Study on Guidelines for Selecting Traditional Games in Relation to Multiple Intelligence Development (다중지능발달을 위한 민속놀이 선정기준 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to draw guidelines on how to select traditional games that would efficiently help and develop multiple intelligences in children. Guidelines standard of section inquiries were prepared through a Delphi survey targeting twenty experts in early childhood education and traditional games. As a result, linguistic intelligence questions regarding writing, listening, speaking and vocabulary acquisition were selected. logical-mathematical intelligence questions regarding strategy, counting, patterns, hypothesis, verification, and comparing, contrasting, calculating ability were selected. Spatial intelligence questions regarding drawing, coloring, representation activities, operating and creating were selected, physical performance intelligence questions regarding global muscles, eye-hand coordination, flexibility, accommodation force, balance, agility and muscular strength were selected. Musical intelligence included questions about singing, and playing musical instruments. Interpersonal intelligence included perspective-taking, role-sharing, cooperation and discussion. For intrapersonal intelligence questions regarding personal significance-ties, planning-decision making, emotional expression and problem solving were selected. Finally, in relation to naturalist intelligence, questions regarding living organisms, inanimate objects and seasons were selected. In addition, traditional games were analyzed based on the finalized guidelines, and the results showed that each of the traditional games would not only work with one intelligence at a time but with other different intelligence as well. In the light of that, the study confirmed the validity of the guidelines on how to select traditional games that would develop multiple intelligences in children.

The Effect of a Preparation Method using Hospital Play on Anxiety and Role Behaviors of Children Undergoing Tonsillectomy (병원놀이 교육이 편도선 적출술 아동의 수술 전 불안과 수술 후 환아 역할행위에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a preparation method using hospital play on anxiety and role behaviors of children undergoing tonsillectomy. Method: Twenty-eight children aged 5 to 7 years who were admitted for tonsillectomy were assigned to either an experimental group or a control group purposefully. The preparation method included provision of information using hospital play. The data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney test and Chi-square test. Result: There was no Significant difference in anxiety before surgery between the experimental and control groups. Also, there was no Significant difference in role behaviors on the 1st and the 2nd day of surgery. Conclusion: Even though there was no statistical significance, the result showed that the preparation method had some positive effect on children and parents. It is needed to develop systematic preparation methods for children undergoing surgery to enhance their coping.

Development and Effects of a Hand-washing Program using Role-playing for Preschool Children (학령전기 아동의 역할 놀이를 이용한 손 씻기 프로그램 개발 및 효과)

  • Purpose: A hand-washing program using role-playing was developed for preschool children and tested to verify its usefulness. Methods: The participants were 46 preschool children (experimental group, 23; control group, 23). Data were collected from August 7, 2017 to September 20, 2017. The first posttest was carried out on the day after the initial intervention was completed, and the second posttest was performed after a month. Data were analyzed using the $x^2$ test, Fisher exact test, Shapiro-Wilk test, Mann-Whitney test, and Friedman test. Results: In the experimental group, the frequency of practicing hand-washing was significantly higher than in the control group on the next day (z=-4.94, p<.001) and after a month (z=-3.15, p=.002). The accuracy of hand-washing was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group on the next day (z=-4.02, p<.001) and after a month (z=-3.86, p<.001). Conclusion: The hand-washing program developed in this study was found to be an effective intervention strategy for improving the frequency and accuracy of hand-washing among preschool children.

Study on Self-Reflexivity of Changgeuk Seopyenje (창극 <서편제>의 자기반영성 연구)

  • This study examines self-reflexive scenes of Changgeuk [창극; Korean classical opera] Seopyenje [서편제]. This show deals with Pansori [판소리; a kind of Korean folk play] and its singers. The uniqueness of this show is that although it is a new creative work of Changgeuk, the traditional Pansori music is used intactly. These characteristics are related to some self-reflexive scenes in the show: the narcissistic reference of Pansori makes to seem that this show inherits a artistry of Pansori; a play within a play and a role-play reinforce a reality on the action and characters of outer play; an intertextuality, bringing the narrative and music of Pansori Simcheong-ga [심청가] in this show, it makes audiences spontaneously discover a connection between the cited original text and the hypertext. Namely, the self-reflexivity of Changgeuk Seopyenje doesn't destroy an illusion, but rather it presents a kind of conservative self-reflexivity which uncovers a part of tricks for the illusion in order to create new illusion.

