Recently, 'Apartment community facilities' have emerged as the most optional factor in the apartment market, and their level is becoming very important. Therefore, this study derived each type through latent profile analysis centering on health-related community facilities in 126 domestic main apartment complexes, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that it was divided into a Pilates group, GX and Yoga group, Golf and Table Tennis practice range group, and overall low group. Among the four groups, Pilates, GX, and yoga groups are more likely to belong to Gangnam, Seocho and Songpa compared to complexes with many golf and table tennis practice ranges, and at the same time, the transaction price is also the highest. Through these analysis results, it was suggested that changes in the preference for leisure activities should be reflected when constructing community facilities, and that health-related community facilities should be deeply considered in residential welfare policies in consideration of high preference for fitness facilities in youth housing.

The purpose of this study is to prepare the introduction of the community facilities in public corporation buildings as the effort to community activation in the innovation city. The type and development condition of community facilities, and the cases of the private and public corporation buildings are studied. Moreover, the type and scale of facilities which can be established in the public corporation building that will move to the innovation city. The result can be summarized as follows; First, the community facilities can be classified into leisure, public administration, culture, athletics, and welfare, and the facilities are suggested at each hierarchy of living area. Secondly, the result of the case study shows that the public corporation establishes and operates various facilities include welfare, culture, and athletic facilities while the private part usually installs the cultural one. Thirdly, cultural(library, museum, performing place), athletic(soccer field, tennis court, swimming pool), welfare(day nursery, children's library) facilities are selected as the applicable ones to the public corporation building which is going to move to the innovation city. And finally, the basic unit of each facility is derived based on the investigation of legal standard, present condition, and literature reviews, etc., and applied to estimate the scale of the community facility in the public corporation building.

In the information society public libraries are situated in a rapidly changing social environment. Coming of post-printing era, expansion of knowledge, enhancement of social reflexivity, and growing flexibility of jobs, etc are bringing both crisis and opportunity to them. In order to take chances public libraries must collect materials in D/B format as well as printed and computer-file forms, and enlarge assistance to educational and research activities of residents and business firms. In addition, they must contribute to reducing information divide, increasing communal interactions, and providing leisure activities. It is required for them to develop a variety of programs and strengthen publicity among residents.

하천공간을 개발하는 것에 있어 공간계획의 구분은 자연보전 공간, 학습공간, 운동공간, 친수공간, 위락공간 등 다양한 공간을 창출할 수 있다. 이러한 공간을 개발하는 것에 있어 공간을 이용하는 사용자가 누구인가가 중요하다. 또한 하천과 같이 공공의 서비스 공간에서 투자한 사업비에 비교하여 보다 많은 사용자의 이용과 서비스의 제공이 이루어진다면 효율적이고 성공적인 사업이라 할 수 있다. 도심지 하천 혹은 관광지 주변의 하천의 경우 최근의 여가의 트랜드를 비추어 볼 때 가족중심의 여가문화와 유 아동을 동반한 부모, 성인의 문화가 발달하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 비추어 가족중심의 하천변 개발에 있어 유 아동들이 즐길만한 공간의 제공이 필요하다. 현재의 하천공간은 체육시설 그리고 잔디광장 중심의 공간개발이었다. 그러나 최근 스토리텔링의 하천개발에 접목에 따라서 다양한 하천공간이 개발되고 있다. 역사, 문화, 전통, 동화 등 다양한 소재의 개발과 하천의 접목으로 다양한 연령층과 즐길 거리를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 일부 하천공간을 동화와 놀이를 접목시켜 유 아동들의 놀이와 나아가 교육을 체험할 수 있는 하천공간을 개발하는 것에 있다. 유 아동들이라면 누구나 아는 동화를 스토리텔링화 하여 하천공간을 뛰어다니면서 동화의 체험과 놀이 그리고 교육을 접목시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

