According to the rise of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the need for innovation networks through cooperation between participants is increasing to respond to rapidly changing technologies and corporate environments. Especially, cooperation is essential to solve and innovate problems faced SMEs lacking human and material resources. We conducted a study to revitalize the regional cooperation network by analyzing the current status and problems of the existing SME support network. As a result, We derived a strategy to create a foundation for a regional cooperation network through reorganization of existing cooperation networks, the establishment of customized policies for SMEs, and linkage of support projects. And we derived a strategy for establishing a specialized network for regional innovation as a result of research through Establishing a network for regional bases, strategies for fostering companies by growth stage, and utilizing local data. We expect that it will help establish a policy to support SMEs by preparing an organic cooperation system between local businesses and local networks.

Mount Angel Abbey library shows not only the general characteristics which Aalto had shown in his 60s but also special features of his last library project. Special features of Mount Angel library are the result of considering geography and existing context of the site. General characteristics of the library mainly come from the Aalto's concept for library especially considering light. Due to steep site, Mount Angel Abbey library has multi-layered and dynamic spatial configuration. Aalto considered the importance of daylight in the library and applied various kinds of openings to induce natural light. Therefore, Mount Angel Abbey library is the final result of his library type that developed from the Viipuri library of 1930s and his architectural thoughts of 1960s. As a combination of space and light, Mount Angel Abbey library is the outcome of Aalto's unique functional thoughts which maximize the function of the library through efficient induction of natural light.

본 연구의 목적은 가족스트레스 이론과 선행연구를 바탕으로 하여 제안된 이론적 모델의 검증을 통하여 일과 가정생활의 두 역할을 병행하는 데서 기인하는 역할긴장이 매개변수인 가족자원과 대처방안에 의해 어떻게 중재되어 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 있다. 다단계 추출법으로 미국 로스엔젤레스에 거주하는 한인교포 중 맞벌이부부를 연구대상으로 선정하여 질문지를 통해 남편과 아내의 자료를 표집하였지만 본 연구에서는 117명의 남편의 자료만을 결과 분석하였다. 분석방법은 이론적 검증에 유용한 LISREL Ⅶ 프로그램이 사용되었다. 처음에 제안된 이론적 모델의 검증에는 문제를 보였지만 PSI Matrix를 고정하고 가정생활의 역할 stressor와 가족자원의 경로를 첨가하여 수정된 모델은 자료에 의해 충분히 검증되었다. 그러나 남편의 이론적 모델은 가족스트레스 이론을 일반화시키지 못했기 때문에 일과 가정생활의 두 역할을 병행하는 데서 기인하는 남편의 역할긴장을 가족스트레스 이론으로 설명하는데는 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 제안된 이론적 모델의 의미와 제한점 등을 살펴본 후 미래연구가를 위한 방안이 제시되었다.

Eight-week-old Spot-billed duck were presented with visible drooping of both of wings. On physical examination, the Spot-billed ducks revealed valgus deformity of the carpal joint resulting in the primary flight feathers protruding dorsally. The bird was in good body condition and there was no loss of motion in any of the joints in the wings. The bird was fed chicken pellet with 18.5% of protein level and reared in a cage. Based on the clinical presentation and physical examination 'angel wing' was diagnosed. Wing bandage and nutritional change to lower-protein diet with fresh vegetables were applied simultaneously. And duck was transferred to wider outside pen with small pond. Four-week afterward clinical signs of angel wing were improved.

Angelman syndrome is a rare disorder caused by deletion or inactivation of genes on the maternally inherited chromosome 15. This neurodevelopmental disorder is characterized by developmental and intellectual delay, speech impairment, sleep disturbance, seizures, motor dysfunction, and frequent laughing or smiling. Orofacial characteristics include a prominent mandible, large mouth, prominent cheeks, a tendency to rest the tongue between the dental arches, excessive drooling, and excessive chewing behavior. Patients with this syndrome usually require general anesthesia even in a simple operation, because of risk of perioperative seizure during dental procedure. This is a case report about dental treatment of a 3-year-old female patient with Angelman syndrome under general anesthesia. This case suggests that the dental treatment under general anesthesia can be considered a safe component for the uncooperative, delayed developmental patients with underlying disease. Also, periodic dental exam appointment should be made to provide the patients with preventive treatments and to make them remain familiar with the dental environment.

