The purpose of this study was to identify the current status of the challenging behaviors of the developmentally disabled living in residential facilities for the disabled in Gyeonggi-do and whether social workers in residential facilities recognize the challenging behaviors, and then to draw implications for establishing an intervention for the challenging behaviors. As a research method, a survey was conducted targeting 145 social workers in residential facilities for the disabled in Gyeonggi-do. The collected data were calculated as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation using SPSS 25.0. As a result of the study, first, it was analyzed that the status of injuries related to challenging behaviors of persons with developmental disabilities was high. Second, it was analyzed that the social worker's perception of the challenging behavior of the developmentally disabled is that they are considering job change because of psychological trauma. The coping ability and ability to cope with it were excellent, and they did not achieve excellent results. Learn more about acting in a professional manner.

본 논문에서는 정보화 사회에서 정보화격차가 더욱 심화되고 있고 삶의 질 차이가 벌어지고 있는 현실에서 장애인들의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 정보화교육 활성화 방안을 정보화교육 강사의 역량 중심으로 고찰해보고 효과적인 활성화 방안을 제시하는 연구를 수행하였다. 국가차원에서 정보격차해소에 관한 법률을 제정하여 정보통신망에 대한 자유로운 접근과 정보이용을 보장하고 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 국민경제 발전을 위한 장애인 정보화 교육장 운영 합리화 방안에 대한 환경을 마련하였으나 실제 현장에서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 정보화 교육 강사에 대한 체계적인 관리 시스템이 존재하지 않아 실효성이 높지 않은 측면이 있다. 장애인 정보화 교육 강사에게 장애인에 대한 인식 교육 및 효과적인 교수법에 대한 교육이 필요하며 체계적인 정부지원을 통해 장애인정보화 보육 강사가 안정감 있게 교육 업무에 집중하고 교육의 질을 높일 수 있게 한다면 장애인들의 정보화 및 고용 창출, 및 삶의 질 향상을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

스마트워크란 시간과 장소에 얽매이지 않고 언제 어디서나 편리하고 똑똑하게 근무하는 미래지향적인 업무환경을 의미한다. 스마트워크의 성공적인 도입은 업무효율성 향상을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 창의성과 생산성을 제고할 수 있는 혁신의 틀을 제공한다. 특히, 업무에 대한 시간 공간 신체적 조건을 완화시킴으로써 육아여성, 고령층, 장애인 등 근로소외계층의 경제활동 참여를 제고시켜 저출산 고령화 등의 사회문제를 해소하는 등 국가 사회적 측면에서도 스마트워크의 도입은 그 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 향후, 스마트워크 서비스의 조기 활성화를 위해서는 정부 민간 공동의 선도 시범사업 추진, 제도적 기반 마련, 스마트워크 문화 확산 및 여건 조성 등의 정책과제를 발굴하여 추진하여야 한다.

This study was conducted in order to understand nutrition teachers (dietitians)' perceptions of barriers to implementation of HACCP system in school foodservices in Gyeongnam, Korea. Questionnaires were distributed to 350 nutrition teachers (dietitians) from November to December of 2009, and 214 were collected and analyzed. The results of this study were as follows. First, nutrition teachers (dietitians) recognized the following as barriers in implementing the HACCP system: 'the status of facilities and utilities'> 'monitoring'> 'work satisfaction'> 'foodservice employees'> 'cooperation of HACCP team'> 'cooperation of persons concerned besides foodservice employees'> 'understanding the HACCP system'. Second, total working experience was found to be the factor most affecting 'cooperation of HACCP team (p<0.01)', 'cooperation of persons concerned besides foodservice employees (p<0.01)', 'foodservice employees (p<0.05)', and 'work satisfaction (p<0.05)'. Further, 'the status of facilities and utilities' was significantly affected by 'construction/reconstruction of kitchen (p<0.01)', 'division of kitchen area (p<0.01)', 'existence of preliminary preparation room (p<0.01)', and 'existence of dishwashing room (p<0.01)'. Third, dietitians perceived the following concerning hindrance factors of the HACCP system according to CCP stage: 'CCP 1'> 'CCP 3'> 'CCP 2, 'CCP 6'> 'CCP 4'> 'CCP 8'> 'CCP 7'> 'CCP 5'. In conclusion, this study showed that nutrition teachers (dietitians) in the Gyeongnam area recognized 'the status of facilities and utilities' from HACCP areas and 'CCP 1 (menu planning)' from CCP stages as the greatest barriers to implementing the HACCP system in school foodservices. To implement the HACCP system successfully in school foodservices, facilities and utilities should be properly equipped, and menu planning training for nutrition teachers (dietitian) should be conducted.

