공정위는 지난해 12월 7일 마이크로소프트(MS)사의 독점규제및공정거래에 관한 법률(이하 "공정거래법"이라 함) 위반행위에 대하여 시정명령을 하고 과징금 325억원을 부과했다. MS사가 부당한 끼워팔기를 통해 경쟁사업자를 시장에서 배제하고, 소비자의 이익을 현저히 저해하였다는 것이 그 이유다. MS 사건은 공정위 역사상 가장 긴 조사와 심의를 거쳤음은 물론 고도의 법적, 경제학적, 기술적 쟁점들에 대한 치열한 공방과 심도있는 분석이 이루어진 그 의미가 매우 큰 사건이다. 본 고에서는 이러한 MS 사건의 조사단계부터 최종 의결이 있기까지 진행된 심사경위를 간략히 정리해본다.

The third national curriculum had the characteristics to establish guidelines in history textbooks with the basic direction to implement the charter of national Education. At that time, the object of the history education was 'the harmony with the development of the individuals and national development' which was the same that the authorized government aimed at. But the characters and the purpose were repeated without any criticism. Since the third national curriculum was presented in Korean education, the aims of education proposed the 'Korean style democracy'. Essential aims of education are more important than any political issues because academic research is not reflected on nationalism. This trend which is flowing in the education of Korea was strengthened through the education authorities in the statements of 'Deployment of the Governing' or 'guidelines': Especially, the idea and the history education. Despite the curriculum has been amended several times, these problems are not to be gotten rid of. The recently revised curriculum guidelines for history textbook description should improve and find the way to develope the history thinking of students.

This study was designed for a theoretical and methodological discussion on a methodological medium, orality to historicize the 'Civilian Massacre', of countless counter-memories which are inherent in Korean society. In other words, prior to collection of oral sources, it is to produce reliable oral history through a discussion on oral history research methodology and qualitative research methodology of oral history, after theorizing occurrence process of dominant-memory and counter-memory, orality's meanings as a counter-memory and the necessity for historicization of neglected memories, focusing on a 'memory' which is a fundamental background of an 'oral' act. Based on this basic process, oral recording process was performed in Changsoo-myeon, Yeongdeok-gun, Kyung-book Province where was selected as a research target for the civilian massacre that is a case to figure out what kind of high-quality record is produced, with a precise understanding of a particular methodology, oral history.

Works engraving enlightenment and ethnic identity by giving meaning and lesson to past events and great people against the past can be one of the good ideal art film contents. The animation reproduces the existing cultural archetypes, situation and history, when the 'Book of Kells' was produced, and the myths of the Kelts tribes. This thesis analyzes the history the kelts, traditional patterns and formative symbolism shown in , and studies the cultural preservation method unique to animation contents. In conclusion, the movie not only suggests a methodology that animation content is an effective way to preserve the culture and history of the native people, but also pursues the eternal, enlightening and teaching people for history.

The SNS post records were not studied by some or essential characteristics of personal records. Until now, Studies on SNS post records have focused on research on technical characteristics, and studies on identity and online space have been rare. This study argued that SNS postings are records that reflect online identity and that SNS postings are meaningful in recreating events related to online and online. This study also suggested the composition of self-history from an epic self-image of events experienced by individuals from their own historical point of view, and argued that SNS post records perform an important role in the process. To this end, the media characteristics of SNS and the way individuals are used were analyzed together.

What made stand out among these police procedurals was its focus on the importance of history to understand both the past and contemporary society and culture. Many of the cases involve aspects of history that are not part of mainstream narratives and constitute the unfinished business of America. The flashback sequences throughout the show visually and affectively transport the viewer back to an earlier historical moment. What all the victims have in common is that they refused to be silent or passive in the face of circumstances they believed were wrong, or they refused to conform to dehumanising and destructive social and cultural expectation. Those promoting these lies have the power to establish their version as the power to establish their version as the "truth" of what happened in context, but viewers are positioned to see the truth as the victims experienced it and to identify with them and against the power abusers. The Cold Case detectives pursue the ghosts of American history, restoring to our view stories of lives and experiences rendered invisible and unspeakable by dominant forms of knowledge and power. The series invites viewrs to empathize with the victim and to develop an ethical commitment to social justice in the future.

This research sought to examine the strategies of cultural heritage proving the negative history to be registered as world heritage, among the World Heritages registered in UNESCO. Therefore, to comprehend "negative history"and the heritages with "instructive value," the new term of "Remembrance Heritage"was suggested, and such cases of world heritage were analyzed. Especially by analyzing the criteria of being registered by focusing on the cases of similar World Heritages with similar historical background or form as Korean DMZ, the criteria of OUV that may be applied when Korean DMZ is promoted to be registered as World Heritage. The research results may be summarized as the following. First of all, Remembrance Heritage is a place in which events of universal significance have occurred, rather than the historical, artistic, landscape, and scholastic value of the heritage itself, and was evaluated as architecture, landscape, or place in which the events or historical steps could be verified through architectural, landscape, archaeological or technical means. Secondly, Remembrance Heritage was often applied to be registered with the criterion (vi), and criterion (iii) or criterion (iv). Thirdly, in case of the Korean DMZ, application of criterion (iv) as heritage proving the age of cold war and criterion (vi) as symbolic value of peace may be possible.

본 연구는 청소년들에게 역사에 대한 흥미를 높이고 게임을 통해 이해할 수 있도록 제안한다. 서대문형무소의 내부와 고문 기구를 3D 모델링으로 사실적으로 묘사한다. 문헌과 역사 사료를 바탕으로 일제강점기에 있었던 역사적 사건들을 게임 내부에 설계하고, VR 을 통해 사용자의 플레이에 몰입감을 준다. 이를 통해 사용자가 역사를 자연스럽게 접할 수 있도록 하는 VR 게임 콘텐츠 개발을 목표로 한다.
