상호의존적 국제사회에서 해양은 부의 원천이자 이동수단으로서 중요성을 더해가나, 동북아 해양은 과거 역사유산의 잔재하에 해양갈등요소가 산재하여 국익과 해양안보의 실질적 위협이 되고 있다. 따라서 본 고는 동북아내 해양갈등사례(도서영유권 중심)를 살펴보고 갈등을 부추기는 요인들은 무엇이 있는지 복잡계 이론을 적용 고찰하여 이에 대한 함의와 대응방향을 제시한다.

중국은 한민족을 주체 민족으로 하여, 55개 소수민족의 다민족 국가로 구성되어 있다. 소수민족들은 중국 역사에서 정책성 원인으로 산촌·도서·삼림·초원 등의 광활한 지역에 분포되어, 장기간의 폐쇄된 자연경제 상태로, 외래문명의 영향이 미칠 수 없어 민족 발전에는 불리하였으나, 민족복식을 원형에 가깝게 보존해 올 수 있었던 요인이 되기도 하였다. 티벳족의 복식과 그 복식이 불교와 관련해서 받은 영향과 다양한 지역에 분포하게된 경유를 살펴보기로 한다.

이 연구는 전거통제를 위한 상호협력시스템으로서 발전을 거듭하고 있는 미국의 NACO의 역사와 발전과정, PCC와의 관계 등에 대해 고찰하고, 한국의 도서관에서의 활용방안에 대해 구체적으로 분석하였다. 광범위한 전거데이터의 활용이라는 면에서 NACO는 유용한 대안이 될 수 있으나, 표목 및 접근점의 선정과 형식에 관한 표준의 문제, 로마자화의 문제, 수록데이터의 유용성, 비용, 정책상의 문제 등도 충분히 고려해야 함을 지적하였다. 아울러 국내의 경우에도 이와 같은 전거통제를 위한 상호협력시스템이 필요하다는 점에서, NACO는 하나의 좋은 모델이 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 조선후기문헌의 대부분을 점유하고 있는 당쟁관계문헌의 1차적인 평가기준을 제시하여 한국학 분야의 주제전문사서에게 조선후기자료에 대한 평가와 이용지도에 도움이 될 수 있게 함이 목적이다. 역사적 사건별로 동일사건에 대해, 연구대상으로 선정한 문헌의 서술태도와 관점을 분석한 결과, 각 문헌이 저자의 소속당파에 따라 편파적으로 기술됐음을 확인하였다. 그러므로 조선후기의 당쟁관계문헌은 도서의 일반적인 평가기준에 선행해 저자의 당파적성향고찰을 1차적인 평가기준으로 삼아야 한다.

This study is to review the history and general condition of Taiwanese public libraries. The first Taiwanese public library was established in 1901 by Japanese resident and the Japanese government. After Independence and moving the seat of government to Taiwan, public libraries was depressed. But since 1979 public libraries have been increased quantitatively because of the construction of culture center and qualitatively because of growth of publications in 1987. Then Taiwan public libraries was developed very rapidly. There are several advantage, including government library's leadership, professional chief librarian, tradition of field research by librarian, inter-library cooperation system, green library building, and so on.

In this paper, the plan to invigorate regional marine tourism is discussed. The southwest area of Jeonnam province is famous for its beautiful islands and seashore line which has richness and variety of marine life. A solution of tourists increment by leisure sports utilizing islands and coastline will be proposed MTB tournament held at islands that has historic backgrounds and scenic beauty and its effect on influx of tourist were tracked first. Next application of mud flats boot around seaside and connection with experience program of seaside village were also examined. These activities will contribute to development of marine tourism and increase of income for regional people.

This study mainly examined the unit space (room) called 'MARI' of the private houses that were built between the 19c and the early 20c in the insular areas of southwestern sea. Generally, this region has unique historicity (restructure of the insular environment in the 17c and the 18c) and geographic environment that are different from inland regions thus the environment is presumed as a related factor to developments and structures of the private houses. 'MARI' is a noticeable space that is installed in a main building without an exception even in small 3 bedroom private houses. Its nature has location and usage distinctions in an architectural plan with similar 'MARU' of inland Jeollanam-Do. There are large crocks filled with grains at MARI. Thus, MARI is a storage room. Mostly rice and various other kinds of grains are stored in the several crocks, large and small. Many household goods are kept here as well. Another peculiar function of MARI is that this space commonly enshrines ancestral tablets of three generations. Hence, MARI takes a role of a shrine of an aristocratic house from an inland region. Considering the size of the house and space, this seems to be a very unprecedented utilization of area. MARI is located at the top (at the head of the house) on the floor plan. In other words, it is located at the space in the highest rank. The importance of ancestor worship and grains is evinced architecturally. It is really interesting fact that MARI is also located within recently built modern houses (Cheongsan Island, Joyak Island, etc.). Therefore, it can be said that the unique MARI tradition of this region has an intact continuity even today. After all, MARI has a great significance as a unique unit space of insular areas of southwestern sea that is installed in the main buildings of all houses regardless of size and shape of the houses, and their insular locations.

This study focuses on the analyzing historical and cultural resources formed during the Goryeo, Chosun, and Anti-Japanese Movement periods after the Silla period with the aim of finding ways to utilize its cultural contents. The viewpoint of analysis was made from the perspective of exchange, naturalization, and faith, and the following conclusions were obtained from the analysis. First of all, from the exchange perspective, the activities of Choi Chi-won, Seogyu, and Song Young-gu contributed to the formation of regional historical and cultural contents, such as leaving a lot of ruins or geographic stories in the area and a heritage of good human exchange. From the point of view of naturalization, Du Kyung-ryeong, Cheon Man-ri, and Jeong Yul-seong contributed to the history and culture of the story and the formation of heritage by doing such as contributing activities to the war, anti-Japanese movement for the nation, and the formation of the nation. The most representative from a religious point of view is the Guan Yu faith, which has become a faith believed by the authorities and civilian as a brave longevity and a symbol of the victory of war. The related symbols, paintings, etc. also are objects of worship and have become valuable local Chinese cultural resources as artistic values. Therefore, from a cultural point of view, there is a need to further develop and utilize these China-related historical and cultural resources as good cultural contents by elaborating their stories and local festivals, book culture branding, international music festivals, and exploring various cultures such as Chinese tour courses.

The core version of UDC(Universal Decimal Classification) is available in an electronic form called MRF(Master Reference File) which supports the maintenance of the quality of the scheme as a working tool for the UDCC(UDC Consortium) by annual reviewing its content and initiating revisions and extensions. In this paper, we discuss outcomes of our in-depth analysis of the geography, biography and history disciplines in UDC focused on the its evolutions and characteristics, including the common auxiliaries of place, the common auxiliaries of time and the common auxiliaries of race, ethnic grouping and nationality. Based on the in-depth analysis, we suggested some ideas which can be applied into the history class of KDC(Korean Decimal Classification). In particular, its principle of combination methods in the history of individual regions, the way of its assignment of physical geography and human geography in the same division, the possibilities of the extension of the table of geographical division and the adaptation of the table of chronological division in KDC.

With the rapid and broad changes of information ecology, the environment within which cataloging principles and standards operate has changed dramatically. As a result, IFLA study groups developed Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records(FRBR) model which is a conceptual model for bibliographic universe. This study intends to make a comprehensive inquiry about historical meanings and functional features of FRBR model. To the end, a comprehensive literature survey and analysis was conducted to introduce how hot and serious the discussion on this model in library cataloging. In conclusion, this study made several suggestions on the role of academic and library world (or applications of this model in Korea Library circumstance.
