기술의 발전에 따라 경제성장의 새로운 동력으로 정보기술이 각광받고 있으며, 기업에서도 정보화를 위한 투자를 늘려가고 있다. 대표적인 현상으로 스마트폰이라는 새로운 정보기술 매체이며, 이를 기반으로 정보화를 이룬 기업간 경쟁이 매우 치열해지는 양상을 보이고 있다. 그러나 일반 중소기업에서는 새로운 기술 트렌드에 부합하여 업무에 필요한 기술개발이 매우 어려운 실정이다. 특히, 데스크탑 환경의 특징인 인터넷을 기반으로 컴퓨터가 있는 곳에서의 업무 처리환경이 이동중인 환경에서 업무의 지속성이 매우 필요하게 된 것이다. 그러나 이와 같은 환경 제공은 대기업 및 일부 소프트웨어 개발 전문 업체에서 가능한 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의사결정자가 이동중에도 업무에 필요한 정보를 획득하여 의사결정을 수행할 수 있도록 스마트폰 환경하에서 업무에 필요한 기술을 개발하는데 목표가 있다. 업무 프로세스로서는 물품의 입력과 재고 관리를 중점으로 이루어지는 업무 프로세스 개발이다. 이를 통해 중소기업에서도 손쉽게 필요한 정보를 이동중에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 예측된다.

본 연구는 핵심역량 지향성을 중심으로 고찰한 IT 아웃소싱 성공요인 및 결과에 관한 것으로, 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량과 기업의 핵심역량 지향성이 IT 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도와 아웃소싱 성과에 영향을 미치는 지, 그리고 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량이 기업의 핵심역량 지향성과 아웃소싱 성과의 관계를 매개하는 효과가 있는지에 대한 실증 연구이다. 따라서 본 연구는 독립변수로 핵심역량 지향성과 종속변수로 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도 그리고 매개변수로 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량을 사용하였다. 국내 IT 아웃소싱 협회에 등록된 회사의 IT 부서를 대상으로 200 개의 데이터를 확보하였고 공분산 구조방정식 모델로 분석하였다. 연구결과, IT 아웃소싱 프로세스 관리역량은 핵심역량 지향성이 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도와 아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 핵심역량 지향성은 아웃소싱의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 아웃소싱된 업무 복잡도엔 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

워크플로우 관리 시스템은 비즈니스 프로세스를 자동화하여 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 등장한 개념이다. 초기에는 비교적 작은 규모의 업무현장에서 활용되었으나, 업무환경의 급속한 변화에 따라 점차 자동화해야 하는 프로세스의 규모가 확대되고 있다. 즉, 단순히 하나의 사업장에서의 프로세스 자동화가 아닌 좀더 복잡한 업무 환경에서도 활용 가능한 프로세스 자동화 개념이 요구되고 있으며, 이에 따라 기존의 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 개념을 확장해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 빠르게 변화하는 기업 환경에 효과적으로 대처하기 위하여 기업 내 업무시스템들을 손 쉽게 비즈니스 프로세스 관점에서 통합할 수 있는 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 이를 위한 기반 기술로 XML 을 사용하였으며 통합할 시스템들 간에 사용할 통신 프로토콜로는 HTTP 를 이용하였다.

The companies need the enterprise-wide support environment to build the competency to gather VOM(Voice of Market) in the process of preparing and implementing the strategy and to help establishing and managing the business process in order to secure the continuous competitive edge The enterprise-wide support environment to establish, operate, improve and evaluate the business process must be carried out. In this paper we define the method to define process and business rule in order to enable accurate execution of the process. Furthermore, collection and refection of accurate data concerning the competency of individuals, the subjects of the process execution, allows prevention of weakness of the process execution result and is the basis for identifying the areas of improvement. Therefore, high visibility can be attained through the work knowledge and processes presented in rules, and it can help firmly establish the process centered work culture (or system) in the organization by process improvement strictly based on data.

