In the domestic construction industry, large-scale housing construction projects are being carried out by construction companies with competitiveness in the domestic top 10, it is said that the competence of the construction engineer is a factor for the success of the project. In Korea, there is National Competency Standards (NCS) that systematize contents of knowledge, technology, and attitude required in order to perform job in industrial field as the importance of individual ability is systemized in the country. Therefore, in this study, defined the detail competence in construction administration works, and examined the level of competence and degree of impotance detailed competency of construction engineers using AHP analysis & ANOVA. As a result, it was found that the current capacity of the Engineers in the apartment construction work is insufficient compared to the level of the competence they think they have, and that they have different competencies depending on their work experience and job position. This means that if the career is accumulated, the capacity that is possessed naturally will be changed. Therefore, it will be necessary to improve the capacity of the construction engineers who have a short work experience and a low job level.

본 연구는 벤처기업의 매출액의 영향요인에 대하여 기업 내 자원을 범주화하여 그 영향력을 검증하고, 나아가 기업이 보유한 역량을 2개의 차원으로 구분하여 각 차원에 따른 집단 간 벤처기업성과 영향요인의 차이를 확인하고자 하였다. 즉, 기업이 보유하는 역량인 기술, 가격, 품질, 디자인, 조직관리, 마케팅 경쟁력에 대하여 요인분석을 통해 기술역량과 경영역량 차원을 도출하였고, 군집화 과정을 거쳐 각 역량 수준에 따른 네 개의 벤처기업 집단을 분류하였다. 네 개의 집단은 기술-경영 우위, 기술주도, 경영주도, 기술-경영 열위로 나뉘었다. 이후 성과 영향요인들을 자원기반이론의 관점에서 기업현황, 기업가자원, 인적자원, 재무자원, 기술자원, 외부자원의 여섯 개의 상위 범주로 구분하였고, 각 범주에 포함되는 세부 요인들이 매출액에 미치는 영향을 '벤처기업정밀실태조사'의 2개년 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫 번째, 전체 벤처기업을 대상으로 분석한 결과 모형에 투입된 33개의 변수들 중 22개의 변수가 벤처기업 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 두 번째, 기업 역량 차원 분류에 따른 기업 집단 간 영향요인 차이를 분석한 결과, 매출액 영향요인은 입력된 33개의 독립변수 중 최대 13개에서 최소 8개로, 기업 역량 차원에 따른 매출액 영향요인의 차이가 확인되었다.

This study conducted an empirical analysis based on the results of a survey conducted to determine the level of awareness of disaster safety management work of public officials working in disaster-related departments in 22 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do. Men were found to have more positive perceptions of individual competencies and organizational environments according to gender, and women were found to have more positive perceptions of disaster education than men. It was found that men and women had the same positive perception of departmental competency. Respondents to individual competency, organizational environment, departmental competency, and disaster education according to individual characteristic factors generally had positive perceptions.

본 연구는 청년창업자를 대상으로 청년창업자의 역량과 경영성과 사이에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 자료는 한국노동연구원의 '청년패널조사(2015)' 9차년도 자료를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 비임금 근로자 중 학력은 전문대졸이상 이며, 가업을 물려받은 경우를 제외한 창업을 한 청년 182명을 최종 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 조사대상자의 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차를 산출하였고, 변인들 간의 다중공선성을 살펴보기 위해 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 또 청년창업자의 경영성과에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 청년창업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 청년창업가의 역량으로 창업준비역량, 기업가역량, 관리역량 등 결정요인을 도출하고, 이들 요인과 경영성과 간의 가설을 설정하고, 이를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 청년창업자의 경영성과에 영향을 미친 요인은 교육수준 대비 일수준이 낮을수록, 전공이 일치하지 않을수록, 직무만족이 높을수록, 창업총자본금이 많을수록 경영성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

정보화 환경에서 개개인의 지식과 활용 역량 수준은 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 크게 영향을 끼치게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개인의 역량 발전 단계에 관한 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 정보화 관점의 개인 역량 발전 단계를 정의하고, 각 발전 단계에 따른 개인의 정보화 학습 유형을 분석한다. 또한 개인 정보화 역량 발전 단계를 기반으로 한 동적 평가 체계 및 측정 시스템을 개발하여 실제 산업 현장에 적용해 보고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 동적 평가 시스템은 평가 영역 설정, 측정 시스템, 해석 체계가 연계되어 있으므로, 향후 기업들이 필요로 하는 효율적 변화 관리와 교육 투자를 위한 도구를 제공할 수 있다. 이러한 동적 평가 시스템은 대한민국의 자동차 제조사에 근무하는 임직원 약 18,000명을 대상으로 적용되었다.