수변공간을 개발하는 방향에 있어서 홍수에 안전하고 수자원의 이용기술이 발달하면서 수자원 안전성이 크게 향상되어 수변공간개발은 이용성을 증가시키는 방향으로 진행되고 있다. 대표적인 수변공간 개발인 청계천은 이제 많은 사람들이 방문하고 여가를 즐기고 휴식을 취하는 공간으로 전국적으로 유명한 관광명소가 되었다. 청계천과 같이 유명한 수변공간이 아니더라도 지역의 주거지와 가까운 곳에 하천과 수변공간들이 이미 많은 사람들이 운동, 산책, 휴식, 여가활동을 즐기는 공간으로 인간에게 다가오고 있다. 이러한 수변공간을 개발하는 데 있어 지금까지 개발의 방향을 결정하는 주체는 지자체의 담당공무원과 기술자들에 의해 개발의 방향이 결정되어 왔다. 최근들어 이수와 치수에 있어 안정성이 과거보다 크게 상향되면서 하천은 인간에게 친숙한 공간이 되고 있다. 시대의 흐름이 수변공간의 활용이 높아지고 과거와 달리 홍수방어나 수자원을 공급하는 자연 시설이 아닌 인간이 다양한 목적으로 이용이 가능한 공간으로 변해가고 있다. 이러한 공간을 개발하는데 있어 지형적, 사회문화적 특성을 반영시키고 이용도를 증진시키기 위해 이용자들의 성향을 파악하고 객관적인 지표를 개발할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 대구에 위치한 대표적인 수변공간인 수성못과 신천 그리고 팔거천을 대상으로 이용자들의 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 이용하여 수변공간을 개발하는 데 있어 정량적인 지표들을 제시하고자 한다.

Due to the economic development and the social structure and holiday structure change, we have more time for leisure and entertainment activities. For coping with this trend the waterpark has already become the one of major entertainment facilities for many countries. The purpose of this study is to construct Waterpark service quality evaluation factors and find out the importance and satisfaction degree of these factors. The result of this study are as follows; First, the safety field had considered as most important. Second, the importance of service quality evaluation fields and factors are different according to social characteristics. Third, the safety field is evaluated as the first satisfactory field and the cost/price field is evaluated as the lowest.

The baby boomers born between 1955 and 1974, recently called the new age, form a huge population group and show characteristics different from the previous traditional older generations. With the retirement of those who make up 33% of the nation's population in earnest, the emergence of a new generation of the elderly population and policy changes are required. The new middle age generation, also called the opal generation, want to spend their old age productively and autonomously, which has increased due to the increase in life expectancy, and have some economic ability, such as enjoying overseas travel in old age. As preparation for old age is insufficient, policy attention is required for the younger generation as a new generation. In this paper, focusing on the baby boom generation, the definition of the opal generation, their consumption lifestyle, attitudes, social activities, leisure activities, and lifestyle such as health efforts are investigated, and job creation, social re-education, and local It is intended to present practical measures for preparing for old age, such as the establishment of medical facilities and social consideration for a leisurely cultural life.

It is a matter of fact that Pusan, doesn't have enough systematic history and culture, has face on very difficult situation. A competative and fashionate tourist theme park need to be constructed to develop their historical theme park, and to make own culture which is related to Pusan' tradition. The subject of this study is to suggest the basic knowledge about specialty of customer to be expected when cultural theme park is built up. The questionare to customer is consist of the propensity of lesure, the use of similar facility, the type of theme park, and inclination of visitation to forign and domestic tourist.

The goal of this study is to propose the contribution strategies of public library as cultural infrastructure to local cultural development in Korea. For this goal, researcher evaluated how public libraries contribute to the local cultural development in terms of interdependence of public library and local culture. Then, the researcher divided into the local culture to knowledge culture, reading culture, learning culture, living culture, and leisure culture, and suggested six contribution strategies(improving core competencies including the collection development and user service, strengthening education and support for digital information literacy, reading promotion and base expansion for everyday life, optimization of lifelong learning & culture program services, increasing openness and friendliness of the facilities and space, expansion of cooperation with relevant agencies) of public library for their development and promotion.

With increase of people's leisure time for marine facilities it is expected to increase the demand for marine tourism. It is necessary for lighthouse to meet the demand for marine tourism. Now, the lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience the marine culture. This research suggests how to use the facilities of the lighthouse as marine tourism resources by reviewing the cases of domestic lighthouses.
