미래의 연별 최대 강수량 예측의 정확성을 향상시키는데 역사적 자료가 도움이 된다는 많은 연구 결과가 있었다. 관측의 오차와 자료의 손실로 역사자료를 이용한 강수 예측 방법은 절단자료의 분석을 중심으로 연구되었다. 대표적인 역사자료의 이용방법으로 조건부 적률을 이용한 B17B [Interagency Committee in Water Data, 1982], 조건부적률과적률 관계식을 이용한 Expected Moment Algorithm(EMA) [Cohn et al.;1997], 조건부 확률가중적률을 이용한 Partial Probability Weighted Moment (PPWM)[Wang ; 1991] 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 역사적 자료를 반영하는 방법에 있어 B17B와 EMA의 관계를 밝히고 그러한 관계가 PPWM에 동일하게 적용할 수 있음을 보였다. 우리는 B17B와 EMA의 관계를 적률방정식으로 표현하였고 PPWM에서 확률가중 적률 방정식을 정의함으로써 PPWM을 확장하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 새로운 역사 자료를 이용한 강수예측 방법론을 Expected Probability Weighted Momemt (EPWM) 방법이라고 부르고 그 예측 방법의 성능을 다른 예측방법과 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 비교하였다. 역사 자료 방법론의 비교는 Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) 분포를 이용하여 이루어졌으며, 각 방법론은 GEV분포의 형태모수(shape parameter)따라 다른 특성을 나타난다는 것을 보였다. 뿐만 아니라 여기서 제안한 EPWM 방법은 대부분의 경우에 좋은 추정량을 준다는 것을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 하루에 수백만 명이 이용하는 지하철 역사내의 환경 관리를 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 기술을 적용하여 실질적이고 효과적으로 실행하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 지하철 역사는 지하라는 특수한 환경이기 때문에 외부의 신선한 공기를 유입하여 역사내의 공기질을 쾌적하게 유지해야할 필요가 있다. 또한 실내 공기질을 오염시키는 환경가스나 미세먼지 등의 오염도에 대해서도 지속적으로 감시하여야 한다. 이를 위해 설치가 간편하고 소형의 측정 장치를 지하역사내의 주요 지점에 설치하여 오염물질을 측정하고 그 결과 데이터를 모으는 집중기(Collector)를 운영하여 최종적으로 측정 데이터를 중앙 서버까지 전송할 수 있다면 지하철 관리자에 의한 지하역사내의 오염물질을 효과적으로 관리 감독하는 종합적인 지하철 환경 관리시스템의 운영이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

In our school mathmatics, the irrational numbers and the real numbers are defined and instructed on the basis of decimal fractions. In relation to this fact, we identified the essences of the real number and the irrational number defined by the decimal fractions through the historical analysis. It is revealed that the formation of real numbers means the numerical measurements of all magnitudes and the formation of irrational numbers means the numerical measurements of incommensurable magnitudes. Finally, we suggest instructional plan for the meaninful understanding of the real number concept.

건축공간의 발전에 있어서 새로운 미디어의 출현과 그에 따른 영향이라는 관점에서 디자인의 역사를 고찰하였다. 토마스 쿤은 그의 저서 과학혁명의 구조에서 밝힌 바와 같이 과학의 역사는 단순한 형적인 발전의 역사가 아닌 그의 신조어인 패러다임에 의한 새로운 혁명적 역사의 발전이라는 논의를 피력하였다. 디자인의 역사는 기본적으로 그 본질에 따른 아름다움과 기술의 결합체의 시간적 기록으로 볼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 공간 디자인은 문화를 담고 있는 그릇의 성격도 띄고 있으므로 상당히 복잡한 성격을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 디자인의 역사에서 당시의 새로운 매체의 생성 및 수용이 디자인의 발전에 과학의 혁명과 유사하게 혁명적 영향을 끼쳤음을 발견하고 그 영향과 작용에 대해 연구 하였다.

The present study purposed to examine the possibility of developing historicity inherent in places into tourism resources from the view that the history and location of historical cities have the nature of cultural contents. Previous researches on tourism have been focused on tourist facilities, the development of tourist attractions, economic effects, cultural policies, etc. However, the present study makes a cultural approach to historical cities to explore the meaning of places formed through history and the historicity of places, assuming that the temporal and spatial characteristics of Hanseong-bu can be developed into tourism resources. Major places of Hanseong-bu are classified according to their functions and cultural meanings, and these factors are associated with the geographical structure of the area. By landform and cultural characteristics during the Chosun Dynasty, Hanseong-bu is divided into the central part, the boundary area, and the outskirts. In addition, different elements, which can be developed into tourism resources, are found according to the landscape of Hanseong-bu, the character as a dynastic city, the environs inside the wall, and differences among localities reflecting pre-modem lifestyle.

