본 연구는 문헌고찰, 기존의 관련 교육프로그램 분석 그리고 여성농업인들을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사와 면접 결과를 기초로 하여 여성농업인들의 자아성장에 도움이 되는 교육프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 여성농업인들에게 자아성장을 위한 교육의 필요한 이유를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여성농업인들은 도시에 사는 여성들에 비해 전반적으로 자아의식이 낮으며 부정적이다. 둘째, 여성농업인들은 자기를 돌아볼 시간적 여유를 갖지 못한다는 것이다. 가사와 농업 그리고 자녀양육 둥에 많은 시간을 보내기 때문에 자신이 누구인가를 생각해 볼 여유가 없다. 셋째, 성인기는 많은 위기를 경험하는 시기인데 여성농업인들은 위기상황이 왔을 때 그것을 극복할 전략을 모르기 때문에 어려움을 주게 되고 결국 부정적 자아개념을 갖게 된다. 넷째, 미래의 자기에 대한 구체적 계획이 없어 미래의 자아상을 갖지 못하고 자신의 삶에 소극적이 된다. 프로그램 개발을 위해 관련문헌을 고찰하였으며 기존 교육 프로그램들을 분석하였다. 그리고 여성농업인들이 자아의식과 관련해서 가지고 있는 문제점이 무엇인지를 구체적으로 분석하기 위해서 설문조사와 면접을 실시하였다. 1차적으로 개발된 프로그램은 농업인 교육 담당자 및 전문가들을 초청하여 프로그램 수정, 보완에 관한 자문을 구하였다. 최종단계로 여성농업인을 대상으로 프로그램을 적용하여 타당성과 효과성을 검증 받았고 피드백 결과를 기초로 프로그램을 확정하였다.

The purpose of the present study is to explore the career development barriers of female doctoral degree holders in education. The study occupied in-depth interview with 42 female doctoral degree holders in education. The results were as followed; First, academic advisor highly influenced the career development female doctoral degree holders through their academic activities. Second, they had experiences regarding glass ceiling effect in workplace. Third, marriage was a critical issue for both of the married and single female doctoral degree holders. Fourth, family and relatives' support positively impact on their career will, and also their strong career goal was beneficial way to break their career barriers. Also, the study suggested contextural factor was very significant on career behavior of female doctoral degree holders. Therefore, policy maker, scholars, and students should have strong attention to female students' career guidance and development in various way. The results of the study discussed in relation to the existing literature, with reference to women's career development and career barriers, and then implication for the future research were suggested.

The social participation and economic position of the woman come to be high, they are rising to the market as a core consumer and trend inventor leading the fashion. So that, we have to recognize the woman with one axis of product development, it is necessary to the product development and the strategy which it will put woman oriented sensibility in product design. From this research, it reviews the backgrounds from social culture and the economic marketing sides through the digital product recently, it analyzed the features of woman characteristic designs which is embossed the product. Also it connected actual product development, it developed a woman oriented sensibility audio which reflected a woman's consuming trend, life style and the preference product style. It proposed the necessity of woman oriented product development ultimately and researched the product design strategy for the reflection of woman sensibility.