본 논문은 제약이론의 프로세스 운영 개선기법에 기반하여 워크플로우에서 제약 자원을 찾고, 워크플로우의 운영 성과가 개선될 수 있도록 효율적인 업무 흐름 관리 방법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 과거의 워크플로우 기록을 분석하여 제약업무담당자(CCP)를 결정하고, 제약 업무 담당자의 업무처리속도에 발생된 프로세스 인스턴스의 워크플로우 투입속도를 동기화하여 CCP의 업무부하가 일정수준으로 유지되도록 하며 비 제약 업무담당자의 여유능력이 향상되도록 한다. 이를 통해 CCP의 업무부하를 가능한 업무담당자들에 분산시킴으로써 프로세스 인스턴스의 처리가 원활히 이루어지도록 한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 알고리즘을 워크플로우 관리 시스템에 적용함으로써 전체 워크플로우가 효율적으로 운영되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Many enterprises have adopted various management techniques and IT systems such as "Process Management", "ERP" for coping with rapid business environment change and for continual growth. However, the separation problem between business process and IT system which causes reduction of business management efficiency has occurred for the lack of integration management mechanism. To solve this problem, many companies try to adopt BPM (Business Process Management) concept. The purpose of this study is to identify this separation problem in Korean construction companies which are trying to apply BPM to their business through evaluating IT system support to business processes. This study indicated the need of evaluation through current researches and case studies, then made hierarchy of home business of construction companies and analyzed IT systems for supporting business. The evaluation method is designed based on these researches. This study proposed the implications for adopting BPM in construction companies based on evaluation results analysis.

워크플로우 관리시스템(Workflow Management System)은 업무 프로세스를 실행하기 위해 사전에 정의된 룰에 따라 태스크들을 수행하는 시스템으로, 프로세스 정의를 interpreter하고 워크플로우 참석자들과 상호작용하며 해당 응용 프로그램을 invoke할 수 있는 시스템이다. 정의된 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 사전에 프로세스 정의 및 모델링이 필요하다. 프로세스 모델링이란 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 다양한 비즈니스 규칙에 의해 정의된 상호연관이 있는 작업들의 수행과정을 정의하는 것으로 본 논문에서는 업무 프로세스를 모델링하고 관리하기 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다.

Evaluating the work process of the organization is necessary to improve efficiency and make high quality of results. As size of construction projects are bigger, it is also applied to design firm. By applying efficient process, design team can reduce rework and waste. To make systematic process and keep a continuous progress, process evaluation is required. On this study, CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) concept is benchmarked. Originally CMMI is suggested to evaluating capability of work process of Soft Ware developing organization by SEI(Software Engineering Institute). From CMMI system, direction of making evaluating method of design project performing team is drove. After worked out the evaluation method of capability maturity of process in design team, it could contribute making progress in the design process and satisfying client.

Recently, the importance of visual analytics has been recognized in the field of business intelligence. From the view of business intelligence, visual analytics aims for acquiring valuable insights for decision making by interactively visualizing a variety of business information. In this paper, we propose a treemap-based method for visualizing work-sharing relationships among business process performers. A work-sharing relationship is established between two performers who jointly participate in a specific activity of a business process and is an important factor for understanding organizational structures and behaviors in a process-centric organization. To this end, we design and implement a treemap-based visualization tool for representing work-sharing relationships as well as basic hierarchical information in business processes. Finally, we evaluate usefulness of the proposed visualization tool through an operational example using XPDL (XML Process Definition Language) process models.

This study will explore the possibility of applying process innovation as a public library for business innovation. In order to do this, the study defines the concept of process innovation through the literature review. According to survey and focus group interviews with librarians working for public libraries, this study will organize work done at libraries into the following categories: acquisition, resource management, user management, user services, programs, volunteer management, marketing, library computerization system, facility management, general affairs and statistical management. In addition, through face-to-face surveys with librarians working for public libraries it is confirmed that there are issues within acquisition, user management, and applied process innovation. In response to these issues a new process has been developed. Using this new approach, book contract procedure and requests for book related work could be improved and optimized. In the user management section, the study analyzes the requirements and subscription procedures for members through a website survey of 30 public libraries in the United States and then provides an improved system through process analysis of the membership process of Korean public libraries. It is expected that the new system will contribute to improvements in user satisfaction as well as improvements in library workflow.
