This study discusses on the historico-genetic instruction on fraction. The textbooks of the current curriculum include the variety of contexts of fraction to be intended to connect with the conception of ratio in the grade 6. However mary elementary students have understanding limited to whole-part relation only. This study propose a method on the basis of the process of measurement by an absolute unit. The idea is related to The genesis of fraction in Egypt.

Hooking 기법은 역사적으로 아주 오래된 기법으로 기원전에 이미 에집트 및 스칸디나 반도의 국가들에서 사용되었다는 기록이 있으나 본격적인 발전은 19세기 초반을 전후하여 미국의 서민층에서 수직양탄자를 제작하는데 사용함으로써 이루어지게 되었다. 이러한 hooking기법은 근래에 들어 섬유계에서도 특수한 목적으로 가끔 사용하여 왔는데, 섬유에 사용하면 시각적인 입체감을 나타내게 되고 독특한 촉감을 얻을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 섬유계의 다방면에 이용될 수 있는 가능성을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 hooking기법의 역사적배경을 이해하기 위하여 미국에서의 hooked rug의 기원 및 발전에 대하여 문헌을 중심으로 고찰하였다.

역사적으로 통계학(statistics, statistik)의 본래의 뜻은 통치를 위한 사회 및 경제현상의 수량적 파악이다. 어쨌든간에 본 논문의 과제는 경제통계학(또는 경제통계론)의 과학으로서의 위치 즉 경체통계학의 내용, 과제 및 방법을 밝히는데 있다. 간단히 말하면 경제통계학은 경제활동의 집단적 현상을 수량적으로 표현하고 이를 분석하는 것이다. 즉 인간의 욕망을 충족시키기 위한 경제활동의 모든 현상, 예를 들면 생산과정, 분배과정, 또는 소비과정 등의 집단적 현상을 수적으로 기술하고 분석하는 것이 되겠다.

Neural network연구는 뇌로부터 얻은 아이디어를 공학적으로 응용하려는 생각을 바탕으로 뇌의 구조와 유사한 mechanism에 의한 정보처리장치의 기초가 되는 정보처리의 양식 확립과 함께 그 정보처리 양식을 구체적으로 각각의 정보처리 문제에 응용하기 위한 응용기술을 연구하는 것이다. Neural network의 계산 기능적 특성은 병렬처리, 학습 및 noisy한 정보의 효율적처리 등으로써 특히 pattern인식 문제에 효율적으로 응용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 neural network의 역사적 고찰과 기존의 model들을 살펴보고 새로운 계산 구조와 계산 방식을 가진 neural network의 응용분야를 살펴 봄으로써 기존의 AI 기법으로 해결하기 어려운 pattern recognition(image,문자,speech등), robot vision 및 control 등 여러가지 문제에 효율적으로 적용가능함과 neural network의 앞으로의 전망에 대하여 기술한다.

인간은 역사적으로 의식주와 같은 기본적 생존과는 무관한 '아름다움'을 왜 그토록 열렬히 추구해 왔는가\ulcorner 본 논문은 이러한 문제의 해답을 찾고자 실험미학자인 벌라인 (Berlyne)의 이론을 중심으로 미적 반응에 관한 고찰을 하였으며 다음의 사항을 다루고 있다. 1) 미적 반응을 '자극-반응'의 동적 과정으로서 이해하고 이러한 종적 과정의 구조적 측면을 고찰하였다. 2) 미적 반응의 심리생물학적 작용을 고찰하였다. 3) 미적 반응을 초래하는 자극의 특성을 고찰하였다. 4) 미적 반응의 하나인 시각적 선호에 관한 기존의 연구를 검토하였으며, 시각자원연구에의 응용 가능성이 높음을 고찰하였다.

