Study on Evaluation Criteria for Multimodal Transport Routing Selection (복합운송경로 선정을 위한 평가기준에 관한 연구)

  • According to globalization of world economy by extension of production, sales and distribution all around the world and international transportation system changed into a transport system that puts great importance on speediness and value-added services, international transport system is changing into a Multimodal Transport Routing centered system that systematically connects marine, air and rail transports. Due to such changes production, sales and distribution must be provided in time and Multimodal Transport Routing, which can provide multi-dimensional logistics services to customers of global network, is needed but information connection for international transport and connection system between transport modes are insufficient and can not be activated. Especially in Korea, selection standard of 3rd party logistics companies and transport companies is presented, but logistics exclusive companies, which plan and execute the transportation, can't present a systematic evaluation standard for international Multimodal Transport Routing, selection. Thus, this research surveys important previous studies about Multimodal Transport Routing, selection, derives an evaluation standard for Multimodal Transport Routing, selection through interview with company officials, and presents a theoretical basis for Multimodal Transport Routing, selection through systematic analysis of Multimodal Transport Routing, selection using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Improvement of Construction Manager Selection Method (건설사업관리자 선정방식 개선 방안)

  • This study investigates the construction management selection methods for fair competition within the construction management market by analyzing the current status of domestic construction management, the 2010 publication on the status of construction management, and the construction management evaluation criteria. Also, the 2009 publication of top CM service establishments, the average proportion of tender for 120 CM services from 2002 to 2010, and six assessment results which are open to the parties directly involved were statistically analyzed to review the adequacy of the evaluation criteria. This analysis shows that the evaluation criteria for the CM service impedes the development of the construction management industry and companies, since the criteria are decided by the service payment, and the technical skills assessed by technical proposals have no ties with contract prices. Therefore, this study proposes an improvement of the selection methods in accordance with the project characteristics and the technical requirements. However, more research is still needed to derive a detailed classification method of the technical requirement, the owner's evaluation criteria selection, and the preparation of an institutional foundation for the construction manager's post-evaluation.

An Empirical Study on Absorptive Capacity, Perceived Incentive Benefit and the Quality of Collaboration in Project-based Supply Chain (프로젝트 공급망 참여기업의 흡수능력, 지각된 인센티브 혜택 및 협업의 질에 관한 실증연구)

  • Supply chain management for engineering project focuses on planning acquisitions, identifying and choosing the right suppliers and subcontractors, planning and negotiating appropriate contracts, and administering the collaboration with the suppliers and subcontractors. This paper aims to identify the determinants of SCM performance of the suppliers and subcontractors participating in the project-based supply chain. This study proposes the absorptive capacity, fairness of suppliers' evaluation, the quality of collaboration and incentives as major research variables, and collected the survey responses from the suppliers and subcontractors having experiences with major engineering projects. The statistical results indicate that the incentives, absorptive capacity and the quality of collaboration influence SCM performance of suppliers, and that the fairness of suppliers' evaluation has some impact on the incentives and the absorptive capacity. But on the contrary to our expectation, the incentives have no significant impact on the level of absorptive capacity.

  • As the radiation is used in various fields, the number of radiation workers is on the increase and there has been an increasa in interest in the radiation worker's safety. In South Korea, it is focusing on securing safety of workers through KISOE system and owner's report. In advance study, We determined that in assessing the risks of securing safety for workers and businesses, the assessment of other items as well as exposure doses would be effective and develops the Radial Scale Analysis Model. So, data from the actual radiographic testing companies were applied to the radial scale analysis model to determine the risks of the actual companies. And, we selected 4 companies to confirm the applicability. Risk assessments of all 56 companies were conducted and improvements and inspections were anticipated for each company's problems. The results of the study are expected to be utilized by radiographic testing companies and regulatory for self-assessment and regulation criteria.

