Empowerment Program Development and Effects for Internationally Married Women in Social Enterprises (사회적 기업에서 활동하는 결혼이주여성의 역량강화 프로그램 개발 및 효과)

  • This study is aimed to develop and apply the empowerment program for Internationally married women working in social enterprises. Empowerment program consisted of six main construct factors such as job or child, being acknowledged as a family member, enduring for economic work, developing myself, getting to know company culture, living a meaningful life for a korean. According to research analysis, self-identity, self-efficacy, coping ability and social problem solving has significant effects on the program. Based on the results of this study, some discussion and suggestions were proposed for the empowerment program for internationally married women in social enterprises.

The Effectiveness of Nursing Information Literacy Competency Enhancement Program on Evidence-Based Practice Competencies and Problem Solving Skills in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 간호정보활용역량 강화프로그램이 근거기반실무 역량과 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effectiveness (knowledge, attitude, skills of Evidence-Based Practice, and problem solving skills) of nursing information literacy competency enhancement program for nursing students. It is a pre-post design study carried out with a single group of 72 sophomores in a nursing college. Nursing information literacy competency enhancement program of 6 times (8 hours) was provided to nursing students. Our results have demonstrated that knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice, and problem solving skills were significantly higher in nursing students. In conclusion, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program was effective in promoting knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice and problem solving skills. Based on our results, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program can provide a basis for enhancing evidence-based nursing practice competencies and problem solving skills of nursing students.

Development and Application Effect of Entrepreneurship Education Program for Teachers (창업 교육 역량 강화 프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a training program for teachers to improve their entrepreneurial education competency for teenager entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve this objective, the training program was developed through a literature review and input from professionals. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the entrepreneurship program for teachers, teachers participated in the program and a satisfaction survey was conducted. Results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed teaching contents and methods for entrepreneurship education which included 4 hours of online education and 26 hours of off-line education, for a total of 30 hours. Second, for verifying the applicability to schools and its effects, the satisfaction of training was examined using 88 teachers that participated in the entrepreneurship education program. Results found the satisfaction level was rated 4.58 for the curriculum suitability and 4.67 for the effectiveness of class contents, indicating that teachers were very satisfied with the training program and contents.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop, apply, and test the effectiveness of integrated palliative care empowerment program for the clinical nurses caring the cancer patients. Methods: The subjects were selected by a convenience sampling method from the nurses working at two university hospitals in D city. The study targeted a total of 37 nurses, 17 for the experimental group and 20 for the control group. The integrated palliative care empowerment program was implemented once a week for seven weeks to the experimental group from October 5th to November 11th in 2016, and it was analyzed by using the program IBM SPSS Statistics version 19.0 for Windows. Result and Conclusion: The study proved that the integrated palliative care empowerment program was effective on improving the integrated palliative care, empathy capacity, and ethical climate of the nurses. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to develop an applicable program in collaboration of various health professions.

The Structural Relationship of Employment Capability Reinforcement Programs for Health-related College Students to Academic Achievement and the Adjustment to College Life (보건계열 대학생의 취업역량강화 프로그램이 대학생활 적응과 학업성취도에 미치는 구조적 관계)

  • The study conducted an employment capability reinforcement program targeting health-related college students, and then carried out positive analysis to find out how satisfaction affects adjustment to college life and academic achievement. An employment capability reinforcement program was conducted which targeted health related majors at a university located in Cheongbuk, and information on satisfaction, adjustment to college life, and academic achievement was collected through a self-administered questionnaire. The analysis results revealed that the higher the satisfaction for the employment capability reinforcement program, the better the adjustment to college life, while increased adjustment to college life affected academic achievement. Although the employment capability reinforcement program had no direct relationship of influence to academic achievement, the study shows that it does lead to increased academic achievement by way of adjustment to college life, which ends up as a positive affect for future employment. Therefore, active efforts are necessary to revitalize employment related programs that suit the characteristics of each department in order to establish an environment for revitalizing employment and increasing adjustment to college life.