개인 커뮤니티 사용자의 만족과 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구는 개인 커뮤니티의 성장 및 지속적인 발전을 위하여 국내 개인 커뮤니티의 대표적인 형태라 할 수 있는 싸이월드 미니홈피 사용자들을 대상으로 지각된 놀이성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 유용성, 지각된 위험 등 개인 커뮤니티의 네가지 지각된 특성요인들이 사용자의 만족에 미치는 영향과 사용자의 만족 정도가 지속적 사용의도 형성에 미치는 상호 영향관계를 파악해 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 검토를 거쳐 구조화된 연구모형을 수립하였고, 미니홈피 사용자 407명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미니홈피의 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 놀이성과 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 미니홈피의 지각된 특성 중 지각된 놀이성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 위험 등의 세가지 요인이 사용자의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 미니홈피 사용자의 만족은 지속적 사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편 사용자의 만족 수준은 미니홈피의 지각된 특성과 지속적 사용의도 간의 관계에 있어 매개역할을 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 토대로 개인 커뮤니티 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키고, 장기적으로 충성스런 회원을 유지할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

Various Life Conditions of Actors of Joseon Periods in Unofficial Historical Stories (야담 문학에 나타난 조선 배우의 삶)

  • The aim of this study is to examine various life conditions of actors of Joseon periods in unofficial historical stories. Yadam Literature(Korean unofficial historical stories) had been collected Sadaebu(the past Korean nobility and Confucian intelligentsia) among the people that stories had been handed down orally. and they had been wrote them. So Yadam Literature was heterozygous between the folk culture and the ruling class. And it was mixed and adapted legends and folktales, adding literary imagination. had a decisive role to cultivating novel that owed much to prosaic inspiration during A. D. 18~19. Besides, set a high value on excellent novel itself. Yadam Literature had a verisimilitude because it described a contemporary reality as it was founded on freely prosaic inspiration. In those days, so called Suchok and Seunggwangdae had performed Uhee(a comic theatrical performance) in Joseon periods. Suchok was the lowest class of people and Seunggwangdae was performing Buddhist monk in that time. Uhee had performed three kinds of comedies. One satirized and insinuated kings. Other satirized corrupt officials, too. Another had mimic everything. It is famous at that time as a king knew repertoire. Confucian scholars very were fond of Uhee in those ages. Because they favored a criticism of Uhee's satire. They thought that it gave people good lesson or instruction. Heri Bergson said that comic and Humor included lesson. At that time, those thought were universal in the world whether east or west. At any rate, I classify six kinds of types Uhee in Yadam Literature. First, satirizing and accusing corrupt officials. Second, an actor who use a satire in order to appeal secure a government position of his lord to a king. Third, shamans and actors who use a satire in order to appeal sufferings themselves to a king. Forth, actors and performing Buddhist monks that skillfully mimic anything. Fifth, describing actor's extremely miserable life. Sixth, wit and humor of actors. The contents of Uhee were various. Korean traditional actors adeptly dealt with aspects comic of wit, satire, humor, etc. Sometimes they used changeable transition them. By doing that, a great number of people enjoyed fully the sense of freedom. Korean traditional actors were the lowest class of people. They had lived extremely miserable life. But they had been exist as actions, interactions, and relationship in society those days. they were not only open to people, but also might foster community to peoples.

