정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 최근 가업의 제품수명주기는 점점 짧아지고, 성장산업과 사양산업의 전환도 급격해졌다. 급변하는 정쟁 환경 속에서 기업의 가치사슬을 전략적으로 통 합하고, 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위해서 c- Commerce, RTE, 협업 등의 가상기업 관련 개념이 부상하고 있다. Ubiquitous 환경에서 기업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 목표로서 협업 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 가상기업으로의 전환이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 기존에 논의되었던 가상기업의 정의 및 개념에 대해 문헌연구 및 사례조사를 통해 가상기업의 확장된 범주를 알아보고, 가상기업 연구에 대한 포괄적인 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 가상조직, 협업 네트워크 등의 가상기업 관련 문헌연구를 통해 u- Business 환경의 가상기업 연구의 참조모델을 제시하고, 연구방법론을 적용하여 분석, 연구하여 가상기업의 연구를 이해하고 흐름을 분류하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 Ubiquitous 환경에 민첩하게 대응하고자 하는 기업들에게 환경 변화에 따른 전략 및 비즈니스 모델의 수정에도 의미를 제공하고자 한다.

This study analyzed various factors of influence affecting the will to start a business and established and empirically analyzed a research model to see which factors significantly affect the will to start a business. To this end, we investigated the general characteristics and experiences of individuals, conducted a study on the will to start a business, and analyzed the entrepreneurship passion for startups, the ability to find business opportunities, and the ability to connect with partner companies. The intent to start a business survey was investigated in a recertive style with a 7 point scale, and the reliability and feasibility review were analyzed through the PLS analysis method, which enables the implementation of a measurement model and a structural model. To collect valid data, the survey was conducted using an entrepreneurial curriculum class hours to collect and analyze 421 data. In summary, the results are as follows: First, college students have many opportunities to develop their capabilities through competitions held by universities and support institutions, and by utilizing them, they have no fear of starting a business. Second, the ability of students to discover product clients themselves has been improved by fostering entrepreneurship in the special lectures on startup in universities. Third, it can be seen that it has received various information on startups from support agencies to enhance its commitment to startups. The implications are as follows. First, they should foster entrepreneurship among college students by offering practical oriented courses that can broaden their understanding of startups. Second, it needs to be improved from entrepreneurial enthusiasm to a program that can grow into a company that can collaborate with partner companies and confirm its commitment to corporate establishment and product development and determine market opportunities. Third, it is necessary to establish an ecosystem of start-ups that can carry out systematic planning and performance management as it is weak to carry out projects with will to startups.

본 연구는 대학원생의 연구 수행을 위한 학술적 역량 진단 및 평가를 기반으로 하여 성취 과정을 지원하는 대학원생의 표준 학술능력 진단평가 도입을 제안하고자함을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 호주 시드니 대학교의 대학생 학업능력 진단평가 모델인 MASUS(Measuring the Academic Skills of University Students A Diagnostic Assessment)를 연구대상으로 선정하고 질적연구 방법 중 도구적(instrumental) 사례연구를 선택하였다. 이에 따라, 자료 수집 단계에서 시드니대학교 학습지원센터 관계자와의 반구조화된 면대면 인터뷰 및 문헌자료를 정보원으로 하여 자료를 분석함으로써 MASUS의 특징과 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 학문적 소양으로서의 글쓰기 능력의 의미와 중요성을 고찰하고, 이를 통해 대학원생 학술 역량 진단평가 도입의 당위성을 부여하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 모든 대학원에서 범용적으로 적용할 수 있는 객관적이고 신뢰도 높은 표준 진단평가 모델을 개발하여 긍정적인 진단문화를 형성할 수 있기를 바라는 바이다.

Recently, various studies on malicious URL detection using artificial intelligence have been conducted, and most of the research have shown great detection performance. However, not only does classical machine learning require a process of analyzing features, but the detection performance of a trained model also depends on the data analyst's ability. In this paper, we propose a DL-ML Fusion Hybrid Model for malicious web site URL detection based on URL lexical features. the propose model combines the automatic feature extraction layer of deep learning and classical machine learning to improve the feature engineering issue. 60,000 malicious and normal URLs were collected for the experiment and the results showed 23.98%p performance improvement in maximum. In addition, it was possible to train a model in an efficient way with the automation of feature engineering.

International construction market have quantitatively increased and have reached up to 700 Bil. US$ through active effort of construction firms and government. In spite of this increase, substantiality issue has been constantly disputed due to qualitative problems such as lack of capability and technical shortage. To overcome these problems, many methods in performing quantitative growth and qualitative substantiality of overseas construction are being researched which showed that selection of subcontractors in general contractor is regarded as a very important success factor. However, it is difficult to make a reasonable decision for selecting the subcontractors due to the lack of evaluation standards and reliability. This study proposes an improved evaluation system through adjustment of the evaluation indicators using correlations analysis and multiple regression analysis with pre-qualification and performance evaluation of 121 firms in 6 countries.

