고 있다. 신용보증기금은 2018년 현재 총 보증잔액 50.5조원을 보유한, 한국에서 가장 큰 규모의 공적보증기관이으로 지난 1976년 설립 후 40여 년간 산업육성과 시장안정이라는 두 가지 정책적 목표를 달성하기 위해 다양한 산업 분야와 기업에 신용보증을 제공해왔다. 1997년 IMF 외환위기, 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 등 국가적 위기 때마다 시장안전판 역할을 성공적으로 수행하며 한국경제가 신속히 위기에서 벗어나는데 공헌하기도 했다. 그러나 이제 신용보증기금은 과거의 성과와 역할에 얽매이지 않고, 급변하고 있는 경제 기술환경 속에서 또 다른 역할을 모색하고 있다. 구체적으로는 중소기업에 대한 보증지원이라는 기존 역할에서 한발 나아가, 혁신생태계 조성, 데이터뱅크 플랫폼 구축, 사회적가치 확산을 위한 전사적 사업구조 혁신을 단행하고 있다. 본 보고서에는 환경변화에 부응해 새로운 역할을 수행하고자 노력하는 신용보증기금의 활동과 성과를 담았다. 여기에 제시된 신용보증기금의 사례들은 벤처캐피탈이 활성화된 서양 국가들과 달리, 정책금융 역할이 상대적으로 중요한 아시아 지역의 중소기업 금융 활성화에 효과적인 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

RBAC(Role Based Access Control) is an access control method based on the user's roles and it provides more flexibility and applicability on the various computer and network security fields than DAC(Discretionary Access Control) or MAC(Mandatory Access Control). In this paper, we newly propose ERBAC$_{0}$(Extended RBAC$_{0}$) model by considering subject's and object's roles additionally to REAC$_{0}$ model which is firstly proposed by Ravi S. Sandhu as a base model. The proposed ERBAC$_{0}$ model provides finer grained access control on the base of subject and object level than RBAC$_{0}$ model.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of learning with role-playing on student satisfaction and achievement regarding behavior management teaching in pediatric dentistry. 93 students were divided into 19 groups and randomly assigned to role-play as a doctor, patient, parent, assistant, or narrator. Their performances were evaluated by the instructor and the satisfaction survey was conducted. All participants took the written test and were asked to compare lecture and role-playing with regard to the effectiveness of learning. Statistical analysis was performed with Mann-Whitney U test, Independent T-test, and Kruskal-Wallis test. 68 students (73.1%) who believed that the role-playing was more helpful than lecture showed higher level of satisfaction than students who believed lecture was more helpful. But there were no differences in the tutor evaluation score and the written test scores. Participants in the patient management scenario showed higher level of descriptive question scores of the written test and tutor evaluation score than those who participate in the parent management scenario. There were no differences between the role groups. Role-playing may help students to become more interested and participatory in learning behavior management. The level of satisfaction may differ by the design and content of the scenario.

This study analyzed the difficulties elementary school students have in role-playing analogy activities for concept learning of heat transfer. Eleven fifth graders were given an orientation class on role-playing analogy activity, a class for concept learning of heat transfer as presented in a textbook, and then they performed the role-playing analogy activity with concepts of heat transfer. After the classes, researchers investigated the difficulties students encountered through questionnaires and interviews. The following are results of the research: Difficulties that students faced in role-playing analogy activity can be classified into five types. First, students encountered difficulties in expressing the analogy. The students who had difficulties in expressing the analogy focused on expressions outside the science concepts or lacked understanding of the science concepts. They also had difficulties in expressing the analogy because they lacked the expressiveness of analogy or abilities in mapping errors. They had difficulties in expressing the planned role-playing analogy in a narrow space. Second, students also experienced difficulties in performing activities due to lack of understanding on activities or lack of experience. Third, students experienced difficulties in selecting roles because they preferred the specific role or unwanted the specific roles. Fourth, the members of group experienced difficulties in group activities because they did not concentrate on activities, failed to perform roles, or showed attitudes of an onlooker. Fifth, they experienced difficulties in communications due to unilateral communication, conflicts of opinions, and lack of opinions.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between teacher's role and interaction patterns in mathematics classrooms. Teacher's role was divided into usual practices with students, usual practices with content and usual practices with students and contents, and interaction patterns were classified into report, inquiry and discussion. The subjects in this study were teachers and students in three fourth- grade classes in T elementary school located in Seoul. After the classes of every math teacher were observed, three teachers who played distinctively unique roles were selected in accordance with the results of the first-semester autonomous supervision, of open class for parents and of the instructional observation. Thus, there was a close relationship between the teacher roles and interaction patterns. And it's concluded that students are able to have a more discussion on each other's ideas in the student-centered classroom, and that teachers should perform active roles in that process. Given the findings of the study, there are some suggestions: First, the teachers appeared to fulfill consistent roles when their videotaped classes, study aids and performance assessment materials were analyzed, and they should play more active roles in mathematics class. Second, they should try to create the kinds of climate that encourages students to come up with ideas in an active manner. Third, earlier studies had focused on student-teacher interaction patterns, but this study found that the roles of the teachers depended on interaction with not only students but study aids and performance assessment materials, and that the interaction patterns hinged on their roles as well. Therefore more profound research efforts should be directed into this issue.

정보화 사회의 진전과 더불어 정보통신의 역할이 사회에 미치는 파급효과가 갈수록 커지고 있다. 이러한 파급효과 중 최근 주목을 받고 있는 이 방재이다. 특히, 자연재해의 경우 엄청난 재산상 및 인명상의 피해를 가져오게 된다. 하지만, 자연재해가 갑자기 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 따라서, 재해 발생 징후를 탐지하여 이에 신속하게 대처하거나 재해 발생시에 신속한 상황처리가 이루어진다면, 재산상 및 인명상의 피해를 최소화할 수 있게 된다. 이러한 과정에서 정보통신은 커다란 역할을 수행하게 된다. 본 고는 이러한 재해와 관련되어 정보통신, 특히 위성통신과 이동통신이 어떤 역할을 수행하게 되는지에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

본 동향은 최근 각광을 받고 있는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 기술과 관련하여 현재 사용자에게 제공되고 있는 서비스와 진행되고 있는 연구 분야 전반에 걸쳐 소개한다. 소셜 관계를 제공하는 역할인지, 소셜 관계를 사용하는 역할인지에 따라 서비스의 행태를 나눠 기술하고 그러한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 대표적인 기술 분야로 소셜 네트워크 분석, 소셜 미디어, 시맨틱 소셜 웹, 소셜 검색에 관한 연구 개요를 설명한다. 마지막으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 폭발적인 성장에 기여한 스마트폰과 관련하여, 모바일 소셜 네트워크 서비스 동향을 살펴본다.

대부분의 객체지향 방법론은 객체를 중심으로 한 객체 모델링을 바탕으로 소프트웨어를 개발한다. 물론, 객체 모델링 방법은 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있지만 복잡한 문제를 가진 대규모의 시스템에는 적합하지 않다. 따라서, 이런 복잡한 대규모 시스템을 객체의 패턴에 따라 간단한 모델로 분할할 필요성이 있으며 이를 위하여 역할 모델링 방법이 제안되었다. 본 논문은 객체의 패턴들을 추상화하고 복잡한 대규모 시스템을 관계의 분리를 통하여 간단한 모델로 생성할 수 있도록 객체 중심이 아닌 역할을 중심으로 한 역할 모델링 방법을 연구하였다.
