본 연구의 목적은 인문학적 소양(liberal arts knowledge)과 연계한 무용교육의 전문적인 교수지식과 실행방법, 교육의 실천적 의미를 담는 무용교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. PBL(Problem-Based Learning)을 적용한 역사콘텐츠와 문화재를 활용한 주제 중심의 무용교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 그 결과 역사의 맥락을 접목한 12차시의 무용프로그램 개발, 내러티브 사고와 표현을 이끄는 교수 방법, 다양한 구성요소를 포함한 교육실행 모델을 제시할 수 있었다.

민간에 의한 경찰활동의 역사는 뿌리가 깊다. 자신과 가족의 보호로부터 시작된 경찰활동은 시간이 지남에 따라 그 영역을 넓히면서 더욱 구체화 되었다. 경찰활동은 공공에 의한 경우와 개인적 차원의 활동으로 구분할 수 있다. 경찰활동을 police activity, police operation, policing이라고 하는데 공공 또는 정부 차원에서 이루어지는 경찰활동은 public police activity, 개인적 차원 혹은 민간 차원의 경찰활동을 private police activity라고도 한다. 인류 역사 이래 스스로를 지키기 위한 경찰활동이 있었으며 국가체제에서도 경찰국가로 불리던 시기가 있었다. 시간이 지남에 따라 경찰활동 영역에도 많은 변화가 있었는데 공경찰활동은 국가 또는 중앙정부, 혹은 지방정부의 변화와 맥락을 같이한다. 민간경찰활동 역시 경찰활동을 요구하는 개인 또는 기업 등의 변화에 따라 많은 변화가 있었다. 민간에 의한 경찰활동은 정부의 공경찰활동이 미치지 못하는 영역에서 요구되었으며 이는 자연스럽게 민간경찰활동의 성장으로 귀결되었다. 단순하게 개인과 재산, 시설 등을 경비하던 수준에서 벗어나 이제는 연관되지 않은 영역이 없을 정도의 발전을 하였으며 과학적이고 기술적으로 진보되고 발전되었다. 앞으로는 첨단 시설과 장비는 물론이고 각종 데이터베이스를 기반으로 하는 인공지능의 활용이 더욱 활발할 것으로 기대된다.

This paper analyzed the integration cases of the social insurance systems of Germany, Sweden and United Kingdom. On the basis of the two dimensions - institutional and organizational integration, this study reviewed the historical processes of the social insurance integration of the three countries. In Germany, the institutions and the organizations are divided still now and the sickness insurance funds take charge of the entitlement and collection services. In Sweden, the social insurance system is divided by institutions but the organizations were united. the Inland Revenue has charge of the entitlement and collection. In UK, the institutions and the organizations were united and the entitlement and collection services is assigned to the Inland Revenue. Regarding these historical processes of the social insurance integration of developed countries, this paper evaluated the transfer of the collection service to the National Health Insurance Corporation in Korea, which was enforced in 2011.

This study aims to analyze the system of official documents enacted during the modern reform period and the official documents produced in the provincial government office, scrutinizing the reality of management of the official documents that were conducted in the provincial government office at that time and organizing the characteristics. For this, I progressed this study targeting Changwon superintendent office that functioned as the modern government office among the provincial government office that existed during the modern reform period, and whose official documents produced in the government office remained relatively intact. At first, I summarized the history of Changwon area where Changwon superintendent office was installed. I investigated the geographical characteristics and the historical background in which Masanpo port of Changwon was opened in the past history and the superintendent office was installed. Following this, I categorized the function of Changwon superintendent office from the legal perspective, and reviewed the major contents of the official documents produced in the business activity and the historical context. Finally, I compared and analyzed the system of the official documents enacted at that time and their formats, organizing the official documents produced in the provincial government office during the modern reform period and the characteristics of the system of the official documents about the provincial government office.

In education, the educere aspect makes itself felt - moving from an original situation to something higher, something better. Moreover, the formative character of educare can be recognised in the German concept Bildung, which focuses on human beings in their wholeness, on their attitude within society and their worldview. What shape has been given in the Netherlands to these different aspects of education over the centuries? Without creating the impression that a linear development in thinking about - and acting in - education has taken place throughout history, and without the ambition to be comprehensive, we look at what took place between adults and children in previous centuries in the Netherlands. Will our investigation yield historical constants or differences? We let ourselves be surprised.

