이 연구의 목적은 사회.문화적 관점에서 한.미 여성의 이상적인 미, 바디이미지, 그리고 외모행동을 비교조사 하는데 있다. Open-Ended Questions에 의한 연구 결과, 이상적인 미로 미국여성이 \"키크고 마른 신체 매력성\"을 추구한 반면, 한국여성은 \"내적인 미\"와 \"서구적인 신체 매력성\"을 추구하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상적인 미를 추구하기 위해 미국여성은 주로 신체의 하체부분, 한국여성은 얼굴부분을 많이 가꾸고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 외모행동으로는 한국여성은 화장이나 피부관리 등에, 미국여성은 excercise나 다이어트 등을 많이 하고 있었다. 사회.문화적 이상적인 미에 비교해 볼 때 두 집단 모두 자신의 외모에 대해 만족하지 못하는 편으로 나타났다. 또한 두 나라 집단의 여성들은 각 나라마다 사회.문화적 이상적인 미가 각각 존재해야 함에도 불구하고 현재에는 이상적 미의 기준이 문화에 관계없이 동일한 편이라고 응답을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 사회.문화적 집단주의와 개인주의 개념을 토대로 이러한 연구결과들이 논의되어 진다.주의 개념을 토대로 이러한 연구결과들이 논의되어 진다.

본 논문의 연구 목적은 여성 창업활동에 영향을 미치는 여성창업가의 특성 요인을 다면적, 실증적으로 연구를 실시하여 도출하고, 이를 통해 지속가능한 여성창업의 활성화를 위한 이론적·실무적 인사이트를 제시하여 경쟁력 있는 여성 창업기업의 발굴 및 육성에 대한 제언을 궁극적으로 함에 있다. 이를 위해 여성창업활성화를 여성창업가의 특성과 역량을 파악하고자 심층 인터뷰를 토대로 탐색연구를 실시하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 8명의 여성창업가를 대상으로 한 심층 인터뷰를 통해서 창업태도(독립욕구, 개발욕구, 호의적여건), 창업진입률, 창업동기, 창업활동과 제약조건 등에 관한 주요 내용을 분석해 보았다. 연구의 독창성과 연구적 가치를 위해 여성 기업가, 창업가 8명을 심층인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 여성창업가의 보편적 특성을 객관적으로 확인코자 남성창업가 8명을 비교집단으로 심층인터뷰 진행하였다. 이를 통해 고성장, 고부가가치를 창출하는 벤처 창업생태계에서 수적 열세를 보이고 있는 여성의 창업활동 참여와 활성화를 위한 이론적, 실무적 인사이트를 제공하고자 한다.

국내 모바일 게임 시장에서 여성 유저가 차지하고 있는 비율 및 소비 규모는 점점 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 국내 게임 시장에는 이러한 여성 유저의 마음을 잡을 수 있는 게임의 폭이 좁을 뿐만 아니라 그에 대한 분석이 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 여성향 게임 시장의 확대 가능성이 있다는 가정 하에 한국보다 앞서 큰 시장을 이루고 있는 일본 여성향 게임의 특징을 분석하고 그를 토대로 한국 여성향 게임에 적용할 수 있는 성공 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 의학의 발달로 인해 기대수명이 길어지면서 중년기의 중요성은 현대에 와서 더욱 높아지고 있다. 현대사회의 중년은 이전보다 다양한 형태의 모습으로 살아가고 있고 이에 따른 많은 어려움을 겪으며 살아가고 있다. 특히 중년기 여성은 폐경기와 갱년기를 거치며 신체적·심리적 변화를 겪게 되고 자녀의 독립과 부모의 사망 등 사회적 변화를 경험하게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 중년기 여성의 심리적 안녕감을 위한 상담, 치료의 기초자료 제공 및 프로그램 개발에 필요한 사전연구로서 중년기 성인의 마음챙김과 삶의 의미가 심리적 안녕감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하려 한다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 중년기 여성의 심리적 안녕감을 높이고, 중년기의 어려움을 건강하게 극복하기 위한 해결방안을 모색하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기를 포함하여 전국에 거주하는 만 40세~64세의 중년기 여성이다. 이를 위해 중년기 여성 700명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 28.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석하려 한다.

The purpose of current study is to investigate university students' attitudes toward prostitutes and factors affecting their attitudes. Based on previous research, age, grade, major, gender, religion, religious faith, watching pornography, prostitution experience, empathy level, anti-prostitution/anti-rape /human right education and gender equality level were constructed as independent variables. Using self-administered survey method, 502 students participated in survey. Research results indicated that average of respondents' attitudes toward prostitutes 4.19 was higher than median value(3). Results of multiple regression revealed that a male student, a social welfare and theology major student, a respondent with lower social-economic status, a respondent with higher level of empathy, and gender equality is more likely to demonstrate more supportive and positive attitude toward prostitute. Based on research results, developing programs aimed at enhancing empathy and gender equality, and implementing character education and prostitution/sexual violence prevention program were provided as policy implications.

This study is to examine moderating effects of income and mediating effects of health related quality of life in the relationship between depression experience and suicidal behavior among menopausal middle-aged women in Korea. This study employed 1,182 middle-aged women aged 40 to 60 of the third year (2015) data from the 6th Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES VI). The results are that first, depression experience were significantly associated with suicidal behavior. Secondly, health related quality of life appeared to mediate the relationship between depression experience and suicidal behavior. Thirdly, income was significantly moderated the relationship between depression experience and suicidal behavior in relatively low income group below average income after controlling for mediating effects of health related quality of life. These results showed that there is a need to enhance health policy for mental health care in middle-aged women and to expand intervention program for improvement of health related quality of life, and especially, intervention for improving mental health of low-income group.

Female tollgate workers are known to be the most highly exposed to job stress in the service industry. However, there have been few studies on female tollgate workers. This study was thus performed to verify the mediator effect of work-family conflicts in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention of female tollgate workers. A survey was carried out in May, 2016, and the final data were obtained from 183 female tollgate workers by quota sampling. The major result was that their job stress significantly influenced on turnover intention, and work-family conflicts between the two variables were partially mediated. On the basis of the outcomes, first, further studies are needed to develop customized supporting programs for the female tollgate workers; second, internal efforts, such as psychological and social support programs such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), should be launched for the workers at the enterprise level; third, national attention must be paid to improve the work environments of female tollgate workers.

The purpose of this study is to identify the moderating effect of social support between daily life stress and suicidal ideation of North Korean refugee women in South Korea. We survey with self-report questionnaires for 156 refugee women, conduct descriptive and regression analysis. As results, (1) almost half of the surveyed experience suicidal ideation in a year, (2) daily life stress affects suicidal ideation controlling with depression, PTSD, alcohol use, income, and age, (3) social support which North Korea refugee women perceive buffers the relationship between life stress and suicidal ideation. From these results, implications are suggested. Gender cognitive policies are needed in North Korea refugees in South Korea. Also, community mental health services and sustainable community program for North Korea refugee women are important to prevent their suicidal attempts.
