The present study has been carried out to investigate various passive solar technologies for the possible application to telecommunications office buildings. HVAC systems utilizing the solar energy are analyzed in this regard to elicit the most feasible design. The proposed design is unique, for it has been devised to promote the working spirit with an efficient space planning as well.

The Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment(SEIA) in Korea has been introduced and implemented for 15 policy-level plans and 86 project-level plans since 2012. Lately an important issue of the Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) policy has been emerged regarding the expansion of the policy-level plans subjected to SEIA. Thus, we propose the plans that need to be included in the system, compared with those subjected to the Strategic Environmental Assessment(SEA) enforced in the law or the guideline of 10 foreign counties, especially with those of Germany, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Netherlands. Specifically the study suggests that plans related to energy as well as land use, which are well known to cause potential environmental impacts and subjected to the federal-level SEA in those countries, should be the subject of SEIA.

This paper estimates the effects of generation mix changes in the $7^{th}$ and $8^{th}$ Basic Plan for Long-term Power Supply and Demand from two aspects: economic efficiency through electricity prices and environmental performance through $CO_2$ and air pollutants(NOx, SOx, PM) emissions. Particularly, we examined additional generation mix conversion paths that take into account the trade-off between economic efficiency and environmental performance through scenario analysis. According to our results, the conversion from the $7^{th}$ plan to the $8^{th}$ plan should increase the electricity prices in the mid- and long-term, while reducing GHG and air pollutants emissions at the same time. The alternative generation mix that combines $7^{th}$ and $8^{th}$ plans shows that there exists a path to mitigate the trade-off between economic and environmental in the long-term. It will be next to impossible to derive a optimal generation mix that simultaneously considers the core values, such as supply stability, environmental performance, economic efficiency, energy safety and energy security, when establishing the power supply and demand plan. However, by exploring the effects of various generation mix paths and suggesting near-optimal paths, people can best choose their direction after weighhing all the paths when deciding on a forward-looking generation mix in the long term.

우리나라는 장기전력수급계획 및 10개년 에너지기본계획, 그리고 최근에 수립된 대체에너지보급 3개년 기본계획의 달성 및 보급확대를 위한 보급시나리오 구성에 따른 보급목표를 설정하였다. 대체에너지 지원규모를 산정하기 위한 방법으로는 대체에너지수요전망에서 산출된 대체에너지원별 전망치를 이용, 지원비율을 책정하여 지원규모를 시산하는 방법이 있으며 또 다른 방법으로는 전망된 수요량을 공급하기 위한 시설 및 장비에 드는 투자비를 산출하여 일정비율을 지원한다고 가정한 다음, 지원규모를 시산하는 방법도 있다. 본 연구에서는 후자의 방법을 통하여 재생전원의 보급목표의 설정과 현재의 설치단가를 기준으로 보급에 필요한 설치비용에 대한 지원규모를 개략적으로 분석하고자 하며, 아울러 정부의 대체에너지 보급목표를 달성하기 위한 지원금액을 추정 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 도시기능의 주요 요소인 주거단지 및 공업단지를 중심으로 환경부담을 최소화 시키면서도 에너지효율을 제고 시킬수 있는 방향으로 에너지적합형 지역개발사업 모형을 개발.제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본고에서는 기존의 토지이용계획에 시스템적 관점의 에너지 및 환경관리를 통합하기 위한 에너지통합계획의 기본개념, 환경적으로 건전하고 지속가능한 개발(ESSD)을 위한 국내외동향 및 기술목록 사례를 소개하고, 주거단지 및 공업단지를 중심으로 "에너지이용합리화법(법률 제4426호)"에 의거한 기존의 에너지사용계획서의 보완방안 및 사례연구를 통한 에너지적합형 개발모형을 소개하고자 한다. 소개하고자 한다.
