국내 대학은 연구 및 교육 기관으로서의 중요성과 함께 창업에 기여해야 할 사회적 책무를 지고 있다. 대학이 축적한 각종 지식 성과와 함께 연구와 개발 인프라를 활용하고 대학생 및 대학원생의 창의적 아이디어의 활용 가치를 높여 경제 활성화를 위한 새로운 성장 엔진을 개발해야 한다. 또한 창업연구와 창업지원 사업에 대한 사회적 요구에 맞추어 대학은 창업기능을 구조 혁신의 도구로 삼을 기회를 가지게 되었다는 점도 주목해야 한다. 본 연구는 한국 대학의 창업지원 기관의 역할 정립을 위한 학술적 지식을 되짚어 보고 창업을 중심으로 한 대학의 적극적인 창업지원단 구축 모델에 대한 논의를 담고 있다. 창업교육과 창업지원에 관한 기존의 연구와 2차 통계자료를 기반으로 창업지원 방향에 관한 시사점을 획득하고 대학 혁신을 위한 창업지원 모델인 WoW! Valley Model을 제안한다. 본 모형은 창업지원단의 역할 정립에 도움을 주고 대학 창업지원의 정책 수립의 기초를 제공할 것으로 본다. 국내외 경제 여건의 악화와 글로벌 경제 침체 속에서 창업의 사회적 중요성은 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 대학의 창업 활성화는 시대적 과제라 할 수 있다. 체계적인 창업 지원 정책을 대학이 주도하고 현실 학문적 성격을 강화하는 방향으로 체질을 개선하는 일이 시급하다. 본 연구는 대학의 창업지원단 활동의 새로운 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이미 국내의 많은 대학들이 창업지원을 위한 센터나 지원단을 운영하고 있으며 독자적인 체계를 갖추고 있다. 그러나 창업지원을 중심으로 대학의 기능을 재편하는 등의 혁신 체계로서의 창업지원단 운영 모델은 수립 및 시행된 경우가 드물다. 본 연구는 창업교육과 창업지원에 관한 기존의 연구 성과를 되짚어 보고 국내 대학의 창업지원을 위한 새로운 시각을 제시한다. 창업 지원단의 수립 및 운영 모형에 관한 논의가 절실한 시점에서 본 연구는 연구자와 대학 운영자 및 정책 입안자에게 의미 있는 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다. 한편, 본 연구는 개념적 디자인을 제시하는 수준이므로 디자인을 평가하여 새로운 지식을 얻는 등의 후속 과정을 거쳐 보완될 필요가 있다. 다중 사례 연구와 실행 연구(Action Research) 등의 실증 방법을 통해 본 연구의 후속 결과가 요구된다.

Purpose: The purpose of a role model is to find a master or expert who conduct their business effectively and work as a model that helps staff in charge to conduct their works effectively. This process is an effort to find out the deviation of work performance capability among staffs in charge and settle the work process to be optimized to practical business, the standardization of protocol. Materials and Methods: Seoul Asan medical center nuclear department developed 6~7 role modeling items and has applied it to work. I report two operation improvement cases we had applied a role model to Seoul ASAN medical center. Result: By comparison with none application of a role model, we could improve operation efficiency. Conclusion: The main purpose of role modeling is to make the employees who do the business in their charge effectively as a role model and contribute to work performance of employees who are lack of work performance although they performed their works hard. Our team is going to develop role model items continuously and to make a use of it to practical work then improve work performance. We regard it as a useful tool to performance improvement. The performance improvement by using a role model was very useful instrument.