최근 각 이동통신사에서 자체적인 통합 UI를 개발하여 각 단말기 제조사의 UI 통합을 시도하고 있다. 이 UI 통합의 시도는 기업의 입장에서는 기업 정체성을 높이고 타 통신사와의 차별을 갖게 할 수 있고 사용자 입장에서는 현재 사용중인 단말기를 다른 단말기 제조사 제품으로 교체할 때 서로 다른 메뉴 구성이나 버튼 방식으로 인해 겪게 되는 불편을 해소해 주는 역할을 한다. 그러나 UI를 일괄적으로 통일한다는 것은 한편으로 개인과 집단의 감성이 무시되고 특정 타겟 단말기의 특성을 잘 표현하지 못하는 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성들이 선호하는 메뉴 아이콘을 조사 분석함으로써, 여성 타겟으로 출시되는 단말기 아이콘이 일관된 UI가 아닌 여성이 선호하는 감성 아이콘이 될 수 있도록 메타포를 제안하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 서울에 사는 18~35세 여성 40명을 대상으로 이동통신사 (S 사) 표준 UI 아이콘과 제조사별 아이콘 샘플을 추출하여 여성이 선호하는 휴대폰 단말기 아이콘을 선정하고 그 아이콘에 대하여 이미지 형용사 언어를 밝혀내도록 하였다. 이렇게 조사된 여성들이 선호하는 아이콘 및 이미지 형용사는 향후 여성 타겟 단말기 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This paper is a study on the "Development of Assessment Index for Women's Entrepreneurship support programs." This research highlights the absence of specific assessment indicators for selecting women-led enterprises in women's entrepreneurship support programs, thereby illuminating the limitations of current evaluation methods. It emphasizes the necessity for effective indicators to more successfully select women entrepreneurs and enterprises. The study derives numerous success factors for women's entrepreneurial ventures from prior research and develops a more likely to succeed assessment index for women-led enterprises using the Delphi methodology and collaboration with expert panels. The result is a new assessment index reflecting the characteristics of women entrepreneurs, expected to overcome the limitations of existing selection methods and contribute to enhancing social support and policy development for women-led enterprises.

As part of development research of a gender-neutral mathematics program, this paper provides a discussion of the fearures of the developed mathematics program. Based on the theory of feminist pedagogy and critical theories about women' ways of knowing, this mathematics program for girls pursues the mathematical empowerment of girls. Specifically, this mathematics program facilitates girls' awareness of their mathematical potentials, encourage them to position women at a center of mathematics in order for th equity in mathematics education. For the purpose, this program emphasizes constructive learning through girls' active participation. Thus, the instructions will value girls' own cognitive resources such as their experiential knowledge and ways of mathematical justification and provide an environment to support the growth of girls' own mathematical potential. This developmental research will be furthered to the systematic program evaluation to extend this program to support the equity for the marginalized poppulations as well as girls in mathematics education.

게임 개발 방향은 주로 많은 비중을 차지하는 10대 및 20대의 남성을 대상으로 이루어져왔다. 그러나 최근 여성게이머의 증가와 여성을 대상으로 하는 게임의 등장 등 게임소비자의 구성이 다변화되어가고 있다. 이러한 상황에 비해, 게임이용자에 대한 연구나 실태조사는 성별간의 차이를 감안하여 분석한 사례가 매우 드물고, 이와 함께 새로이 유입되어 증가 추세에 있는 여성 게이머들이 선호하는 게임 개발은 여전히 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 게임장르별 게임이용 방식 및 선호에 대한 견해를 남성과 여성으로 구분하여 살펴보고, 더 나아가 남성과 여성 각각의 주요 게임장르별 이용방식 및 견해의 차이를 분석함으로써, 게임콘텐츠의 개발 방향이 타겟이 되는 소비자의 성별에 차별적인 요인을 감안하는 것이 필요함을 보여주고자 하였다. 특히 각 장르별로 선호하는 게임 요소에도 차이를 보이고 있어 보다 세분화된 콘텐츠 구성방식에 대한 고민이 요구된다.

본 논문은 노인용 실버제품 개발을 위하여 70~84세 노년 여성을 대상으로 3차원 측정 손 관련 치수를 분석하고, 노년 여성의 손을 유형화하여 그 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 노인용 실버제품 개발에 필요한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 노년 여성의 손 구성 요인은 손과 손가락 수평 요인, 손 수직 요인, 새끼손가락 굵기 요인, 손가락 길이 요인 등이 추출되었다. 노년 여성의 손은 3개 유형으로 분류되었다. 긴 손 길고 가는 손가락 유형, 굵고 긴 손가락 두꺼운 손 유형, 짧은 손과 손가락 굵은 새끼손가락 유형으로 나뉘어졌다. 연령이 높아질수록 손가락 마디가 굵어지고 손의 크기가 커지는 것으로 알려졌으나 80대가 되면 다시 손이 가늘어지는 변화가 나타났다. 70대까지는 연령이 증가함에 따라 손가락도 굵어지는 현상이 나타났다.
