Conceptual Modeling of STEP Product Data Model Semantics for Interoperability (STEP 제품정보모델 시맨틱스의 컨셉추얼 모델링을 통한 상호운용성 확보)

  • 오늘날의 제품개발환경은 분산환경에 존재하는 다양한 역량을 가진 참여자들의 협업을 요구하고 있으며, 협업은 참여자들이 필요로 하는 제품개발관련 정보들의 실시간 교환을 지원할 수 있도록 제품정보 간 상호운용성 확보를 기반으로 한다. STEP으로 알려진 ISO 10303은 제품개발의 전체적인 라이프사이클에서 필요한 제품정보의 표현과 공유 및 교환을 위한 대표적인 표준이다. 하지만 STEP을 이용하기 위해서는 각 도메인이 표준인 STEP 모델에 기반하여 제품정보를 모델링 하여야 한다. 그러나 대부분의 도메인은 자신의 목적에 따라 특화된 모델을 정의하고 사용하기 때문에 도메인에 특화된 형태의 제품정보모델을 STEP 모델로 변환할 수 있는 추가적인 메커니즘이 필요하다. 즉, STEP은 참조모델보다는 모든 도메인에서 제품정보모델링을 위해 사용가능한 표준의 정의에 초점을 맞춘다. 그러므로 참조모델로서의 STEP을 기반으로 다양한 도메인 특화된 제품정보모델 간 상호운용성 확보를 지원하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 STEP 제품정보모델의 시맨틱스를 체계적으로 정의할 수 있도록 온톨로지 구축을 통한 컨셉추얼 모델링을 수행한다. 컨셉추얼 모델링은 STEP 모델에 정확하고 완전한 의미를 부여하여, 다양한 도메인 특화된 모델 사이의 상호운용성 확보를 지원하고 참조모델로서 STEP의 능력을 확장한다.

  • Recently, the Korean government develops a variety of policies for the improvement of school education. Among the policies, convergence education is considered as essential. Moreover, as the policies declare that mathematics is expected to play a central role in the convergence education, mathematics educators are required to seek for ways of how to approach convergence education in mathematics. In this context, this paper reviewed diverse viewpoints on what kind of contribution convergence education make to the improvement of school mathematics. While the argument constructed around the issue of national competitiveness is the most prevalent in the political discourse, this paper recommends to introduce the epistemological norms raised by the knowledge integration through history. In addition, this paper presents both domestic and international programs to discuss how to develop educational program for convergence education in mathematics.

A study on factors affecting intention to use metaverse based on technology acceptance model (기술수용모델을 기반으로 한 메타버스 사용의도 영향 요인 연구)

  • Metaverse have begun to attract attention because it facilitate interaction between learners and teachers in non face- to- face environment. In order to use the metaverse in the educational field such as online class, it is important that pre-service teachers intend to use it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the pre-service teacher's educational competence and the intention to use the metaverse based on the technology acceptance model. The influence factors of flexibility for new technology, teacher efficacy, and TPACK were examined. It was conducted with 240 pre-service teachers, and the data of 183 pre-service teachers finally collected were used for the analysis. As a result of the study, among the metaverse educational competencies of elementary school pre-service teachers, flexibility and TPACK mediate perceived ease, and the pathways affecting metaverse use intention were significant. In this regard, theoretical and practical implications that can be helpful in the discussion and intention of using the metaverse of pre-service teachers were presented.

Comparative Study on the Perceptions of Global and Korean HRD Professionals in Workplace Learning and Performance(WLP) Competencies (한국과 글로벌 HRD 전문가의 WLP 역량 인식 비교연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to scrutinize and compare the perceptions of Global and Korean HRD Professionals in Workplace Learning and Performance(WLP) competencies in Korea. To answer these questions, the following research methods were employed. A questionnaire, which was modified and translates from the 2004 ASTD model for WLP, was distributed to 319 HRD consultants working in Seoul and Kyounggi-Do. It was sent out directly and by email. Among returned questionnaires, 205 were valid to be examined. The important findings of the study were as follows. First, the role of business partner ranked highest in the level of importance of WLP roles in Korean and the role of special professional ranked highest in global. For the competencies of WLP, effective communication ranked highest both Korean and global. Based on the findings of this study, the conclusion was as follows. First, the perceptions of WLP roles were different between Korean and global HRD professionals. The reason why it's differences is because the size of market are different. Second, the perceptions of WLP competencies were similar between Korean and global HRD professionals. HRD professionals should need to professionalize the communication skills continuously.

A Study on the SCM Capability Modeling and Process Improvement in Small Venture Firms (중소·벤처기업의 SCM역량 모델링과 프로세스 개선 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study is empirically intended to put forward the modeling and process improvement measures for the SCM capability in small venture firms. The findings are summarized as follows. There were strategic alliance, technological development and centralization in the modeling of strategic planning for supply chain, not the least of which is strategic alliance, followed by centralization and technological development. There were routing scheduling, network integration and third party logistics outsourcing in decision making, not the least of which was network integration. There were customer service management, productivity management and quality management in management control, not the least of which was quality management. And there were order management choice, pricing demand, shipment delivery and customer management in transaction support system, not the least of which was order management choice. As for the above-mentioned findings, to maximize the SCM capability and operate the optimized process in small venture firms, the existing strategic alliances can optimize the quality management and stabilize the transaction support system through the network sharing and integration from the perspective of relevant organizational members' capability and process improvement. And the strategic linkage between firms can maximize the integrated capability of information system beyond the simple exchange relation between electronic data, achieving a differentiated competitive advantage. Consequently, the systematization and centralization for the maximization of SCM capability, including the infrastructure construction based on the system compatibility and reliability for information integration, should be preceded before the modeling of the integrated capability for optimum supply chain and the best process management in the smart era.

