Providing Quality-of-Service(QoS) guarantee requires the reservation of resource needed to accommodate the traffic flow of service for which resource reservation protocol(RSVP) was introduced. However, if any RSVP-capable router on the path fails to accommodate the traffic flow due to lack of resource, the flow is not allowed no matter how much surplus resources other routers on the path have. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a resource reservation method that can adjust adaptively the delay budget of traffic flow allocated to each RSVP-capable router in which the router uses the recently developed general-time fair queuing scheduler. The results of the simulation applying the proposed method to an evaluation network show that it may yield the gain of up to 90% compared to that in the original one in terms of the number of admitted flows.

'양손잡이 조직(Organizational Ambidexterity)'은 새로운 기회를 찾고 위험을 감수하며, 신제품이나 신사업을 개발해 가는 탐색(Exploration) 역량과, 최소한의 리스크와 보유한 자원을 토대로 기존 제품이나 서비스를 중심으로 효율성을 높이는 활용(Exploitation)적 혁신을 동시에 추구하는 조직의 능력으로 경영자들이 비즈니스 환경의 난기류와 다차원성에 대처하도록 권고하는 개념들 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 스타트업의 양손잡이 역량 균형이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 기반으로 양손잡이 역량이 실제 스타트업에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 지를 조사하는데 목적으로 하고 있다. 따라서 탐색(Exploration)과 활용(Exploitation)의 적절한 균형(Balance)을 중심으로 기업성과에 미치는 영향과 더불어 환경적 동태성(Environmental Dynamics)의 조절효과에 대하여 알아보고 분석하였다. 실제로 선행 연구를 통해 탐색(Exploration)과 활용(Exploitation)에 모두 관여하는 양손잡이 기업들이 하나에 집중하는 기업보다 우수한 성과를 달성할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 탐색(Exploration)과 활용(Exploitation)의 적절한 균형(Balance)을 유지하는 것이 생존과 번영을 위해 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 자원이 부족한 스타트업의 경우 부족한 자원을 효과적으로 활용하고 양방향으로 행동할 수 있는 능력은 경영 능력과 역량에 달려 있기 때문에 지속적인 생존을 위해 탐색과 활용의 균형을 맞추고 효과적인 조직을 구축해 양손잡이 조직으로 거듭나야만 한다. 양손잡이 조직에 대한 연구 이론은 보통 여유 자원이 높은 대기업을 기준으로 정의되고 있으며, 상대적으로 여유 자원의 수준이 낮은 중소기업이나 스타트업을 위한 양손잡이 조직의 의미와 이러한 기업들이 추구할 수 있는 현실적인 실행방안에 대해서는 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 실제 스타트업 기업의 성장을 위한 전략적 방향 설정을 제시할 수 있으며, 급격하게 변화하는 시장에서 스타트업의 양손잡이 역량과 기업성과 영향 관계를 분석하여 학술적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This is the study on users' perception gap about the effects of leisure space development of the Han River Citizen Park according to leisure constraints and was to identify leisure constraints expressed when using Han River Citizen Park and identify perception on positive and negative impacts according to use behavior characteristics of Han River Citizen Park and leisure space development. In order to compare and analyze the perception gap about the leisure space development of Han River Citizen Park users according to leisure constraints, we classified information and resources, economic affordability, free time on leisure activities in Han River Citizen Park into high influence group and low influence group and did an in-depth analysis. The results are as follows. First, Han River Citizen Park has the nature of neighborhood use with little influence on leisure constraints such as jogging and marathon, biking etc. including walking and relaxation and was a place to visit for simple exercises. Second, in the effects according to leisure space development of Han River Citizen Park, affordable leisure activity costs and ease of access were evaluated the most highly and congestion due to increasing users, increase in administrative operating budget and management personnel were concerned the most. Third, the leisure constraints in Han River Citizen Park were affected in the order of free time, economic affordability, information and resources. There were also perception gaps in congestion due to an increase in administrative operating budget and management personnel, increase in users including improvement of various leisure opportunities and leisure levels, encouragement of pride and attachment for Han river, affordable leisure activity costs depending on the degree of the influence of leisure constraints. Therefore, this study can be said to have the meaning in that we could identify leisure constraints affecting Han River Citizen Park users and resulting perception in leisure space development and revealed that the degree of the influence of leisure constraints varies in the use behavior of leisure space development of Han River Citizen Park and perception of positive and negative development impact. In addition, in order to resolve leisure complaints according to leisure constraints, we studied the need of accompaniment of leisure space operation and management system, development of various customized programs, introduction of recreational space and facilities prioritizing public interest rather than private interest with public relations and information delivery about leisure space of Han River Citizen Park.

New product preannouncement through global supply chain management and international strategic alliances is a critical issue for firm's survive and gaining the competitive advantage in the global smart-phone market. To identify the impact of exploration alliance and exploitation alliance on the short-term's Firm Performance, respectively, This study implemented the event study and the cross sectional regression analysis, focusing on the case of Galaxy Note series. Research results identified that new technologies by exploration alliance and the existing technologies through exploitation alliance have a positive effect on the short-term's performance of vendors related. Furthermore, information for the new products showed higher the excess earning rate than information related to the existing technologies. This implies the firms that provides new technologies have a stronger innovative ability than the companies serving the existing technologies, recognizing as a positive signal in the market. Finally, this study implicates that new technologies by exploration alliance enhances innovative abilities from new product preannouncement, and is a critical variable that can determines whether to survive in the market.