  • 화학물질관리법 시행에 따른 도금기업의 준비 현황 및 실태를 조사하기 위하여 중간보고서에서는 대부분의 업체에서 가장 부담스럽다고 느낀 '유해화학물질 취급시설 배치 설치 관리 기준' 중 실질적으로 가장 어려움을 호소하는 내용부터 설문조사를 실시하여 정리하였고, 최종보고서에서는 한국경영자총협회에서 제안한 "화관법 개선 산업계 의견"을 참고하여 도금업체의 현장과 관련된 부분을 선정하여 실태조사를 실시하였다. 장외영향평가서 및 위해관리계획서 부문의 경우 도금공장의 시설 결함 및 노후화로 인하여 화학사고가 발생할 가능성이 있더라도 대부분의 현장이 화관법 기준을 충족하기 이전에 시설 허가를 받을 때 건축법이나 소방법 등 여러 규제사항을 통과하여 인 허가를 받은 사업장이고 또한 정기검사를 실시함으로써 안전에 대해서는 일차적으로 보장을 받은 상태라고 볼 수 있다. 실제로 설문조사에서 화학사고를 경험과 관련하여 94% 이상이 "없다"라고 응답하였으므로 약품에 의한 화학사고의 개연성은 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다.

  • As e-Commerce and national public procurement have been enabled, needs of supplier management and evaluation system for national public procurement has been growing. Enterprises have constructed and operated supplier relationship management system, in order to automate and increase their supply chain processes by managing the strategic assessment of relationships with external partners. Recently, PPS(Public Procurement Service) in Korea is introducing the concept of SRM to ensure the fairness of public procurement and to strengthen the competitiveness of the national public procurement and public procurement. For this purpose, it is necessary to establish supplier evaluation management and decision support process to allow a transparent supplier selection. In this paper, we present an evaluation method for transparent and objective public procurement. We also present a method for purchase decision support.

  • 고객이 서비스상의 실패에 대해 때로는 강한 부정적 반응을 보이기에 서비스를 제공하는 조직의 서비스회복능력은 고객만족을 달성하기 위해 강력하고 효율적으로 운영되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인상의 서비스인 ISP업체(10개의 회사)를 대상으로 온라인 서비스 상에서 고객이 서비스상의 불만을 경험할 때 기업이 고객의 불만을 회복시켜 만족으로 전환시키려는 회복속성들이 실제로 고객이 가지는 분배상의 공정성, 절차상의 공정성 및 상호작용 공정성에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 10개의 ISP업체를 선정하고 해당 업체에 대해 불만을 가진 고객들이 기업의 불만제거 노력에 대해 평가하도록 하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 LISREL을 이용하여 서비스의 회복속성인 보상, 신속한 반응, 무반응, 사과, 사전보상제공 등이 분배상공정성, 절차상 공정성, 상호작용 공정성에 직접적으로 미치는 효과를 파악하고 이 공정성의 요인들이 만족에 미치는 영향도 실증적으로 검증하였다. 온라인 상이라는 새로운 환경을 고려하여 기존의 모델에서 간과된 부분을 확인하기 위해 확장 모델을 제시하여 새로운 의미를 가진 경로가 존재하는지 확인하고 이 부분에서 유의적인지 않은 경로를 배제한 수정모델을 제시하였다. 기존의 연구를 바탕으로 제시된 가설은 연구모델에서 경로 계수를 추정하고 이에 대한 t값을 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 시사점으로는 고객의 서비스 실패 및 회복상황에 대한 평가의 이론적 원칙을 설명하고 관리자에게 각각의 서비스 실패와 일치하는 서비스 회복전략을 제시하여 운영상의 가이드 라인을 제시한다고 할 수 있다

  • It is expected that logistics standardization have an great effect on industry and national economy due to cost saving and improving efficiency. Therefore all countries of the world make a strenuous effort to take a lead of logistics standardization Despite such efforts of every country, our country remained a lukewarm attitude about logistics standardization. Especially, our country remained a lukewarm attitude about logistics standardization effect quantify. We have to suggest the necessity of standardization and the effect for carrying out logistics standard. So, this study performed literature review and case study for development of effect valuation method. Also, this study developed effect valuation standard for quantifiable standardization effect and drew the effect valuation standard model. First, the measure of preliminary effectiveness was chosen for MOE selection. As a results, vehicle load ratio, delivery cost, keeping space efficiency warehouse automation ratio, etc. were selected. Then, vehicle/truck load ratio, warehouse keeping efficiency, up unloading hour, packaging cost, consistency transportation ratio were chosen for MOE of pallet standardization.

  • The development of information & technology and the Internet provides various connecting routes between manufacturers with consumers. These expanded routes has made it possible for customers to directly transfer their voice to manufacturers, but a research on how the manufacturers respond the customers needs has to be further conducted. In this paper, a method in which a best supplier would be chosen based on customers needs from the perspective of a buyer has been presented. A method that makes it possible to evaluate and choose the best supplier in accordance with consumers requirement by analyzing customers needs and the evaluated data also has been designed.
