This study developed an instrument for measuring STEAM education effectiveness focused on key competencies of STEAM. This study performed literature reviews on the prior studies associated with the STEAM education and completed a pilot instrument through reflective reviews by external experts. A pilot study was administered to a total of 408 students and finalized by statistical analyses such as reliability check and exploratory factor analysis. The factors of the final instrument were identified as convergence (seven items), creativity (eleven items), challenge (five items), and care (nine items). The Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ for each construct ranged from .849 to .929 turned out to be reliable. This instrument can be utilized for measuring the effectiveness of the STEAM education on students' key competencies.

This study examines the relationship between social-emotional competence, major satisfaction, and career preparation behaviors for nursing students and identifies factors influencing career preparation behaviors. Data collection was conducted from December 5, 2023, to January 3, 2024, targeting 197 nursing college students (2nd to 4th year) from universities located in S City, C Province, and K Province. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 software, employing descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA (post hoc analysis using Scheffe), Pearson's correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results indicated statistically significant positive correlations among nursing students' social-emotional competence, major satisfaction, and career preparation behaviors. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that factors influencing career preparation behaviors included year of study, participation in career-related programs, social-emotional competence, and major satisfaction, with these variables explaining 40.3% of the variance in career preparation behaviors. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop and apply programs to strengthen social-emotional competencies considering the academic year of nursing student. And customized career programs should be established to increase major satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Organizational justice and Empowerment on customer orientation. As a factor affecting customer orientation, sub - variables of organizational justice were set as dstributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, and sub-variables of empowerment were set as meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. As a result of analysis, the dstributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice of organizational justice were analyzed as factors influencing customer orientation. competence, self-determinationr, and impact factors were analyzed as factors affecting customer orientation. However, the meaning of the empowerment did not affect the customer orientation. The work environment of small and medium-sized journalists is performing work without restriction of time and space in internet environment. This environment is a digital environment that we have not experienced before. However, organizational justice and empowerment factors are analyzed as important influences on customer orientation as same as previous research results.

In the construction industry, "Green" is emerging as a keyword of new growth engine. Since green construction competitiveness is essential for contractors' survival and growth, it is important to understand what constitutes green construction competitiveness. The objective of the study is to identify elements of green construction competitiveness and to discuss relationships between their importance and current level based on the Gap analysis. A better understanding of the elements of green construction competitiveness assists contractors in formulating green strategies. It also provides insight into what motivates contractors in establishing related policies and regulations. The study identifies that in general there exists a gap between the importance and current level of green construction competitiveness. It also demonstrates that CEO' competence shows a less gap between the importance and current level but firms' competence is an area of weakness. Finally a substantial gap is observed in the field of green R&D strategies and sub-contracting partners.

Recently a rapidly changing business environment, business strong ability and operating an integrated information system is actively made. However, the result of the success factors affecting the overall project, but a study to analyze the project's success is not enough. In this study, the project implementation and operation of the critical success factors that can occur in the analysis of research and practice leading to the combination of variables derived from empirical studies find and isolate the success factors were over. Present study came from existing projects that can be the integrated system, representation factors affecting the implementation and operation of business processes in order to analyze the elements and procedures, performance capabilities of the organization, consultants and professionals involved with other related variables were analyzed by injecting. In this study, the consultants and experts showed that the variables are very significant rather than the organization's ability to perform business processes and procedures. This study will give a guideline as future success factors for building an integrated system of professional experiences.

In this study, the objective of this study is to verify the effects between lecturer's capability, education program, education service, and physical educational environment factors, and university students' interest in and attitude toward mathematics. A survey was conducted on 228 male and female students in science and engineering majors attending universities in the Pusan metropolitan area, and empirical analysis was conducted using the SPSS 26.0 program. The research results are as follows. First, among the characteristics of college mathematics maker classes, instructor competency (β=.349, t=6.380, p<.001), educational program (β=.361, t=5.650, p<.001), and physical educational environment (β=.196, t=3.281, p<.01) had a significant positive (+) effect on college students' interest in mathematics. Second, the factors of interest (β=.349, t=6.380, p<.001) in college mathematics maker classes were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on college students' attitudes toward mathematics. Third, among the characteristics of college mathematics maker classes, instructor competency (β=.340, t=6.365, p<.001), educational program (β=.352, t=5.559, p<.001), physical educational environment (β=.226, t=3.537, p<.01) was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on college students' attitudes toward mathematics. Through the results of this study, it was concluded that when the level of education program and teaching ability of the university mathematics maker class are high and the physical educational environment is excellent, it can have a positive effect not only on the university student's attitude towards mathematics but ultimately on the attitude of mathematics.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

오늘날 기업의 핵심 역량은 공급사슬관리의 수준에 따라 평가받게 된다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 기업내부는 물론 공급사슬 상의 다른 구성원들과의 정보 공유가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 공급사슬 프로세스를 적극적으로 통합하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기업이 공급사슬의 통합을 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고 기업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬 통합의 대상을 정확히 파악하여야 한다. 그러나 공급사슬 통합으로 인한 성과는 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이며, 공급사슬 통합을 위한 전략 또한 이에 맞추어 수립되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인들을 기술하고, 공급사슬통합요인과 기업의 성과간의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 대기업과 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬 통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이러한 결과는 기업들이 규모를 고려한 공급사슬통합 전략의 수립에 방향을 제시할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 부천시 핵심 국가기반시설로서 부천시민의 삶의 질에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 요인인 수돗물 공급서비스의 위험요인를 파악하고 이를 해소하는 방안을 마련하며, 국제 및 국내적으로 테러의 위험이 높아가고 있는 가운데 재난대비역량을 강화하여 시민이 수돗물을 안심하고 이용할 수 있도록 수돗물 공급역량 강화 방안을 마련하였다. 본 논문에서는 팔당댐 수원지에서 부천시 정수장까지 원수 공급 과정부터 정수장내 취수/정수/배수과정을 거쳐 소비자에게 공급하는 전과정에서 위험요인과 개선방안을 도출하였으며 향후계획 수립 방향을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study was to identify the convergence factors contributing to clinical practice satisfaction in Korean nursing students. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to May 15, 2015. The participants were 83 nursing students, and a mid-sized private university school of nursing in the Korea was selected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS 22.0 program. Satisfaction in major significantly differed by age. Clinical practice satisfaction was positively correlated with satisfaction in major and clinical competence. The factors that significantly influenced clinical practice satisfaction were clinical competence and satisfaction in major, which together explained 26% of the total variance. To improve satisfaction in major and clinical competence among Korean nursing students, it will be necessary to provide nursing students with clinical adaptation programs and preceptor education.