인간은 누구를 막론하고 미지의 지역에 대한 동경과 아울러 그 지역을 방문해 보고자 하는 기본적인 심리를 가지고 있다. 특히 경제적 여유가 신장되고 관광에 대한 일반의 관심이 대단히 높아지면서 우리 주변에 산재하고 있는 관장자원들에 대해 관심을 가지게 된다. 지속적으로 늘어나는 관광객들 개개인의 서로 다른 욕구와 취향, 또는 외부적 여건으로 인한 지각(Perception)의 결과 관광 환경에 대한 상이한 Image가 형성될 것이며, 이는 곧 관광 주체로 하여금 관광지를 선택하게 하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 하게 될 것이다. 관광지리학 분야에서의 관광자원 또는 Wildness에 대한 인지행동론적 연구는 1960년대의 주관적 환경을 강조하는 행태지리학에서 시작되었으며 관광 목적지에 대한 지각, 인지, Mental Map, 관광행태 등을 포함하고 있다. 이러한 연구들은 대부분 계량적이고 실증적인 시대의 전형적인 산물로서 관광객들의 직접적인 관광형태로 나타나게 하는 의사결정 과정을 중시하는 것이다. 일반적으로 환경에 대한 인지는 과거에 개인의 경험과 현재의 다양한 주변 여건에 의해 크게 달라질 수 있다. 오늘날 인지행태론적 연구는 관광지리학 뿐만 아니라 심리학, 사회학, 인류학 등 사회과학 전반에 걸쳐 연구가 활발하게 이루어 지고 있다. 따라서 본 논고에서는 관광지 및 관광자원에 대한 국내외의 인지행태론적 연구를 검토해 보고 이러한 연구에 많이 이용되고 있는 MDS 분석법을 살펴 보고자 한다.

비디오 스트링의 표준이라 할 수 있는 MPEG은 데이터 발생량의 변화가 심한 군집성(bursty) 트래픽으로 망의 대역폭을 효율적으로 사용하는 전송방식을 구현하기가 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 최소한의 품질을 보장하면서도 망 자원의 효율적 이용을 위하여 2계층 구조의 새로운 대역폭 할당 기법을 제안하였다. 사용자에게 최소한의 품질을 보장하면서 망에 대역폭의 여유가 있는 경우 보다 고품질의 서비스가 가능토록 하는 방안으로 ATM망의 CBR 클래스와 VBR 클래스를 복합적으로 사용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이의 구현을 위하여 2계층 구조의 MPEG 부호화기를 설계하였고 모의실험으로 기존의 단일 계층 CBR 클래스와 비교 평가하였다.

The purpose of the phenomenological study was to explore the meaning of volunteer activity according to workers' perception. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research, the seven workers with volunteer experiences were asked a question, "What do volunteer activities means to them?" Data was collected through in-depth interview, recoded videotapes. In addition, the data was analyzed by a Colaizzi's content analysis. The findings showed that workers' volunteer activities were identified as 18 themes and 6 categories. The six categories consist of 'initiating an action', 'being close to people in need', 'experiencing the difficulties of the people in need', 'increase of awareness of fellowship', 'increase of stability at work', 'self-growth'. The meaning of workers' volunteer activity was defined as a process to get to know their neighbor within their social boundaries, and to gradually change their life. Additionally, the findings are also expected to help understand worker's volunteer activity, and to promote the quality of human resources in the social welfare areas.

CAC (Call Admission Control) schemes for different service class are studied in many Papers. A novel priority CAC algorithm, which gives priority to a same class call according to the total resource requirements is proposed and analyzed in this paper. The proposed algorithm provides a priority according to the total resource requirements other than only in a base station. If there are efficient residual resources in the system, it will accept all new calls. Otherwise, it will selectively accept these new calls according to the total resource requirements. The results show that the proposed algorithm provides better call blocking probability, outage probability and throughput than the conventional algorithm.

The purpose of this study was to define the relationship between respondents' social economic condition and willingness to pay on forest landscape. From the result of analyzing the difference of willingness to pay amount with considering social economic condition by using statistical technique, it was found that willingness to pay amount was highest when people are able to access forests landscape. In addition, it was found that women's willingness to pay amount was higher than that of men and the person such as laborer and public employee, who could spare enough time, had the intention to pay higher amount, than the person such as specialist and self-employed person, who spare enough money. For age, it was found that the retired people in their sixties showed low willingness to pay amount on forest scenery. For income per household, it was interesting that although willingness to pay amount increased as income increased, it was rather low in high income class, whose income was more than KRW 10 million.

Based on the previous studies that argued Brand Personality Scale(BPS) developed by J.Aaker(1997), the results are not shown very suitable for all cases. Authors found out more suitable Brand personality Scale for Marine Tourism Destination. This study then is to verify a newly developed Marine Tourism Destination BPS, to apply the multiple regression to BPS and images for Haeundae, and then to confirm the relationship between a newly developed BPS and Images proven in the previous study.