최신 IT정보기술 발전에 따라 일반 사용자 이외에도 신체적 결함을 가지고 있는 모든 사람들에게 의사소통과 정보획득을 하기 위한 중요한 수단이 되었다. 기술개발이 진행됨에 따라 현대사회의 정보화는 산업현장에서부터 가정에 이르기까지 모든 분야에서 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 통해 다양한 정보를 획득할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 삼품과 서비스를 구입 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생활의 여유를 즐길 수 있도록 해주는 등 사람들의 생활에 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 이와 같이 빠르고 다양해지는 서비스의 다변화 속에서 자신의 신체적 결함을 극복하고 보완하기 위한 서비스 활용을 가능케 해주는 IT 정보통신 기기 및 제품들은 이들에게 필수적인 부분이라 할 수 있다. 특히 장애인들에게 서비스를 제공하는 특히 정보화가 중요하다 할 수 있다. 이에 장애인 복지관에는 정부의 정보화 촉진 계획에 따라 2001년부터 업무표준화를 시작으로 개발된 전산시스템이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 시스템이 일반 기업이나 기관에서 사용하는 시스템을 그대로 갖다 사용하는 관계로 장애인복지관에 특화된 서비스를 고려하지 않아 많은 문제점들이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 분석하고 해결하기 위한 방법으로 장애인복지관에 특화된 시스템을 구현한다.

This study was done in an attempt to reveal those factors interfering with the observation study. Three trained research assistants collected data by observing the two occupational health nurses working in the small scale enterprises on the 3rd and 10th of February, 1999. The first observation was performed on the 3rd of February without observation guidance. Guidance was given during the second observation on the 10th of February. These data were compared between reporters in nursing services of 'Workplace visiting', 'Health counselling' and 'Blood pressure checking' according to nursing time and frequency. These areas were chosen because these activities were regarded as clearly identifiable by observers in contrast to the other performances. The data showed inconsistency between reporters. However, they were reduced when reporters observed nurses with guidance, although there were still minor differences between data in time and frequency. Discussions were carried out to find possible reasons for these differences. The causes were mainly attributed to the difficulty in workplace conditions to observe, the work specificity of nurses visiting each workplace and the delicate situation between nurses and observers when reporters were travelling in the nurse's car. Therefore, the results suggest that the observation method applied to the nursing service research at small-scale enterprises should be more concerned about the selection of appropriate workplace and operational definition of nursing activity in order to more precisely measure nurses' attitudes.

The evolution and application of RFID technologies have been at the forefront of allowing aviation industries to improve the quality of aircraft maintenance and air cargo handling. However, safety problems in airplane operation are arising from the hazards of frequencies transmitted due to RFID systems. Though the intensities of frequencies back-scattered from the tags are very weak, some malfunctions are anticipated due to induction coupling on aircraft wiring. Therefore, safety assessment such as electromagnetic compatability should be accomplished upon aircraft critical and essential equipments before installations.

If the System is downed by computer or disasters, it can have a bad influence on the reliability of the corporation and business continuity because all companies are computerized. Accordingly, interest on the business continuity without the loss of data in the corporate is increasing. In this paper, system faults have been defined as physical faults and logical faults and CDP solution using Flash SSD has been proposed for enhancing IOPS which is needed for realtime-backup. In order to measure IOPS performance of the CDP using Flash SSD, we constructed an experimental system. From the results we can see that IOPS performance of CDP using Flash SSD is about 50 times more effective than that of the S-ATA.

Many enterprises and public institutions are building their own server stabilization system. Nevertheless, many web servers including some public institutions have frequent obstacles due to the unexpected causes such as traffic concentration. Data loss during each of these situations and business interruption can cause a huge loss. In this study, we propose high-availability Web system that uses load balancing and session clustering. Each deals with the failure due to the over traffic by distributing incoming requests in the multiplexed web server and provides the continuous services by maintaining session information of the users in case of the failure of some servers.

워크플로우 시스템은 한 조직체 내에서 운용되는 정보와 제어의 흐름을 효과적으로 자동화 해주는 역할을 담당해야 한다. 그러나 기업내의 실제업무에는 많은 변수들이 존재하고 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 또한 시스템이 분산 컴퓨팅화되어 가기 때문에 그 흐름을 추적, 관리의 차원을 넘어서 업무들의 최적화, 통합화는 물론 분산된 시스템내 서버들 관리까지도 개입을 해야한다. 또한 특정작업의 과부하 또는 병목현상을 운용자가 개입하여 방지하고 개선함으로서 전체 작업의 효율을 향상시켜야 한다. 이에 운용관리 툴도 독립 서버로 존재하는 것보다 여러 개의 서버로 분산시켜 구축함으로써 수행 객체들을 효율적으로 통제할 수 있다. 또한, 시스템을 구성하고 있는 서버들의 관리도 중앙에서 모든 것을 통제하는 것보다 각각의 분산된 운용 서버들이 각각 관리함으로써 신뢰성, 안정성의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 국제표준기구 역할을 하고 있는 WfMC(Workflow Management Coalision)에서 제시한 표준 모델을 근거로 각각의 인터페이스 규약에 따라 시스템을 개발하는데 있어 실질적인 기업의 업무에 적용되기에는 턱없이 부족한 점들을 이 논문을 통해 지적한다. 또한 좀 더 빠르게 변화하는 사회에 적격인 적응형(Adaptive) 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 특성을 지니도록 했다. 그리고 데이터베이스의 트랜잭션의 개념을 워크플로우 레벨에서 업무들의 수행시 에러나 장애시 복구처리 메커니즘으로 설계하고 구현을 하였다.