This paper considers some possibilities of community archives by exploring the concepts ans meanings of archival description. The author deals with two interesting cases -Herstory Writers Workshop Collection of Stony Brook University in New York and Poolmoo Collection of Poomoo Agricultural School in Korea. The author argues that archivists should know the specifications of Community Archives related to National Archives when they organizing and preserving records and archives of community archives.

This paper investigates the layers of conflicts and the methods of presenting conflicts in Gyechugilgi written by court ladies in the middle of the Choseon Dynasty. The authors deal with court ladies' conflicts and trials with great seriousness. This means that they did not regard these struggles as problems derived from conflicts between King Kwanghae and Queen dowager Inmok. Gyechugilgi represents conflicts by quoting conversations, showing characters meditating conflicts, and describing episodes. Consequently the authors recognized the conflicts in this text as human problems that result from personal desires rather than political problems, and the literary characteristics of this text can be found in this point. This study ascertains the characteristics of Gyechugilgi from various viewpoints.

Philosophical counseling, established by Achenbach in 1981, began as "philosophical practice" and emerged only recently as a new field of philosophy in its own right. It attempts, by recasting the philosopher as a counselor, to bring philosophy back from academia and recover the ancient notion of "doing philosophy," in a real-life context. Furthermore, it allows clients who are at a critical moment in their life a chance to revive their authentic selves and empowers them to pursue their own path. By engaging with philosophical counseling, clients are more likely to realize their hopes for their lives by examining their lives thoroughly and facing them anew. This paper first attempts to investigate philosophical counseling services for Korean women and to outline a new model of counseling based on the combination of two models of counseling, philosophical counseling and feminist counseling. In the second chapter, it seeks to introduce the history and characteristics of philosophical counseling and in the third chapter, the history and characteristics of feminist counseling are investigated, focusing on a counseling-activity entitled "Telephone for Women." Finally, in the fourth chapter, a comparative study is made by identifying the common aspects of each counseling type, in order to promote the shared outlooks of both counseling models. Although these two models of counseling emerged from different historical, social, and cultural contexts, they were founded according to four common beliefs, which are as follows: first, a focus on the importance of "practice," second, the establishment of an equal relationship between the counselor and the client, third, the importance of counselors listening attentively to the client and opening themselves up, fourth, the encouragement of clients becoming truly themselves and self-educated. Therefore, the writer believes that these two models of counseling are both aiming at the realization of an authentic "human life." It is hoped that philosophical counseling will give Korean women an opportunity to maintain a dialogue that will improve their "well-being" in the future.

There are numerous possible approaches to an investigation of the evolution of modern design. the intent of this study is to inquire into the history of 20th-century design as modern project. The French Revolution and the Industrial revolution at the end of 18th century brought about a wide spectrum of social and economic changes in Europe. The bourgeoisie took the leading part in these reforms and they attempted to establish the new aesthetic value of items of everyday use. The turning point in history led to the advent of modern design. This study attempts to provide a conceptual overview of significant stags in modern design's development this paper, it is hoped, will provide an opportunity to place modern design in a social and aesthetic context.

What are the meanings of abduction as a methodology of Cultural Studies? By contextualizing Charles Sanders Peirce's logic of abduction in the discipline of Cultural Studies, I explore the epistemological discussion on the modern scientific research methodology of social sciences. Abduction is a kind of logical inference, which is often associated with guessing or intuition. Peirce's method of abduction and Cultural Studies' contextual formation in effect address an alternative methodology to positivism. Criticizing the modern Eurocentric structure of knowledge construction, I suggest that the virtue of abduction, as a logic of discovery, should be re-discovered in the context of Cultural Studies. Abduction holds important lessons for Cultural Studies as well as social sciences in general because of its focus on intuition, empathy, and intellectual collaboration. Through its elaboration of the logic of abduction, Cultural Studies is able to maintain not only its epistemological ground but also its methodological communicability.