중국이 강대국이었던 시절 세계시장을 석권하였던 일류상풍으로 비단, 도자기, 차가 있다. 그 중 비교적 가까운 과거까지 세계시장에서 독보적인 정상의 위치를 고수하던 상품이 도자기와 차이다. 이들 상품이 세계시장에서 누리던 역사적인 영화와 쇠락을 마케팅의 4 P's 비추어 살펴봄으로서, 왜 마케팅의 4 P's 전략이 중요한지를 쉽게 깨달을 수 있는 좋은 교육적 사례를 개발하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 마케팅의 4 P's 전략이 최근 들어 4 C's 전략으로 변화하는지를 일관된 입장에서 고찰함으로서 마케팅 믹스전략의 중요성을 마케팅에 입문한 학생들이 스스로 깨우치게 하고자 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다.

산간도로는 돌을 노면에 박아 노면층을 형성한 특수공법으로 조성되어 있으며, 역사적으로 일제강점기 제주민의 고통을 서려있는 자료로서 중요한 위치에 있다는 점을 상기할 필요가 있다. 상효시험림내에 노선이 통과하는 주변구역은 향후 현장 생태교육장과 목재생산지로 지속적인 임지이용으로 이루어지고 있다. 그러므로 약간의 보수정비를 통하여 산림관리용 도로로 재이용하는 실질적인 도로역할과 역사적 자료로서의 보존이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

(사)한국물류협회는 지난 1984년 9월 1일 한국물류관리연구원을 시작으로 20여년이 지나온 지금까지 많은 역사적 변화가 있었다. 그 역사적 소용돌이 속에는 지금의 서병륜 한국물류협회 회장이 항상 있었다. 그간 한국물류협회의 발전에 많은 애정과 노력을 아끼지 않았으며, 한국물류 발전을 위해 헌신해온 인물 중의 한명이라고 할 수 있다. 그는 또 아시아태평양 물류연맹(APLF:Asian-Pacific Logistics Federation)회장을 겸임하고 있어 국내뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 한국물류의 위상을 높이기 위해 많은 활동을 하고 있다. (사)한국물류협회가 창립 20주년을 맞이하여 준비한 기획인터뷰의 그 다섯 번째로 서병륜(사)한국물류협회 회장을 만나보았다.

The general tendency of approach to Korean Design History has been focusing its primary interest on the grand story in relation to the problems of modernization in political, economical and social aspects of Korea. In the discourse of modernization, however, there are two sides immanent in the modernization: there is the formal, institutional and authoritative modernization developed inside the capitalistic mode of production and the informal, individual and cultural modernization manifested in the mode of everyday lives. Especially, despite the viewpoint of the latter being embossed as an alternative approach in various areas including the academic world of history since the collapse of socialism, the historical recognition of the phenomena of modern design by the Korean design historians is more like the 'history from the above' that exists at the level of the discourse outside the reality rather than the 'history from the below' that exists within the ordinary life. To grant a sense of balance in such frame of historical understanding, it requires the restructuring the design history of Korea through the cultural perspectives from having the representation of mundane lives realized by the voluntary design activity of the common people as research subjects. One of the methods to acquire an answer to such problem is decoding, in the manner of 'cultural history', the life-long domestic artifact made by Madame Yang, Gap Jo (currently 87 years of age) who is a model of typical Korean mother. Through the historical rumination on the traces of unpretentious lives of the people that has been buried under the grand narrative of the Korean Design History, a new era aimed for the historical prospect of Korean design as cultural history will be possible by excavating the petit yet multi-layered meaning of Korean designs.

Yanbian area is a region with great interests to Cultural-Historically Korea as well as China. Cultural-historic study on Yanbian are lots of researches but can find few mapping for sites. This study aimed to make a map and analyze characteristics of distributions in the Cultural-Historic sites of Yanbian using Google Earth. We made a distribution map from stone age to Qing Dynasty. Symbology for mapping made color symbols by time series and categorical symbols. As a research finding, Sites of Balhae and Yuo-Geum age account for large parts in comparison with other ages in Yanbian. Especially, sites of Goguryeo, Balhae and Yuo-Geum age showed spatio-temporal structure of accumulative layers Characteristics of distributions is located in basin and stream area in the early age, and after then historical period moved to hilly sides and mountainous areas. The result of this research is expected to offer information for relevant follow-up studies of Cultural-Historic sites.