Changes in product innovation strategy reflecting industry evolutionary phases and dynamic capabilities in the Korea Wireless Internet industry (산업진화단계와 동태적역량에 따른 제품혁신 전략의 변화: 한국 무선인터넷 산업을 중심으로)

  • Production innovation capabilities are critical to the survival and growth of firms. This paper investigates industrial dynamics and dynamic capabilities of firms by looking at how an industry evolution process influences firms' product innovation strategy and how dynamic capabilities affect firms' product innovation process. Korea Wireless Internet industry shows a full cycle of industry evolution process including introduction phase, growth phase, maturity phase, and decline phase using by dynamic technological and market changes. 7 listed companies in Korea Wireless Internet industry were selected. We have conducted multiple case studies based upon in depth interviews. Empirical results show that different phases of industry evolution influence firms' strategy of product innovation. Dynamic capabilities are also appears to be very important to the survival and growth of a firm.

  • 본 연구는 대학원생의 연구 수행을 위한 학술적 역량 진단 및 평가를 기반으로 하여 성취 과정을 지원하는 대학원생의 표준 학술능력 진단평가 도입을 제안하고자함을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 호주 시드니 대학교의 대학생 학업능력 진단평가 모델인 MASUS(Measuring the Academic Skills of University Students A Diagnostic Assessment)를 연구대상으로 선정하고 질적연구 방법 중 도구적(instrumental) 사례연구를 선택하였다. 이에 따라, 자료 수집 단계에서 시드니대학교 학습지원센터 관계자와의 반구조화된 면대면 인터뷰 및 문헌자료를 정보원으로 하여 자료를 분석함으로써 MASUS의 특징과 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 학문적 소양으로서의 글쓰기 능력의 의미와 중요성을 고찰하고, 이를 통해 대학원생 학술 역량 진단평가 도입의 당위성을 부여하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 모든 대학원에서 범용적으로 적용할 수 있는 객관적이고 신뢰도 높은 표준 진단평가 모델을 개발하여 긍정적인 진단문화를 형성할 수 있기를 바라는 바이다.

기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따른 투자유치성과 결정요인 비교분석 연구

  • 최근 딥테크 및 글로벌 스타트업들의 기술경쟁력 제고를 위한 국가적 지원이 증대함에 따라 원천기술을 보유한 기술창업 건 수역대급으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 기술 기업들은 사업의 다각화 및 글로벌 진출에 유리하다는 장점이 있으나, 이들의 전략 성공을 위해서는 체계적인 인큐베이팅 및 자금유치는 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 첨단 가술스타트업의 투자유치성과에 중요하게 여겨지는 요인들이 IT 및 BT 산업별로 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치고 있는지를 연구하는 목적으로 하고 있다. 선행연구에 따르면 기술 스타트업에 대해서는 그들이 보유한 기술 역량(특허), 창업자/팀의 능력, 제휴 등을 중요한 자원으로 보고 있으며, 이는 기업의 퀄리티를 차별화하는 신호로 작용하여 투자유치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국내 기술 스타트업의 산업별 차이에 따라 기술 스타트업의 특성이 투자유치성가에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 2022년 기준 서울시 창업지원시설에 입주한 스타트업 122개사를 대상으로, 전 산업을 대상으로 한 회귀분석모델과 글로벌 산업기술 분류 기준에 따라 구분된 BT 및 IT 산업만을 대상으로 한 회귀분석 모델을 설정하여 연구목적을 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 기술스타트업의 투자유치 의사결정에 대한 실증분석을 통하여 기존 이론을 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있으며, 산업별로 투자유치에서 중요하게 고려하는 요소들이 다르게 작용할 수 있음을 밝히고 산업별 특성에 따라 투자유치 시 실질적으로 필요한 요소들을 제시한다는데 실무적인 시사점을 지니고 있다.

  • Utilizing information and knowledge is one of the major objectives in the management of construction firm. This trend has been developed both inside of the firms and overall industry-wise. Therefore conventional methods of performance evaluation based on the financial statements such as balance sheet under GAAP(Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) are not sufficient to cover various Performance of constriction firms. Core competency of construction firms needs to be evaluated by the new performance evaluation model. In this research, the concept of BSC (Balanced Score Cards) is utilized to develop the performance evaluation model for construction firms considering four major performance indicators including financial perspective, customer perspective, learn and growth perspective, anti internal business perspective. A model of performance evaluation including criteria is proposed to evaluate construction firms based on their vision and strategy.

  • The research of course-embedded learning evaluation method, which can be used to measure the competency of learners by evaluation of learning outcomes, has been performed for competency-based education in the university. In this paper, we propose an learning evaluation and adaptive feedback model based on learning outcomes, learning subjects, learning concepts graph, and an evaluation matrix. Firstly, we define the layered learning outcomes, a graph of learning subjects and concepts, and two association matric. Secondly, we define algorithms to calculate the level of learning achievement and the learning feedback to learners. We applied the proposed method to a specific course, "Java Programing", to validate the effectiveness of our method. The experimental results show that our proposed method can be useful to measure the learning achievement of learners and provide adaptive feedbacks to them.
