Relationships between Youth's Power Type and Participants' Roles in School Bullying Situations (학교 내 청소년들의 권력관계 유형과 학교폭력 참여 역할 유형)

  • This study aimed to examine the relationship between students' power types and the roles taken by students in school bullying situation. Four types of power relationship were identified by crossing two dimensions of power relationships among students, which are 'possibility of power acquisition,' and 'need for power acquision.' Salmivalli et al.'s(1996) six particpatants' roles taken by individual student were employed as possible roles for students in school bullying situations. Samples of 1822 cases were analyzed to test the relationships. Results showed that control type youth tend to be bullies, assistants of the bullies, or reinforcers of the bullies; both the followers of bullies and the recluse type youth tend to be victims. Surprisingly influential youth did not take any vivid roles in school bullying situations. Implications as well as suggestions were presented.

The Effect of the Medium and Small Hospitals Nurses Role Conflict on Organization Effectiveness of Positive Psychological Capital (중소병원 간호사의 역할갈등이 긍정심리자본과 조직효과성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive research study to identify the role conflicts, positive psychological capital, organizational effectiveness, and factors affecting organizational effectiveness of nurses in small hospitals. The subjects of the study were nurses working in three small and medium-sized hospitals located in A city and 255 copies were used for final data analysis. The results showed that the roles of role conflict, isolation, role ambiguity, and resource shortage had a significant negative effect on organizational effectiveness. Role ambiguity and resource shortage of role conflict were significant (-) on positive psychological capital. Positive optimism, positive self efficacy, hope and optimism have a positive (+) effect on organizational effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a variety of programs to reduce role conflict and demonstrate positive psychological capital in order to improve the organizational effectiveness of nurses in small and medium-sized hospitals.

  • This study is a qualitative research to find out the experiences of the students who are helping students with disabilities in S University in Busan and the perceptions of their role as assistants. 12 student participants were divided into three groups, and group focus interviews were conducted. Four improvement points (systematizing selection, monitoring expenses, and strengthening education system) were derived for the support system for students with disabilities, and based on these four concepts, 10 categories were deduced. From the results, we suggested the improvement plan of the project to support college students with disabilities.

  • This study explored the influence of servant leadership of directors on role performance of teachers in nursery school with examination of how perceptions of an organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers intermediate the relationship between servant leadership and role performance of teachers. The data were collected from 501 teachers in nursery school working in Seoul and Gyung-gi-do and data analysis was done through structural equation modeling using AMOS 24.0. The study results show that the servant leadership of directors was positively related to the role performance of teachers, and organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers were found to mediate the relationship between servant leadership of directors and role performances of teachers. In addition, he servant leadership of directors influenced the role performance of teachers through organizational culture and teaching ethics.

  • This study aims to improve the quality of classes by analyzing the role and learning achievement of instructors in programming subjects for non-major students. In order to improve the quality of university education, universities provide various programs to strengthen the teaching capacity of instructors. Ultimately, in order to improve the quality of classes, instructors increase student participation in classes, respond sincerely to students' inquiries, and provide feedback that can assist students in various situations that occur during class and learning, thereby improving class satisfaction and achievement. should try to improve. In this paper, based on the teaching method, learning achievement, and teacher role satisfaction survey conducted in the liberal arts programming course of K University, we study the influence of the teacher's role on the quality improvement of the class.   • RBAC(Role-Based Access Control) has advantages in managing access controls, because it offers the role inheritance and separation of duty in role hierarchy structures. However, RBAC does not process delegation of permission effectively that occurs frequently in the real world. This paper proposes an Advanced Permission-Based Delegation Model(APBDM) that guarantees permanency of delegated permissions and does not violate security principle of least privilege and separation of duty. APBDM, based on the well-known RBAC96, supports both user-to-user and role-to-role delegation. A delegator can give permission to a specific person, that is delegatee, and the permission can be withdrawn whenever the delegator wants. Our model is analyzed and shown to be effective in the present paper.

