근래 우리나라에서도 평균수명이 길어져 노동의욕이 있는 중고령자가 증가하는 한편, 출산율이저 하되어 젊은 근로자의 수가 감소되고 있다. 통계청의 인구통계과의 추계에 의하면 2000년에는 60세 이 상이 총인구에 점하는 비율이 10.7%, 65세 이상은 6.8%가 되고, 2020년에는 60세 이상이 19.5%, 65세 이 상도 12.5%에 도달한다는 것이다. 인구노령화로 인한 고령화 사회에 대한 준비를 서둘러야 할 때라고 생각된다. 또 고령화 사회로 되면 젊은 연령층의 경제적 부담이 증가되므로 중고령자의 노동인구를 이대 로 방치해 두는 것은 국가적으로나 사회복지적으로나 불경제라고 할 수 있다. 그런데, 문제가 되는 것은, 중고령자를 취업시키는 것이 오히려 사회의 생산성을 저하시키거나 경제적으로 불리하게 되어서는 안되는 것과 중고령노동자 자신의 안전을 확보해야 하는 것이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 고용에 있어 서 어떠한 점에서 중고령노동자에게 특징과 문제가 있는가를 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 고령자는 청년자 보다 노동능력이 떨어지는 특징과 문제가 있는가를 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 고령자는 청년자 보다 노동능력이 떨어지는 경향이 있지만 개인차도 크고 고령자 중에는 청년자의 기능에 비교해도 뒤떨어지지 않는 자도 있다. 연령만으로 노동능력을 판정하는 것은 적절한 방법이라고 할 수 없다. 문헌에 의하면 역연령(chornological age)이 25세의 경우, 생리적 연령은 23세에서 27세로 4년 차이가 있다고 한다. 이러한 생리적 연령의 차이는 역연령이 더해감에 따라서 점차 크게 되어 역연령이 45세에서는 12년, 80세 에서는 20년이나 된다는 것이다. 이것은 인간에 있어서 시간적 경과를 나타내는 역연령 이외에 신체적 기능연령(functional age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.

This study describes predictive factors for elderly suicidal ideation by analyzing the survey data from 359 people who were over 65 years old in Daegu, Korea. The mean score of social support(3.35), self-esteem(3.38), depression(8.64) and suicidal ideation(1.65) of elderly residence. Social support, self-esteem and suicidal ideation had negative correlation. Depression and suicidal ideation had positive correlation. Suicidal ideation was significantly different according to age, education, spouse, living arrangement, type of medical guarantee, pocket money, past job, leisure(time), health status, number of chronic disease, smoking. Others support, self-esteem, pocket money, education, age were influencing factors of suicidal ideation(48.2%). Among them, 41.8% of others support was.

The preliminary study for providing the relationship of the factors which are climate and the pteridophyta was carried out. Dormancy form and leaf phenology of the 321 taxa belonging to 27 families were analyzed. This survey shows life-form spectrum of Korean ferns. The results obtained from this study were as follows: Deciduous (d), Evergreen (e) and Summer-deciduous (sd) were calculated as 37.4%, 59.2%, 1.9%, respectively and the Evergreen (e) has the highest value compared to the other leaf phenologies. It observed from the life-form spectra that Hemicryptophytes (H) was the most common dormancy form at 42.1%. Geophytes (G), Epiphytes (E) and Chamaephytes (Ch) were calculated at 25.5%, 15.9%, and 11.8%, respectively. There will be a discussion about geographical distribution of Korean ferns and possibility of their distribution range.

Hydrogen-permselective silica membranes were synthesized within tim walls of porous Vycor tubes by chemical vapor depostion of $SiO_2$. Film deposition was carried out using $SiCl_4$ hydrolysis either in the oppm shag reactants or in the one-sided geometry. At temperatures above $600^{\circ}C$ the permeation rate of hydrogen thorough the silica films varied between 0.01 and $025cm^3(STP)/cm^2-min-atm$ depending on the reaction geometry and the $H_2 : N_2$ permeation ratio was about 1000. Permeation rates of both $H_2$ and $N_2$ increased with increasing temperature. The silica membranes produced by one-sided deposition have higher hydrogen permmeation rates than those produced by the opposing reactants geometry although the membranes formed in an opposing reactants geometry were relatively stable during the heat treatment or after exposure to ambient air. These membranes can be applied to high temperature gas separations or membrane reactors once the film deposition process is optimized to get high permeability as well as good stability.

A lactic aci bacteria producing antibacterial substance was isolated from pig feces. This strain was identified as a genus Lactobacillus, through its morphological, cultural and physiological characteristics. Lactobacillus sp. KJ-5 isolated showed the strong inhibitory effect on the growth of Salmonella paratyphi. The production of antibacterial substance was growth associated form during the batch culture of Lactobacillus sp. KJ-5 and the maximum production was obtained at the culture temperature of $37^{\circ}C$ as well as optimum temperature of cell growth. The antibacterial activity of the filtrate of culture broth was decreased by adjusting the pH 6.2 and was not affected by catalase treatment. The antibacterial substance was partially purified by methanol and acetone extraction, whtch exhibited three spots in the thin-layer chromatography and one of them showed an antibacterial activity, This substance also showed the maximum absorption of UV at 270nm and an antibacterial activity was completely inactivated by the treatment of proteolytic enzymes.