  • 최근 수질오염원 중에서 비점오염원의 영향 높아지고 있다. 특히, 농경활동에서 유래되는 비점오염원이 공공수역의 수질에 미치는 영향이 증가하고 있다. 농경지에서 배출되는 비점오염원은 관리대상 면적이 넓어 비점오염 배출을 저감하기 위해서는 사전예방적 차원에서 접근이 필요하다. 하지만, 비점오염원에 대한 농업인과 주민들의 인식 부족으로 인하여 관리에 많은 어려움이 있다. 근래에 농업 비점오염원 저감을 위한 노력으로 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 사회 문화적 접근이 병행되어야 한다는 점이 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업 비점오염원 관리를 위한 사회문화적인 접근 방법으로서 전형적인 한국의 농촌 마을에서 농업 비점오염원에 대한 인지도 향상과 자발적 저감활동 실천 참여를 유도하기 위하여 개발된 역량강화 교육프로그램이 교육 대상자인 농업인, 주민, 마을지도자의 인식변화에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 역량강화 프로그램은 농업인과 지역주민, 마을리더의 인문사회적 특성을 고려하여 공통과정과 맞춤형 과정으로 구성하였다. 농업인은 농업비점오염 저감에 적용할 수 있는 시비관리와 배수 물고관리, 영농폐기물 관리, 친환경농업에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 마을주민은 고령화된 여성의 비율이 높은 것을 고려하여 분리수거, 쓰레기 문단투기 및 소각, 마을 미래상과 환경실천에 대해서 교육하였다. 마을리더에게는 공동체 활성화 리더쉽, 주체적 주민참여, 갈등관리에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 공통적으로는 비점오염원과 농업 비점오염원의 정의와 유형, 마을환경관리 실천활동, 친환경농업 선진지 견학으로 구성하였다. 교육프로그램은 2년 동안 진행되었으며 마을별로 방문하여 진행하였다. 농촌 마을에서 농업비점오염원 역량강화 교육 프로그램의 효과는 다음과 같다. 교육 전의 소극적 참여의사에서 적극적인 활동 참여로 발전하였으며, 비점오염원에 대한 인식 및 관리 필요성에 대한 인식이 개선되었다. 농업 비점오염원 보다는 일반적인 비점오염에 대한 인지효과가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 농촌지역에서 농업비점에 대한 인식 변화가 저감활동 실천으로까지 이루어지는 가시적 효과를 거두기 위해서는 장기간이 소요됨을 시사하였다.

Development of Peer-Leadership Program focused on Recovery of People with Mental Illness (정신장애인 회복에 초점을 둔 당사자 리더십 프로그램 개발 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and explore the effectiveness of a peer-leadership program on the recovery of people with mental illness. To develop the program, a literature review and an analysis of developed programs were performed.Brown's recovery framework was applied, including an understanding of mental illness, self-leadership, empowerment, and self-directed action plans. A program was developed (6 sessions over 3 days) including peer-led activities, disability awareness and perception, and recovery action plans. The program consisted of education, understanding, planning, and implementation. Its focus was on recovery-oriented activities for empowering people with mental illness. Twenty people with mental illness and using mental rehabilitation centers participated in the program. Four scales (i.e., stigma, empowerment, leadership, and disability awareness) were used for the pre-post analysis. The study results showed statistically significant differences in the participants' levels of stigma (p< .05), empowerment (p < .05), leadership (p< .01), and disability awareness (p< .05) after completing the program. These findings suggest that the peer-leadership program is a recovery program that includes increased understanding of mental illness, empowerment, and leadership capability. Discussions and suggestions were provided for a future study based on the results.

  • 최근 다양한 tv프로그램과 문화생활로 인하여 다양한 방면에서 역량을 지닌 '창의 융합형 인재'가 떠오르고 있다. 거기에다가 21세기 사회에 접어들면서 정보 기술의 관심도 높아지고 있으며, 2015 정보과 교육과정이 그 증거를 말해 주고 있다. 그리하여, 본 연구에서는 창의 및 융합형 인재를 양성하겠다는 목표를 달성하기 위하여 교육용 정보역량강화 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. 여기서 사용하는 게임 엔진은 최근에 떠오르고 있는 '유니티'를 사용할 것이며, 교수설계모형의 기초인 ADDIE 교수설계모형을 적용하여 더욱더 효과적인 교육용 정보역량강화 프로그램을 제작하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 산복도로 르네상스사업의 1~4차 년도 사업지의 거점시설을 사용하는 운영자를 대상으로 한 설문조사자료와 분석의 틀을 통해 주민역량강화사업의 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과, 주민역량강화사업에도 불구하고 거점시설들의 운영은 원활하지 못한 것으로 판단된다. 앞으로 남은 기간 사업들의 실효적인 운영을 위해서는 주민역량강화를 위한 프로그램이 사업기간 전반에 걸쳐 지속적으로 배분하여야 한다.
