The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model and analyze the competency needs for construction manager in D Co., Ltd.. The delphi method of 25 excellent construction managers working in D Co., Ltd. was used to develop a competency model. The results showed that there would be a construction manager competency model which consisted of 3 competency clusters, 11 competencies, and 60 key actions. Then the survey of 114 construction managers working in D Co., Ltd. was conducted to examine concurrent construct validity of the competency model for construction manager and to analyze construction managers' competency needs by using the Borich's formula and the Locus for Focus Model(LfFM). The results showed that construction managers perceived 'communication', 'risk management', 'goal orientation', 'customer orientation', and 'project management' as top five priorities of competencies for construction managers. Based upon the above results, some implications were suggested for developing construction managers' competencies and improving their performance.

This study developed an efficient model for measuring personal information competency in an enterprise of the information environment. This model includes four measurement domains, twelve factors and feasible measurement items. This verified the validity and reliability of the developed model by factor analysis and reliability analysis through a pilot test with the application of SPSS software, and presented the concrete measurement items that tn efficiently gauge personal information competency. The developed model was applied to the measurement of 264 workers in an enterprise in order to testify its practicability and utilization, and the measurement results were presented. This model will contribute to improving the information competency of human resources in industrial fields.

The aim of the study is to create a theoretical model and hypotheses on competitive advantages of exporting SMEs. For this we have proposed an integrated model in which learning competences and dynamic capabilities should have an influence on competitive advantages of the SMEs. This study have examined the influence of integrating and reconfigurating capability respectively. As a result, the learning competences had positive influences in dynamic capabilities and to the cost and service competitive advantage. To integrating capabilities had positive influences in competitive advantage. Besides, dynamic capabilities playing significant intermediate role only for the cost advantage through the analysis of intermediate effects of learning competence to the dynamic capabilities.

The objective of this research is to conceptualize care competences for adolescents and to develop a valid measurement tool based on this conceptualization. The primary aim is to establish a solid foundation for effective communication in teaching care competences within the domain of home economics education. To achieve this, a comprehensive review of relevant literature and previous studies was conducted, and consultations with experts were undertaken to assess content and criterion-related validity. Furthermore, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were performed. The findings from these analyses resulted in a set of 34 items, which were categorized into five distinctive factors representing care competences in adolescents. These factors encompassed four items of care thinking, seven items of care emotion, six items of care behavior, seven items of self-care and ten items of community-care. Additionally, a reliability analysis was performed on the model, confirming the stability and consistency of the five factor structure and the 34 item scale, which assess care competences in adolescents.

이 연구의 목적은 아동의 연령과 성에 따른 아동의 역량지각 발달의 경향을 조사하고, 연령, 성을 포함한 가정환경과 또래 환경의 변수들의 역량지각에 미치는 영향을 구조평형 모델을 통해 알아 보았다. 또한, 이러한 역량지각의 발달 성향을 서구 문화권과 비교하여, 역량지각발달의 문화적 보편성이나 차이점을 알아 보고자 하였다. 유아, 또는 초등학교 저학년 아동은 면접으로, 그리고 3학년이상은 설문지를 사용하였다. 조사 대상은 유아, 초등학교 1, 3, 5학년, 중학교 1학년 아동 750명과 그들의 어머니이다. 인지, 사회, 신체 영역에서 모두 역량지각은 연령이 증가할수록 낮아졌다. 인지, 신체 영역의 역량지각에선 연령과 성의 상호작용효과가 나타났다. 그러나, 서구 문화권의 연구에서는 이러한 상호작용이 발견되지 않는다. 역량지각의 공변량구조모형에서는 또래환경 변수가 모두 포함시키기에 부적합한 변수로 나타났고, 연령, 성과 가족의 수입, 아버지의 교육수준, 가정의 물리적 환경, 부모의 정서적 지지가 아동의 역량지각에 의미 있게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to develop a core competency model for adult college students. For this purpose, the core competencies of adult college students were derived by analyzing domestic and foreign literature studies. And the Delphi survey was conducted for the validity of core competencies. The SPSS 18.0 program was used for analysis. As results of the analysis, there are 11 core competencies of adult college students derived: communication, problem-solving and meta, interpersonal, personal management and development, digital information literacy, major knowledge, citizenship, convergence, character, professional job, and global. The core competency model of adult college students was developed by assigning numbers from 01 to 11 based on the results of the Delphi survey. Core competencies of adult college students were organically linked, so the cultivation of one core competency affects other core competencies.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the construct model of teaching competency in teacher librarian. For this purpose, this study compares and analysis the existing literature of which teaching competency of subject teacher and teacher librarian competency standard. The teaching competency model of teacher librarian was designed with the result of compares and analysis. The suggested model composed of 3 process: (1) instructional design, (2) Instruction Implementation, (3) Instruction evaluation. It is also suggested that construct of isolated instruction and cooperative instruction. This study can be helpful to development a in-service program of teacher librarian and curriculum of Teacher librarian education.

Flipped classroom has used widely in university in that its unique structure can facilitate learners' higher-thinking skills and promote competencies. Learners are expected to extend knowledge through performing online and offline, but they have difficulty in understanding their roles and specific behaviors to achieve the learning goals in the flipped learning. Therefore, a guidance for students has been required to support learners' mastery learning. The purpose of this study is to identify successful learners' characteristics in terms of "competency". For this, three-phased competency modeling was employed. In Phase I, Behavioral Event Interviews were conducted with eight learners of the flipped classroom. In Phase II for identifying competencies and developing a competency model, the data was coded, followed by testing reliability of the coding. Based on the meaning codes, competencies and behavioral indexes were developed. The final competencies consist of learning orientation, learning management, feedback seeking, peer interaction, and knowledge extension. In Phase III, validation of the competency model was conducted by explanatory factor analysis. As last, competencies were aligned by the two-phase of the flipped classroom. The finding will be used as the guidance for the learners and instructors in the flipped classroom.

본 연구는 산업조직이론과 자원기반관점을 통합하여 사업 다각화에 대한 산업환경요인과 기술역량의 결정요인들로 구성한 통합모형을 설계하고, 제안한 모형을 스마트공장 ICT융합기술(애플리케이션 및 플랫폼 분야) 특허 출원기업 272개사의 6개년(2010년~2015년) 특허 및 재무데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형을 분석한 결과, 기업의 사업다각화 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 가운데 기술경쟁력은 사업다각화 수준을 높이는 긍정적 효과가 검증되었다. 추가적으로 2단계 최소자승 고정모형을 분석한 결과, 출원특허수 보다 특허의 기술융합수준이 기술경쟁력을 증대시키는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 기업의 ICT융합기술자원 및 역량을 바탕으로 한 사업 다각화 전략기획방향과 정부 R&D 정책과 관련하여 융합기술자원의 사업화 지원방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