The development of the Internet has influenced consumers' information search process and purchase behaviors. The environmental changes and consumers' lifestyle changes have stimulated them to use the Internet shopping mall. However, people used to shop the low-involvement product rather than high-involvement product such as clothing product at the internet shopping mall due to the subjects' perceived risks or product characteristics. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences of consumers' attitudes toward the two types of apparel internet shopping mall. With compared to the existing shopping mall, this study generated Web3D internet shopping mall by designing Abata, representing the user's body figure. The changes of respondents' attitudes toward the internet shopping mall and purchase intentions would provide the possibility and future direction of the Web3D internet shopping. Recommendations and future research were also discussed.

The effect of dopamine on the propagation and the frequency electrical activities (slow wave) of the stomach was studied in isolated stomach muscle strips of 145 cats, The gastric slow wave monopolarly recorded by four capillary electrodes (Ag-AgCl) in Krebs-Ringer solution $(ph\;7.4,\;temperature\;36{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C)$ bubbled with 5% $CO_2$ in $O_2$. Dopamine caused concentration-dependent changes of direction of slow wave propagation with decline in development of irregular propagation by domperidone pretreatment. Dopamine also increased the variation of slow wave frequency concentration-dependently. The variation of slow wave frequency induced by dopamine was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with domperidone and phentolamine but not with propranolol, hexamethonium and tetrodotoxin. It is therefore suggested that dopamine plays a role in the genesis of gastric electrical abnormality acting on dopamine receptors and partly on ${\alpha}-adrenergic$ receptors in cats.

Since most clothing research has still centered around buying behavior, the importance of consumer behavior which exists outside the purchase context has been neglected. This orientation focusing solely on purchase-related processes is deficient as it cannot account for consumer behavior that is recreational or that occurs without a recognized consumption need. In this vein, clothing browsing behavior can be a significant variable that has effects on clothing purchase-related variables. So to speak, browsers do make purchases at times; delayed-action purchases, impulse purchases and browsers may provide other less informed people with product information. In this study, we used definition proposed by Bloch and Richins(1983), which defines non purchase shopping(browsing) as 1,he examination of merchandises of a store for recreational or informational purposes without a current intention to buy. The specific objectives of the study were to identify the dimensions of clothing non -purchase shopping and to determine the causal relationship among clothing involvement, non-purchase shopping, impulse buying, purchase quantity, opinion leadership. The questionnaire method was used and 366 questionnaires were analyzed. Results can be summarized as follows. First, the non-purchase shopping was divided into two dimensions such as recreational non-purchase shopping and informational non-purchase shopping Of the two dimensions, recreational dimension explained the greater part than informational one. Second, it was revealed that clothing involvement was strongly positively related to non-purchase shopping, which influenced considerably on impulse buying, purchase quantity, and opinion leadership. In other words, clothing non-purchase shopping behaivor is very significant concept of clothing product category and has considerable effects on clothing buying though it occurs independently of purchase, so it seems that much more concern will be needed on this concept.

Out of some 400 strains of Microorganisms, cellulase forming organisms was isolated from night soil during the course of screening tests. Two strains, Ku-3371 and Ku-4383 were found capable of producing cellulase in the shaking culture. General properties of the crude enzyme were as the following results. 1. The optimum pH values on CMC-saccharifying, CMC-liquefying and filter paper disintegrating activities were 4.0 to 5.5. 2. The stable pH range was within 3.5 to 6.5, 3. The optimum temperature was $40-45^{\circ}C$, the thermal stability was below $50^{\circ}C$ except on paper disintegrating activity and completely inactivated at $70^{\circ}C$. 4. Dialyzed crude enzyme was activated by $Mn^{2+}\;and\;Co^{2+}$ repectively but $Hg^{2+}$ was strong inhibitor.

This study was performed to identify the effects of activities of daily living and self-esteem on life satisfaction in Home-dwelling elderly, and to find the strategies improving the elderly's life satisfaction. The participants were 153 in home-dwelling elderly from D city. Data were collected from July 20 to August 20, 2013 through a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression analysis with the SPSS 20.0 program. There was a positive correlations between Activities of daily living, Self-esteem and Life satisfaction. Factors that have an effect on Life satisfaction were Leisure activity(${\beta}$=-3.927, p<.05), Perceived health(${\beta}$ =-2.793, p<.05), Self-esteem(${\beta}$=1.003, p<.001). These factors explain 53.5% of the variance in ife satisfaction.