본 연구는 Rideout(2012)가 주장한 창업교육과 창업활성화에 대한 근원이라고 할 수 있는 창업의지에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 성취욕구와 개인역량 간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Maier(1955)가 주장한 개인의 능력과 동기부여의 수준에 의한 성과가 결정(성과=능력${\times}$동기부여)된다는 이론을 바탕으로 성과를 종속변수인 창업의지로, 능력을 독립변수인 개인의 역량, 그리고 동기부여를 성취욕구로 연구모형을 설정하여 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 효과적 창업교육이 조절변수로서의 효과성을 검증 하고자 한다. 성취욕구와 개인역량이 창업의지 사이에서 정적인 조절역할을 하는 효과적인 창업교육에 대해 규명함으로서 창업교육의 연구방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 국내 재난발생의 빈도가 잦고 이를 해결하기 위한 재난대응 담당자들의 역량에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 재난역량을 강화하기 위한 교육 및 훈련에 대한 체계 정립이 강화되고 있다. 본 연구는 실제 재난발생사례 및 추이 분석을 통한 대규모 국가재난으로 전개 가능한 시나리오를 개발하고, 시나리오 전개에 따른 현대비수준과의 갭을 분석하여 재난관리책임기관의 대응역량 강화 방안을 마련하는 것을 연구 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 여러 가지 재난 유형 중 최근 위험성이 커지고 있는 "화학유해물질 유출사고"에 관한 재난 상황 시나리오를 개발하여 시나리오의 재난요인 변수 데이터가 재난책임 담당자의 대응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 재난요인 변수 DB를 활용하여 재난대응역량 강화에 대한 방안을 제공한다.

Recently, many companies recognize the individual human resource as a core asset of the corporate value creation and devote a lot of effort to develop and manage competency-based human resource in order to strengthen the corporate competitiveness. As the integrated construction company taking the major portion in Korean construction industry, its construction engineers perform the construction supervision task with various related parties at each stage of the life cycle of the construction project. Therefore, the competency of a construction engineer is an important factor which have a direct impact on the success of the construction project. However, the current capability evaluation scheme of the domestic construction engineers is mainly oriented on the qualification factors such as the certificates or the seniority and this is quite different from evaluating the actual ability for construction management tasks. In this point of view, this study proposes the appropriate level of proficiency in cost management by analyzing the work process and its detailed items of the cost management that is the one of the basic management items of the construction industry. Based on this, this study analyzes the current competency level of the construction engineer by comparing with the required competency of each job position and also performs the engineer's work competency analysis of each work step.

The purpose of this study was to verify whether strengthening family competency plays a mediating role in the influence of parents' parenting efficacy on the independent life of children with developmental disabilities. The subjects of the study were 146 parents with developmental disabilities, and data analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program was conducted. The mediating effect was Baron and Kenny Hierarchical regression analysis and sobel-test were conducted. As a result of the study, the positive effect of parents' parenting efficacy on the level of self-reliance and strengthening family competency of children with developmental disabilities was verified. In addition, the positive mediating effect of strengthening family competency was verified between the parenting efficacy of parents and the level of independence of children with developmental disabilities. As a result of the study, it is important to support parents' parenting and family capacity enhancement to support the independence of children with developmental disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of academic self-efficacy in the relationship between self-management competency and employment preparation behavior of senior nursing students. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 program, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. As a result of the study, self-management competency was positively correlated with academic self-efficacy, employment preparation behavior, and academic self-efficacy with employment preparation behavior. Academic self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect between self-management competency and employment preparation behavior. The higher the level of self-management competency and academic self-efficacy, the higher the level of employment preparation behavior, and the explanatory power (R²) was 34%. Therefore, it suggests that it is important to develop self-management competency and to prepare an integrated strategy that can induce a sense of academic self-efficacy in order to promote the employment preparation behavior of nursing students.