The startup, which is a common noun to start a small business, has been recently one of main targets for policymakers due to its important role for job creation and considerable potential for sustainability of an economy. However, technological entrepreneurship decreased by 5.0% p from 2013 to 2016. The revitalization of entrepreneurial investment promoted by the government is mainly supported in fruitable venture companies at grow stage or 2~3 years before IPO through venture capital firms and angel funds. It is far from an investment at start-up. It is therefore necessary to motivate private investment to be active in the private start-up sector. In addition, the start-up investment requires institutional support and government support to meet the expectations of investors about the possibility of payback and profitability of private investment invested in the founding period. As a small entrepreneur at a comparably early stage in the lifecycle of business, investments for the startup are generally made by informal investors such as family, friends and fools, and their decision making processes are relatively non-programmed compared with ones for listed corporales such as venture capital and angel fund agency. This study focuses on analyzing decision making factors in investment, and verifying an impact of such factors, specifically the possibility of investment payback and investment profitability, in a decision-making process for the startup especially at the very early stage.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Engel coefficient, Angel coefficient and Schwabe index influencing Household head's life satisfaction. For this study, the data from the 8th analysis of the 2013 Korea Welfare Panel Survey conducted by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs were used. For the sample, 903 male Household heads with children under the age of 18, were selected. For statistical analysis, SPSS program (Ver. 21.0) was used. And for statistical methods, frequency and percentile, mean and standard deviation, Pearson's correlation, one way analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range tests, multiple regression analysis were used. The findings are as follows. First, as a results of analyzing the food costs, education costs and housing costs depending on Income Quintile, the food costs and education costs in the 5th Income Quintile compared with other Income Quintile, were highest. Also, the highest housing cost was in the 2nd Income Quintile, while the least housing cost was in the 1st Income Quintile. Second, by analyzing the differences of Engel coefficient, Angel coefficient and Schwabe index according to Income Quintile, the results show that Engel coefficient and Schwabe index decreases as Income Quintile increases, and Angel coefficient increases as Income Quintile becomes higher. Third, the level of HH's life satisfaction according to Income Quintile, 1st Income Quintile, 2nd Income Quintile, 4th Income Quintile, 3rd Income Quintile, 5th Income Quintile in order, increased. Fourth, as the result of analyzing the influence of Variables related to household and demographics about Engel coefficient, Angel coefficient and Schwabe index, it was shown that the variables effecting Engel coefficient, Angel coefficient, and Schwabe index are age, occupations, Number of workers, House ownership, Income Quintile. Fifth, As a result of analyzing the Variables effecting life satisfaction, especially while Schwabe index is not that significant, Engel coefficient and Angel coefficient are shown to have a significant influence. Therefore, the influence of Food costs and education costs can be confirmed.

'Snow Angel' was developed by National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science in 2008. A cross was made between phalaenopsis '0361', a white and red lip small-medium variety, and Phalaenopsis 'S98PN1', a white and dark pink lip small-medium variety with pink net pattern. The seedling materials were cultivated to 83 seedling lines from 2000 to 2002. The white and pink lip small-phalaenopsis '99-0404-13' with flowers of round shape was selected by individual selection. The selected line was multiplicated and the growth characteristics were investigated for the first characteristic trial from 2003 to 2007. It was named as 'Wonkyo F2-18' in 2008 and investigated for the second characteristic trial of growth characteristics. The examination was executed for stability, uniformity, yearly reproducibility, and public fancy. It was selected as a high quality cultivar with excellent flower shape and flower color from the selection council of new cultivars for agricultural products, there after it was registered as 'Snow Angel' in 2008.

Start-up support policy is expanding for the activation of creative economy. Domestic start-up is activated in early 2000, but is shrinked rapidly because there is not enough collaborative system of R&D, start-up, finance, and management support. Many organizations and collaborative environment in Silicon valley of USA is developed for long time. In Korea, creative economy is constructing rapidly led by government like building industrialization and information society. VCDP(Virtual Cluster-type Dynamic Collaboration Platform) is a good tool for the start-up support policy. This study explains the necessity and effectiveness of VCDP and suggests creative activation policy using this tool.

Steel Pipelines were located in hillside and mountain areas where landslides occurred during the Northridge earthquake. This paper describes the investigations that were performed to identify and locate the different types of steel pipeline construction in the system using GIS (Geographical Information System). The paper explores the damage correlations of steel pipelines with PGV (peak ground velocity) and investigates the areas subjected to the landslide effects during the Northridge earthquake. One noticeable finding is that the repair rates for steel distribution pipelines after the Northridge earthquake are higher than those of CI (cast iron) pipelines. The relatively high susceptibility of steel piping to damage during the Northridge earthquake may be explained in part by utility practices, such as using steel pipe for the highest internal pressures, and increased susceptibility to corrosion also appears to play a role in steel pipeline performance.