This study approaches how newly emerged game companies has implemented strategies for product diversification according to market growth cycle(beginninggrowing-mature) by empirical case study through evolutionary theory and resource based theory approach. At the beginning, online game companies had grown with different strategies(technology based, service based) by initial condition(genre, technological level, user attribute). After market growth, for product diversification, these companies carried out path-dependent alliance strategy(complementary, competitive) depending on resource base(technology capacity, service capacity based). As online game market getting mature, these companies has adapted flexibly in responding to market growth cycle by integrated strategy(naturally selected to mobilize every possible resource capability). By analyzing the alliance strategies pattern of online game companies in newly emerged game industry according to market growth cycle through combination of resource based theory and evolutionary theory, these results suggest that new industrial, theoretical, policy model is required.

The purpose of this research is to find a solution for matching service between recruiting and job seeking of software developers. An efficient matching service solution is essential for acquiring solid global competitiveness in software industry and IT academia. An in-depth analysis on deep-rooted problems on mismatching has been performed. Past and present policies on mismatching solutions have been reviewed based on desirable co-growth structure. A new matching solution has been derived and a triple-helix strategy has been suggested. A survey result for 14 domain experts and 85 employees of large and small software companies shows that the suggested matching solution is useful. The results of this research can be used for finding a better matching service solution and policies.

한국해양대학교는 IALA WWA에서 인증 받은 Level 1 (AtoN Manager) 교육기관으로 개도국 훈련을 분담하고 있다. "항로표지 전문가 및 글로벌 리더 양성"이라는 교육목표를 가지고 개도국을 위한 교육프로그램을 구성하였으며, IALA WWA 모델코스를 바탕으로 초청연수 교재를 개발하였다. 2017년 7월 한 달 간 아시아 태평양 지역의 항로표지 관리자 공무원을 대상으로 초청연수(역량강화)을 시행하였으며 초청 연수 종료 후 연수생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하고 분석한 결과 항로표지에 관한 전문지식이 향상되었고 연수에 대한 만족도도 높게 나타났다. 한국해양대학교는 지속적인 항로표지교육을 실시하여 주변 개도국의 해양안전과 해양경쟁력을 발전시키는데 이바지할 계획이다.

1990년대 비즈니스 리엔지니어링이 기업 내부의 핵심역량을 기반으로 고객과 연결되는 가치체인(value chain)을 설계하는 것이었다면, 21세기 E-비즈니스 시스템은 고객의 요구를 우선 분석하고, 이를 만족시키기 위해 인프라 및 프로세스 혁신에 기반한 내부 핵심역량을 최종 정의하는 가치체인을 설계하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 향후 기업간 전자상거래를 진일보 발전시키는 최적 대안으로 받아들여지고 있는 XML/ EDI의 구조와 특징을 이해하고, XML 기반 B-to-B 전자상거래 관련 표준과 구축모델을 살펴본 후, 컴포넌트식 시스템 구성에 입각하여 B-to-B 전자상거래 지원을 위한 XML/ EDI 시스템 모형을 설계한다.

기업들 간의 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 기업들은 최종 제품뿐만 아니라 최종 제품을 생산하는 프로세스에 대한 효율에 관심을 갖기 시작하였다. 또한 기업들은 자사의 핵심 역량을 중심으로 기업 구조를 재편하고, 핵심 역량 이외의 부분은 아웃소싱을 맡기고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업은 다양한 파트너들과 비즈니스 프로세스를 공유하고, 결합 관계에 따라 유연하게 구성할 수 있어야 한다. 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 중요성을 일찍 깨닫고 많은 기업들이 프로세스 혁신 작업을 수행하였다. 몇몇 기업은 주목할만한 큰 성공을 거두었음에도 불구하고 기대했던 성과를 거두지 못한 체 많은 비용만 소모한 기업도 존재한다. 이와 같은 일들은 비즈니스 프로세스 디자인을 위한 방법에 대한 개선이 필요함을 시사한다. 하지만 대부분의 방법은 프로세스 디자인을 시각화하고, 평가하는데 중점을 둔 분석 도구의 기능에 편중되어 있으며, 여전히 프로세스의 실제 디자인을 지원하는 형식적인 모델링에 대한 연구는 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 모델링의 응용 분야로 기업 어플리케이션 통합으로 각광받고 있는 웹 서비스를 선택, 웹 서비스로 이루어진 프로세스의 최적화된 디자인을 지원하는 수리 모델을 제시하고자 한다.
