The purpose of this study was to develop an indicator for the selection of urban regeneration areas through an analytical network process. Therefore, this study derived five criteria and 58 indicators based on previous studies. Five criteria and 16 indicators were derived by taking into account the region and city characteristics of Gong-ju. Next, a survey from 63 urban regeneration experts was performed. The weight values of the criteria were calculated using the super decisions 2.0 program. As a result, population characteristics (0.244) was the most important criteria, followed by the industry economy (0.218), condition of promotion policy (0.193), social culture (0.188), and physical environment (0.158). These results will be used to select potential urban regeneration areas, and will contribute to overall effective urban regeneration.

As international mobility of the high-caliber manpower increases, recruitment of the brain from overseas becomes a critical factor in determining national innovation capacity. This paper reviewed the theories of reverse brain drain, summarized the factors for recruitment of the brain from abroad, and empirically analyzed priority of the factors through the survey on overseas scientists from Vietnam, using conjoint analysis. The results of the analysis shows that high-level salaries, proper research environments, and environment for child education were the important factors. Factors such as scientists respect culture and career development opportunities are not considered important. This paper shows that the exceptionally higher salary should be paid and it also indicates that the policy determination from Vietnam government should be made accordingly.

휴전일정은 매월 월간단위로 처리된다. 요청건수는 월간 500여건에 이르며, 그 중 휴전시 계통의 안정적 운영에 크게 영향을 미칠 수 있는 765kV, 345kV급 설비의 휴전 건수도 200여건에 이른다. 요청된 설비의 휴전일정을 계통의 안정도에 미치는 영향을 최소화하여 일정을 조정해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자동화되고 체계적인 휴전일정 검토를 위한 프로그램개발에 대해서 기술한다. 먼저 휴전일정 검토절차를 분석하여 요구사항을 분석하고, 이러한 정보를 효과적으로 저장하기 위한 DB설계방법을 기술하였으며, 일정 검토자가 편리하고 효율적으로 일정을 검토할 수 있도록 사용자 화면을 개발하였다.

본 논문에서는 효율적인 CIM 구축을 위해 필요로 하는 표준항목과, 이에 관련된 국제표준동향, 국내의 표준화 여건에 대해 요약하고, 설문조사를 통한 국내전문가 의견 수렴결과를 취합하였다. 설문의 조사내용은 CIM이 아직 보편화도지 않은 상항을 고려하여 FA기기 및 요소기술을 중심으로 작성하였으나, 설문결과의 분석은 시스템통합이란 관점에서 분석하여 국가적으로 시급히 추진해야 할 표준항목을 도출하였으며, 국내 여건을 고려한 표준화 추진방안을 고찰하였다.

Recently, Interest in the riding of bicycles increased, but existing researches on the effect of bicycle facilities and the supply analysis and evaluation bike analysis of the importance of the item is most fulfilling. Those do not reflect characteristics of the region and the current satisfaction on the riding of bicycles. Therefore, this research will classify Gu Dong of Busan into good region, possible region and difficult region on the riding of bicycles to reflect characteristics of bicycles with the non-power and characteristics of riders with the main purpose of the exercise. Maintenance of bicycles classified according to the region will be decided to the Line-to-Line maintenance as to connect the main point of regions and to the Point-to-Point as to link the main point within region. Then, step-by-step bicycles activation of Busan differentiated by region offers. Also, Survey on Gangseo-Gu, Sasang-Gu, Gijang-Gun with good bicycle conditions and Busan-Jin-Gu with the best maintenance effect will be about the bicycle. The structure model of consciousness-based on the use of bicycles will be made by using Survey results and considering the region characteristics. This structure model will show a correlation of the current satisfaction, the bicycle-related facilities maintenance policy needs, region characteristics and the next intends to riding the bicycle.

In this paper, we analyzed the impacts of road traffic conditions and speed limit changes on traffic flow and safety. Travel speed and moving speed were set as traffic flow indicators and'moving speed-travel speed',speed deviation, large speed deviation ratio, and number of conflicts were set as safety indicators, and the impacts of changes in road traffic conditions and speed limits on these were analyzed. According to the analysis results, the speed limit had a significant impacts on the traffic indicators, but did not significantly affect the safety indicators. As a result of the statistical validity test, it was proven that the traffic flow index increases as the speed limit increases. However, although safety indicators often increase, their validity has not been proven statistically. Therefore, if the speed limit is set and operated by properly considering the traffic flow status according to various road conditions and changes in traffic volume, it can be said to match the speed at which drivers drive and improve traffic flow and safety. Therefore, it is expected that calculating the speed limit considering the traffic flow indicators and safety indicators presented in this paper and operating the speed limit according to changes in traffic volume will contribute to stabilizing the traffic flow on the road.

현재 이공계 고급인력의 경력이동은 매우 기형적인 패턴이다. 연구인력과 연구시설의 불균형이 심각하다. 본 연구는 고급인력의 경력이동과 관련된 문제점과 그에 따른 연구여건의 변화의 실태를 분석했다. 실태분석에 나타난 결과를 바탕으로 고급인력의 유동성을 국가적으로 최적화할 수 있는 정책방향을 틀을 제시하였다.