  • This study attempted to explore the operational experience of teachers in the extended class and the difficulties of teachers in the extended class for the implementation of play-oriented education in the extended class. The results of the interview analysis are as follows. First, I had a perception that the extended class teacher was an assistant teacher rather than a regular teacher. Second, since there is no separate classroom for extended classes, it helps teachers in charge of their absence rather than recognizing it as a sense of belonging and regular responsibility and cares for children without getting hurt. Third, teachers in the extended class put children's safety first with the care of mixed classes and the inconsistent return time of infants and toddlers. Fourth, most teachers were aware of the play-based curriculum and did not receive training, and most teachers said that it was impossible to implement the play-based curriculum in extended childcare. As a result, teachers in charge of the extended class need a guidebook for the extended class and an education and guidebook on the activity connection of the extended childcare class on what is the role of the teacher in charge of the extended class.

The Roles of Maternal Responsiveness in the Relationship between Infants' Communicative Gestures and Play (13~18개월 영아의 의사소통적 몸짓과 놀이의 관계에서 어머니 반응성의 역할)

  • The purpose of this study was to firstly, investigate the relationship between infants' communicative gestures, play and maternal responsiveness and secondly, to examine the role of maternal responsiveness in the associations between infants' communicative gestures and play. The subjects comprised 42 infants (21 boys and 21 girls) and their mothers. The infants' communicative gestures, the infants' play and maternal responsiveness were observed during free play sessions lasting 20 minutes. The results are as follows. Mothers of girls showed higher levels of responsiveness than the mothers of boys. In addition, here were positive correlations between infants' communicative gestures, play and maternal responsiveness. Maternal responsiveness was observed to moderate the effects of infants' communicative gestures on the infants' average level of play. These results indicate that it is important for caregivers to interpret infants' communicative intentions appropriately and respond promptly and adequately in play situations.

  • 계속되는 조명의 발달에 의하여 과거의 난방, 취사, 보호, 빛 등의 원시적인 기능을 수행하던 빛은 오늘날 다양한 기능과 사회적 역할을 담당하게 되었으며, 도시의 축제적 요소로서 사람들에게 유희적 기능을 제공하게 되었다. 이러한 축제요소로서의 빛은 종교적 행사로서 의미를 가지고 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역의 이미지 향상 및 홍보효과, 지역주민에게 주는 지역에 대한 자긍심효과, 관광사업 활성화에 따른 경제적 파급효과 둥의 다양한 효과를 가져오고 있다. 유럽의 경우 모닥불이 18세기에 이르러 일루미네이션과 불꽃놀이 등으로 계승되었으며, 우리나라의 경우 신라시대부터 시작된 종교적 행사인 연등제와 정원대보름을 기원으로 한 들불축제가 과거부터 오늘날까지 이어져 내려오고 있다. 유럽에서 시작된 폭죽, 조명을 이용한 빛축제 또한 우리나라의 각 지자체를 중심으로 불꽃놀이와 루미나리에라는 이름으로 개최되고 있다. 또한, 사천시의 창선삼천포대교는 다리의 경관조명을 설치함으로써 지역을 홍보하기 위한 조명축제로 자리매김하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 우리나라의 다양한 빛축제의 사례를 분석하여 앞으로 빛축제를 활성화하기 위한 기초 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

  • 정보통신기술의 발전과 활용의 증가는 교육현장에서도 구성원간 신속하고 편리한 의사소통수단임과 동시에 효과적인 교수학습매체로써 그 역할이 증대되고 있다. 각 초등학교에서도 전 학년에 걸쳐 주당 1시간씩 재량활동으로 ICT활용교육이 이루어지고 있는데 반해 각종 역기능도 심각하게 노출되고 있다. 학교마다 정보통신윤리 교육강화를 내세우고 있으나 대개 전교단위로 일시적이고 설명위주의 교수활동으로 끝나는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는, 역할놀이 교수 학습모형을 기반으로 ICT활동과 연계하여 초등학생들이 개인정보 관리의 필요성과 중요성을 인식하고, 실천의지를 다질 수 있도록 효과적으로 수업을 전개할 수 있는 학습지도안을 모델링해 본다.