  • 결혼한 여성의 우울과 관련된 주 요인의 하나는 그들의 다양한 역할이 정신적인 건강에 부정적인 영향을 심리적으로 미친다고 발표되어 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 한국 이민 주부에 대한 이러한 영역에서의 연구가 매우 부족한 실정이다. 중서부의 주요 도시인 시키고의 도심지에 위치한 11곳의 한국인 교회에서 편의 표출 방법으로 다음과 같은 기준에 맞는 대상자를 선택하였다. 나이는 25-55세 사이, 결혼하여 남편과 함께 살고 있으며, 매주 20시간 이상씩 일하고 있는 여성 등의 기준을 충족시키는 응답자의 수는 282명이었다 대상자들에게는 5가지의 설문 즉 인구통계학적, 우울에 대한 역학 연구, 성 역할 지향성의 지수, 역할 분담 및 대처 전략 등에 관한 질문이었다. 중다회귀분석 (Multiple Regression Analysis)에서 통계학적으로 유의한 관계를 보인 것은 다음과 같았다. 주부의 자녀가 적을수록 우울의 수준은 높았고, 가족의 수입이 많을수록 우울의 수준은 낮았으며, 주부가 일하는 것이 경제적 필요를 충족시키기 위함이라고 스스로 지각(주부들은 일하는 역할이 합법적으로 판단되어지기를 원했고 또 지각했는데 이와 대조하여 일의 역할을 비합법적으로 지각하는 것)할수록 우울의 수준은 더 높았다. 비록 일하는 것이 저녁 늦게 자고 아침 일찍 일어남을 의미할지라도 모든 가사를 완수하기 위하여 열심히 일한다고 하면 할수록 우울의 수준은 더 높았다. 주부가 일의 역할을 합법적으로 지각하면 할수록 남편과 다른 가족의 구성원들에게 도움을 요청하거나 도움을 받는 것을 원하지 않았으며, 일을 더 열심히 하기 위해 대처전략과 우선순위(주부가 일을 전혀 완수 할 수 없을지라도 가정의 어떤 일이 중요하고 어느 것이 두 번째로 중요한지를 결정하는)를 더 잘 설정하고 더 잘 수용하는 것 같았다. 식품 등을 쇼핑하는데에 많은 시간을 소모할수록 우울의 수준은 더 높았다. 이 자료는 스트레스와 대처이론을 지지하고 있다.

Effects of learners' perceived roles of a tutor on Problem-Based Learning satisfaction in Problem-Based Learning (문제중심학습에서 학습자가 평가한 튜터 역할이 문제중심학습 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The aim of this study was to discover the effects of learners' perceived roles of a tutor on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) satisfaction. To this end, 100 students who took lessons with PBL in the department of nursing science were recruited and asked to fill out a survey. The data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 Program. The results show that there is relevance between the role of 'Stimulating integration of knowledge' and 'PBL satisfaction' among the four kinds of roles of a tutor, and the role of 'Stimulating integration of knowledge' influences on PBL satisfaction.

  • 활성 산소종은 노화, 특히 피부노화의 원인 물질로 작용하고 있다. 피부는 자외선에 노출되어 있어 활성 산소종을 만드는 광화학적 반응들이 계속해서 일어나고 있다. 이들 활성 산소종들은 피부 세포 및 조직 손상을 주도한다. 이들은 항산화 효소와 비효소적 항산화제들로 구성된 항산화 방어망을 파괴함으로써 산화제/항산화제 균형을 산화 상태 쪽으로 기울게 한다. 결과적으로 계속된 산화적 스트레스는 지질 과산화, 단백질 산화, 간질 성분을 파괴시키는 단백질분해효소의 활성화, 탄력 섬유인 콜라겐과 엘라스틴의 사슬절단 및 비정상적인 교차결합, 히아루론산 사슬의 절단, 멜라닌 생성반웅 촉진, DNA 산화와 같은 생체 구성 성분들의 손상을 야기시킨다. 결국에는 탄력감수 주름살 및 기미.주근깨 둥으로 특징 지워지는 피부노화가 가속화된다. 따라서 피부노화 방지를 위해서는, 과잉의 활성 산소종 생성을 억제하고 또한 생성된 활성산소를 효율적으로 제거할 수 있는 시스템이 화장품의 처방에 반드시 포함될 필요가 있다. 즉, 산화제/항산화제 밸런스가 유지되는 피부의 항산화 방어 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 피부노화 방지에 있어서 천연물의 역할로 (1) 자외선 흡수제로서의 역할, (2) 항산화제로서의 역할, (3) 주름 개선제로서의 역할, (4) 미백제로서의 역할, (5) 항균\ulcorner항염작용 및면역 조절제로서의 역할에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 21세기는 본격적으로 기능성 화장품 시대가 개막될 것으로 예측하고 있다. 이에 맞춰 천연물들은 피부노화를 방지하는데 주도적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

  • In this study, various types and roles of records management and archives professionals are reviewed. Throughout the literature review, types and roles of the records management and archives professionals are analyzed. The results show that roles of professionals can be divided into the areas of records, users and management. In addition to focusing on records and archives, modern archival professionals must also be adept in such areas as knowledge management and digital asset management. Business and management skills for forging partership with related organizations are also needed.