본 연구는 국내 농촌지도인력 역량모델 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 역량의 정의, 역량모델 개발방법, 인적자원개발을 위한 역량모델 활용 현황에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 역량은 사용되는 상황이나 맥락에 따라서 다양하게 정의되고 있어 사전적인정의와 다양한 연구자들의 역량의 정의에 대한 이론, 특정한 조직이나 직업군에서 사용되고 있는 역량의 정의를 비교 분석하였으며, 결과적으로 역량은 개인의 역할 수행과 직무성과와 상관관계가 있으며 훈련과 개발을 통하여 개선되어질 수 있는 관련된 지식, 기술, 태도의 집합체로 정의하였다. 역량모델을 개발하는 방법도 다양한데, 초기단계에서는 탁월한 직원과 일반직원의 특정한 업무추진사례를 인터뷰와 관찰을 통하여 분석하여 이들 간에 차이를 가져오는 특성이나 행동을 추출하는 직무역량진단법이 주로 활용되었다. 이 방법에는 많은 비용과 시간이 소모되어 이를 간소화한 여러 가지 방법이 개발되었다. 또한 기존 직원 특성 분석보다 다양한 정보원과 미래에 대한 가정을 활용하여 바람직한 직무 결과와 역량, 역할을 추출하는 방법도 개발되었으며 직업이 빠르게 변화하는 시대적인 특성상 이런 방법의 활용이 확대되고 있다. 이런 다양한 방법 중 역량 모델을 활용할 직무나 조직의 특성에 맞는 방법을 선택하여 적용하여야 한다. 역량모델을 활용한 인적자원개발을 통하여 기업뿐만 아니라 정부조직에서도 효율적인 직원 역량 개발, 개인과 조직의 성과 향상 등의 효과가 나타나고 있으며, 앞으로 농촌지도조직에서도 지도인력 역량 개발과 지도사업의 효율성을 향상을 위하여 역량모델을 개발 활용할 필요성이 있다.

Privacy enforcement has been one of the most important problems in IT area. Privacy protection can be achieved by enforcing privacy policies within an organization's online and offline data processing systems. Traditional security models are more or less inappropriate for enforcing basic privacy requirements, such as purpose binding. This paper proposes a new approach in which a privacy control model is derived from integration of an existing security model. To this, we use an extended role-based access control model for existing security mechanism, in which this model provides context-based access control by combining RBAC and domain-type enforcement. For implementation of privacy control model we use GRBAC(Generalized Role-Based Access Control), which is expressive enough to deal with privacy preference. And small hospital model is considered for application of this model.

Graph expression of attack scenarios is a necessary method for analysis of vulnerability in server as well as the design for defence against attack. Although various requirement analysis model are used for this expression, they are restrictive to express combination of complex scenarios. Role Based Petri Net suggested in this paper offer an efficient expression model based role on Petri Net which has the advantage of concurrency and visuality and can create unknown scenarios.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of entrepreneurship education and individual environmental factor on university student's career decision self-efficacy. A total of 346 university students responded to the survey and the data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0. To test the hypotheses of this study, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. The results of this study showed that entrepreneurship education, role model, family entrepreneurial experience and career preparation behavior were positively related to career decision self-efficacy. While gender were not positively related to career decision self-efficacy. This study reconfirms the importance and change of recognition of university entrepreneurship education for enhancing decision-making self-efficacy as well as the importance of career preparation behavior, role model and family entrepreneurial experience that have a significant effect on career decision of university students.

The objectives of access control are to protect computing and communication resources from illegal use, alteration, disclosure and destruction by unauthorized users. Although Biba security model is well suited for protecting the integrity of information, it is considered too restrictive to be an access control model for commercial environments. And, Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) model, a flexible and policy-neutral security model that is being widely accepted in commercial areas, has a possibility for compromising integrity of information. In this paper, We present the role graph model which enhanced flexibility and integrity to management of many access permission. Also, In order to represent those rule and constraints clearly, formal descriptions of role assignment rule and constraints in Z language are also given.

Delegation is a powerful mechanism that allocates access rights to users to provide flexible and dynamic access control decisions. It is also particularly useful in a distributed environment. Among the representative delegation models, the RBDM0 and RDM2000 models are role delegation as the user to user delegation. However, In RBAC, the concept of inheritance of the role class is not well harmonized with the management rules of the actual corporate organization. In this paper, we propose an Adding Attributes on Permission-Based Delegation Model (ABDM) that guarantees the permanence of delegated permissions. It does not violate the separation of duty and security principle of least privilege. ABDM based on RBAC model, supports both the role to role and user to user delegation with an attribute. whenever the delegator wants the permission can be withdrawn, and A delegator can give permission to a delegatee.

Delegation is one of important security policies in the access control area. We propose a management model of delegation integrated with ARBAC model for environment of distributed access control. We Integrate PBDM delegation model with ARBAC97 model, and suggest integrity rules of delegation for preventing security threats in new model. Our model supports both free delegation for users without intervention of administrators, and controlling delegation for security administrators.

There have been many discussions of models in mathematics education. Although there has been some agreement regarding the importance of clarifying perspectives on the concept and didactic significance of models, there is still no clear consensus on these issues. This study examines articles focused on models in mathematics education in order to clarify theoretical perspectives on models in the research community. The results of this study show that there are three perspectives on models in mathematics education and that these perspectives are closely related to researchers' ontological stances on mathematical knowledge and interpretations of the epistemological role of the model.