한국 사회과학이 근대적 학문으로 정립된 역사는 일천하다. 여기서 일천하다는 것은 그 역사가 짧다는 뜻이 아니라 학문이 발전될 수 있는 사회적 조건이 덜 성숙돼 있었다는 의미다. 지식인 사회가 서구 중심의 시각으로 무장하고 있는 상황, 한국의 경험적인 연구를 가능케 하는 자료의 부족, 한국인의 주체적인 문제의식의 방황(지식인 사회에서의 자기 문제에 대한 평가 부족), 연구방법에서 지나친 서구 의존은 바로 사회과학이 발전하기 어려운 상황을 증명한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지식인 100명이, 한국인이 저술하고 한국을 연구대상으로 삼은 책을 8권 선정한 것은 이러한 사회적 조건 아래에서도 문제의식.자료.연구방법의 측면에서 높은 수준을 보여줬다는 점을 평가했을 것으로 추측된다.

The location information of the people or mover is essential for supporting various smart mobility services in railway stations which are mostly underground. For this purpose, a smart braille block is proposed to identify the location of the mover of the people. In this paper, the frequency characteristics of each material of the upper and lower parts of the braille block are analyzed to examine the appropriate materials for railway history. In addition, the guidelines for actual manufacturing were derived by analyzing the separation distance between two RF sensors in the smart braille block. As a result of analysis through the characteristic analysis in this paper, after selecting the material suitable for the construction site when the smart braille block is applied, the performance change of the RF system, especially the antenna that greatly influences the RF performance, must be reviewed in advance. It seems to have to be applied after checking through.

Silmido [실미도 2003] captures the covered historical reality and describes the spectacular training process of the special army stationed at Silmido in vivid detail. As a result, a fictional space is turned into a reality film. The film shows ideological inconsistency of the critical view about the fascism of government authority and at the same time the political aid about government authority. The film creates dramatic and friendly effect through melodramatic and emotional exaggeration called sinpa about historical events to produce the pleasure of assimilation based on the trust of the audience. Here, individual assimilation is subjectivity achieved through the general sympathy coming from the tragic national discourse. Silmido appeals to the imaginary community not in a logical but in an emotional way. The spectacular action and realistic images are supported by national tragedy divided into the South Korea and the North Korea, and integrated sentimentalism to amplify the tragedy. Silmido tries to strengthen the tragic situation caused by the division ideology through this sentimentalism called sinpa. In contrast to the brutality of the relentless military regime, the sacrifice of good-hearted Silmido force members is heroically portrayed.

This paper investigates the history, policy and status of the conservation of historic gardens in the National Trust in England and its implications for Korea. It was conducted in three phases as follows: First, related literature data was collected to understand the National Trust and its role in the conservation of historic gardens. Second, The National Trust Policy Papers: Gardens and Landscape Parks in 1996 was reviewed and analyzed into eight categories with a review of 216 gardens and interviews with gardener-in-charge via e-mail. Finally an understanding of the policy for the conservation of historic gardens was formed from the results of the previous phases, and implications were drawn from the integrated analysis guidelines of the policy and status. The key feature of the conservation of the National Trust's historic gardens is that the conservation process has been conducted systematically through acquisition, management, upkeep, advice and so on. Furthermore, the conservation principles are defined in a concise and accessible form. According to their practical conservation process and principles, the results of the National Trust activities are to appreciate the significance of the gardens and act with accountability; integration; managing change; access and participation; and training gardener and partnership. According to the results of its activities under the premise that the purpose of the conservation and the meaning of a garden do not differ significantly among nations, implications for Korea can be primarily suggested by three points as follows: First of all, a flexible approach to change in historic gardens should be managed. In response to inevitable and desirable change, anything that is added or transferred should be recorded for the future as much as possible. Therefore, everything must be recorded and any change should be managed. Second, is to provide sustainable access for the benefit for the people and visitors. The aim of conserving the gardens is for human's to eventually understand that the present generation just borrows the historic gardens before they are passed down. The ensuing implication is that people may enjoy the gardens educationally, aesthetically, and physically, and children can be continuously interested in historic gardens as apart of educating the future generation. Finally, the National Trust educates apprentice gardeners who will maintain the historic gardens and continuously keep the current garden staff up to date with workshops. This is in contrast to the day laborers who work for historic gardens in Korea. In practice, the maintenance of historic gardens is not a simple process. The gardener must understand the past, reflect the present, and prepare for the future. Therefore, gardeners deliver culture from generation to generation.
